It's a strange place. We sat down with my wife in a cafe to eat. They refused to serve us alcohol, as we are allegedly in the family part of the restaurant, where they do not smoke or drink. He asked us to transfer us to a place where you can order alcohol. They say that only men can go there. We ate without wine, which added a little sadness. The food is very tasty, inexpensive, the portions are huge. Only one waiter spoke Russian.

Russian Russian is not spoken, there is no menu, neither Russian nor English. We hardly ordered anything. Maybe if I had a better tongue and lunch would be tastier) Prices are not low. You can have a snack)
