Nice hotel. It's warm, cozy, the bed is clean, the breakfast is good. The staff is friendly, courteous, and all necessary amenities are available. The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful. We've been staying here twice already. Thanks to the staff.

A wonderful vacation in a good place! The reception staff is friendly and caring! The room has everything for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, air conditioning. Everything is clean and pleasantly fresh. I recommend it for a vacation!

good location: near the park of culture and recreation, not far from the main square and the akimat, very close to the registry office and the military enlistment office; the staff is friendly, caring - they try to make it to 5 * (by Kazakhstani standards), but for this you need to fix something, buy something, put free tea and coffee bags in the rooms, as well as water. I will stay here again on my next trip.
