A pleasant and at the same time unusual hotel in the center, 10-15 minutes walk to the main hangouts and restaurants. It is located in a green area, a park. The metro is nearby -1 minute. The rooms are large, the mattress is comfortable.
Unusual, even probably unusual room equipment, shower and toilet are located as if in a closet;)) We lived for almost a week - no special "shoals" were noticed, everything was fine. They forgot to prepare the closing documents for departure, then they sent them by mail. I definitely recommend this hotel.
The next time I arrive in Almaty, I know where to stay.

Unfortunately, we did not take photos of the room and the hotel itself, but we were very satisfied.
Pleasant and clean rooms with all necessary amenities (bathrobes, slippers, bathroom accessories).
Safe, TV, mini-bar and plenty of storage space.
The only drawback is the maximum wooden mattresses
Friendly staff. They always responded promptly to our requests (they brought an iron, provided laundry and ironing services in a short time).
Not bad breakfasts (fish, chicken, sausages, eggs), as well as various fruits (were in September).
In general, we were very satisfied with the hotel and definitely could recommend it!

The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center of Almaty. There is a small parking lot for cars. The staff is well trained and speaks Kazakh, English and Russian. The rooms are cleaned regularly, the bed is comfortable. A good restaurant serves European cuisine. They did not skimp on buying good coffee machines and dishes here.

4+ lived for three weeks: the location is great, everything is nearby for every taste. Service 5. Breakfast 5. The interiors of the rooms are for an amateur, in some the floors need to be replaced, if it is critical, ask to change the room, there are with normal floors. Overall, I liked the rooms, but there are nuances of 3+.
The gym is 15-172 meters, there is a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a dumbbell bench...If you came alone, then OK, if another one comes, it's better to get out.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights.
Of the advantages:
A good breakfast was enough for me.
Soft pillows and clean linen. There is no dust.
Funny sculpture of a mosquito at the entrance.
The staff helped print out the documents.
There is a cable car to the slopes and a subway within walking distance.
Of the cons:
There is very poor sound insulation between the room door and the corridor - all the conversations of the staff and guests can be heard - it is difficult to sleep because of this.
The gym is essentially missing - see the photo.
There are no blackout curtains.
Unusual:
The toilet is in the closet, as is the shower. I really didn't like it :(see the photo.
The result is an ordinary hotel to sleep in during a business trip or skiing. But the toilet and the shower.... For an amateur.

Nice hotel, cozy rooms, mountain view, fast delivery of delicious food to the room, courteous staff. The hotel is located in a convenient and beautiful location, close to cool cafes.
Of the cons: dirty stains on the walls in the bathroom and I didn't really like the check—out process - if they had said the phrase "wait, we'll check if you forgot something in the room" instead of "wait, we'll take the room", it would have been nicer.
I clean the star for dirty stains on the walls of the bathroom.

A great hotel in the city center. A quiet and cozy room, it was unusual at first that the toilet and the spirit were in the closet, but they quickly got used to it. Room cleaning on demand, always clean! A nice bonus, bottled water was always in the room! The breakfast is delicious, buffet style, the availability of local sweets was very pleasant! Fruits, vegetables, nuts and delicious pastries! And in the evenings you could watch a movie in the courtyard of the hotel! Payment for the room in cash, the MIR banking system did not work.

A lovely stylish business hotel. I stayed on a business trip for the first time. I'm ready to stop again. Cozy rooms in European style. Quietly. There are trees under the windows, it's clean. They put water in the room and have a tea set. Delicious breakfasts. A wonderful selection of fruits and pastries. Friendly and helpful staff. They respond to requests quickly and efficiently. Just an instant check-in. Near the hotel there is a gastro market and a beautiful green pedestrian street for a pleasant walk

When I entered the room, I did not understand where the bathroom was, the washbasin stands in the middle of the room without partitions, just near the door). The shower room and toilet are made under the closet (photo attached). Well, it's just tin) At the same time, there are no photos of what a regular standard room looks like!
I asked to change the room with an additional payment, they refused, they say everything is occupied).
I do not recommend this hotel!

The location is very good, the breakfast is good with red fish, scrambled eggs on request and a decent buffet. The rooms are spacious, but I do not share the designer's idea of turning the toilet and shower into cabinets. That is, the door is on a magnet, everything inside, including the floors, is covered with the old plastic. Just like inside the closet, but, for some reason, there is a toilet inside one, and a shower inside the second. "Feel like a cat - shit in the closet!" The sink is in the room. You can't wash your face without waking your wife.
It is strange that an umbrella is issued for guests only on a deposit of 7000 tenge.
But, on the whole, the impression is good.

The hotel is decent, the location of the toilet and shower was very surprising. A double-sided mirror in the middle of the room is also controversial)
At breakfast, one time they did not wait for an omelet.
We drank coffee 4 times in the lobby bar. The last time the young man brought the bill along with the coffee... How is this, and most importantly, why? Could we have run away?

I don't know who leaves positive reviews, but the rooms are tired, the shower is literally in the closet, the laminate is swollen, the cardboard walls are just audible to everyone. the light did not work partially in the center of the room, breakfast was not immediately updated, nothing came, the next day there was already a normal breakfast. An interesting solution in the room is a sink outside the bathroom. The toilet and shower are behind the door.

I liked everything very much. The closet toilet is a little unusual at first, then you get used to it and it becomes like a native. The view from the window was gorgeous, the rusty roof of the local concert hall did not let you forget that you were not in paradise, but in Almaty. The reception staff is always in touch and very happy to help, but their help was not needed, as everything was perfect and there were no problems. The TV in the room is gorgeous, at the end of the vacation they began to understand Kazakh a little!
The room was cleaned very often, so much so that we didn't even have time to dirty it!
Separately, it is necessary to say about the restaurant in the squad. Luxury, just luxury! Chairs, curtains, spotlessly clean tables, light, ventilation, everything is at the highest level! And, also, food for every taste.
I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Terrible service. Breakfast ends at 10:00, I arrived at 9:00, empty dishes, I had to run after the waiters to bring food, bread and even tea.
Umbrellas are given with a deposit amount, but it is not a fact that you will get an umbrella. For example, they ran out on me.
The rooms are cleaned very badly.

Great hotel. The rooms and the location are pleasantly surprising. A very good breakfast. The staff is polite. On the downside, I tried to order fo-bo soup at a restaurant in the afternoon...what was brought least of all looked like a fo-bo. I think it would be worthwhile to focus on national dishes and not write in the menu what you have no idea about at all. Good luck.

The hotel is very so-so.
Lived 5 days in it, on a business trip.
I will return only if there is nothing else.
Unfortunately, there are few good fresh hotels in Almaty.
Of the minuses:
- a very strange decision when the sink is right in the bedroom (see photo). They say it's fashionable. And for me - game.
- a short toilet and shower, similar to cabins on the beach, with thin walls, without handles (!!) inside.
- there is only shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, without shower gel. The reception explained that standard rooms are not allowed... WHAT?!?
- a very poor selection of breakfast dishes. Hot is not delicious.
- I haven't had my soap replaced in a week. At the end there was a small soap.
- it's very cold in the restaurant.
- until I found where to turn off the heating, the room was unbearably hot and stuffy (at +4 outside).
- it's very noisy from the street, even with the windows and curtains closed. Other reviews write about silence - this is not true. Noisily.
- the mattress is hard.
From the good:
+ everything is fresh at breakfast (albeit a small selection).
+ there were strawberries a couple of times, just respect.
+ the hotel is clean and tidy.
+ the location is quite convenient.
+ water from the shower does not get outside. There will be no flood, as often happens in other hotels)
