Unfortunately, the park is in poor condition. The territory is unkempt, there is a lot of garbage and dirt. The green spaces look untidy, some trees are dry or damaged. The paths and benches need to be repaired, and the lighting of the park leaves much to be desired. Playgrounds and sports areas are in a neglected state, the equipment is worn out and needs to be replaced.
In addition, many of the park's infrastructure facilities, such as fountains and cafes, are not working. This creates inconvenience for visitors and reduces the attractiveness of the park.
