The park itself was good before, as I am a local and found those times.
Now it's just a park for running and young people who don't drink enough, don't smoke garbage after themselves without cleaning (well, where without kissing sitting on their knees are not cultured young people now)
Lighting is better to make it visible!

It is spacious, but the monument itself why not ennoble what is overgrown and garbage, because a lot of things appeared from the part thanks to the revolution and the Soviet Union, of course, then they were successfully buried and forgotten, sold and looted, destroyed and blown away, and now that someone is interfering..
