I had a rest in the middle of August. The hotel is old, but the rooms have been renovated, the territory is small but well maintained, in general, everything is clean.
The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is OK inside, everything works, Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory. The hotel does not offer any drinking water in the rooms or coolers at the reception, you have to buy or fill your bottles at breakfast, which is generally surprising nowadays. The temperature outside is + 30, providing guests with at least a minimum supply of water has long been a basic good tone, which has not been paid attention to here.
There is no private beach, there is only access to the public city beach, which is constantly dirty and busy. The breakfast is a buffet, rather poor. Of course, there is a lot of food itself, but in fact the choice is quite meager, everything is dry and salty. Eggs in different versions, sausages and rice with frozen vegetables, oatmeal porridge, desserts for small things. There is almost no fruit.
There is a small swimming pool, which is constantly occupied by guests, because it is not designed for such a large number of guests.
The hotel building itself is three-storeyed, designed strangely: you can enter the streets on the second floor, bypassing the reception. There are no fences at all, access to the room doors is absolutely not protected. One night they broke into my room, it was very scary! There is a telephone in the room, but no numbers are listed, not even the reception. In the morning, I asked to see the footage from the cameras, which, it turns out, are not on the floor. The security of the guests is simply not there. The hotel administration did not apologize, the manager shrugged her shoulders and that was it.
Bottom line: the hotel does not even meet the stated 3*, of the advantages only good Internet and proximity to a public beach, everything else is a disaster. I don't recommend it, especially for that kind of money.

Very nice hotel near the sea and eucalyptus grove. Comfortable rooms, thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is friendly and attentive, many are Russian speakers. Wonderful cuisine, dinners are held with live musical accompaniment by various performers, every Thursday a Cypriot evening is held with dishes of national cuisine, music and dancing by artists. I recommend it to those who need a calm and relaxing holiday. The hotel deserves a 4*.

We relax in this hotel, in a room on the ground floor with its own garden and sun loungers. in room 506. The hotel is very cozy and homely. It is located on the first line from the sea, where you can go through the gate. The sea is very close. There is a swimming pool for adults and for children, which is very welcome for those who relax with young children. Good food, varied breakfasts, lunch and a good dinner. There is always a choice of dishes. The rooms have new furniture. Special thanks to the hotel administration for providing a kettle in the room. There are a limited number of kettles in the hotel, but the hotel administration met us halfway, bought a new kettle and provided us with a room, for which a special thank you is not included in the list of room equipment. In general, from the services provided by star rating, I rate the hotel at 5.+, Everything is very good!!!!

We had a rest in Cyprus, in Limassol, I liked this hotel , for 3 * in general super, we had breakfast included, not very diverse, but delicious, everything is fresh.The room was cleaned daily, the first line, everything is super, I recommend it.

A wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is varied, and you can not take it at all when buying a tour and eat in the city. The hotel is located on the first line, separated from the sea by a promenade and a beach. The entrance to the sea near the hotel is made of stones, but if you walk 50 meters to the left of the hotel, then the entrance is through a narrow strip of pebbles. Sun beds are paid, as well as awnings. Many do not take sun beds, but sunbathe on blankets or towels. From the street side near the hotel there is a pizzeria, opposite there is a good cafe, and if you go behind this cafe along the street, which runs perpendicular to the one where the hotel is located, then you can go to a pharmacy or supermarket very good.

For a 3* hotel, it is very decent. Good location, next to the sea in a eucalyptus grove. It was renovated a couple of years ago and the rooms are fresh and clean. there are a large number of restaurants and bars near the hotel. There is a bus stop, and the center can be reached in 15 minutes.

The atmosphere is very calm and friendly. Excellent breakfasts, attentive service. The sea is 100 meters away. Nearby there are small Cafes and shops.. 300 meters away is a hyper, which has everything. You can take a regular bus to the historical center and the port.

We had a rest in October 2019.The hotel has just opened after renovation: everything is clean, cozy, the territory is comfortable for recreation, the restaurant is beyond praise.A variety of dishes, serving, service - everything is excellent and very tasty. The beach is very close, there is a rental point.
Disadvantages: they do not provide kettles in the room and, in addition, there are no dishes in the room, only 2 cups for toothbrushes in the bathroom. I had to buy everything I needed.There are many cafes, restaurants and shops near the hotel

The hotel is designed for a quiet stay, room cleaning leaves much to be desired. The "feature" of the room is a glass, constantly opening doorway, which is the door to the bathroom with toilet.
From the good: the service staff, Russian-speaking girls Masha, Lisa and Vika, helped to navigate and helped in everything. A special huge thank you to them.
The food is always fresh, delicious, and salads are generally a delight, new every day.
So a hotel for a quiet holiday is just the thing.

We come to this hotel for the second time. We visited for the first time in 2015 and were delighted with the location, cleanliness and SILENCE! This time, alas, it's not like that. Then the hotel had 4 stars, this time three. And I understand why they took off the star. Of the good things, only the friendly staff and good-quality food remained, which is not scary to feed a child. The territory of the hotel has become even smaller, now there is a restaurant on the territory where the locals are up to an hour!!! nights of singing and dancing celebrate the holidays. Well, if I wanted to have fun, I would choose a hotel where there is entertainment and parties are supposed to be until the morning. But then there's the positioning as a family hotel.. Apart from a small swimming pool, there is no entertainment for guests. Therefore, apart from the wonderful sea, there is nothing else to be happy about.

An excellent hotel for pensioners, with small children it is also possible. It is quiet, there is no animation, live music in the evenings in the restaurant, the rest of the entertainment is on its own program. The hotel is renovated, everything is fresh, mattresses are cheap, uncomfortable. Soap and soap accessories, slippers, not to mention bathrobes, are not provided, only liquid soap. LG flat-screen TV (not smart) shows poorly (in our room there were no tingling terrestrial channels at all) flash drives with movies chew normally, but excellent WiFi in the room and almost all over the territory, bring gadgets. A super small refrigerator is available. From the ground floors there is access to a private terrace, 2-3 balconies. Sun loungers in the shade are crammed for the entire rest period. Between the hotel and the sea, the eucalyptus-coniferous vegetation with a pedestrian promenade is just perfect. There are five meters of pebbles with sand in the water near the shore, entering the sea by sandbags. Free private parking is available at the hotel. Cafes and grocery stores are within walking distance. It makes sense to include breakfasts and dinners in the tour.

Quite a decent hotel, which corresponds to the 3-star category. Good location: the beach is close, as is the entire urban infrastructure. The territory of the hotel is small, but well maintained. The rooms are renovated, so they are comfortable, modern, comfortable and very pleasant balconies/terraces with sea views! The staff is helpful, almost everyone speaks Russian. The restaurant has a modest selection of food, but it is quite consistent with the 3-star category. Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression.

The food is not bad, especially the dinners. Breakfasts are monotonous. The main problem is that the hotel constantly rents out its territory for holidays and corporate events, absolutely regardless of the residents of the hotel! I.e. 3 times a week, the whole hotel listens and sees until one or two in the morning how schoolchildren walk, sing and shout at graduation or newlyweds at a wedding! A very strange hotel that does not take care of the peace of its guests! In general, for families with children, in general, all people who are used to sleeping at night and not listening to techno, I categorically do not recommend it!!

I have been going to this hotel for 8 years, sometimes twice a year,very convenient location,2 minutes and you are on the beach,the beach is cleaned very well, absolutely safe,a sunbed and an umbrella are paid,all beaches are urban,you can sunbathe on a towel,rooms in the hotel are renovated,clean,comfortable,cozy,there is food in the restaurant it is very tasty

11/16/2019 we arrived with our daughter in the morning. They settled in right away. We didn't have time for breakfast, but we were fed. The room is GREAT! The staff is friendly. They cleaned it every day. Everything Is Fine! But.....
The hotel's policy is to check in guests until the last day of the hotel's closure. For what???/so that we can settle in other hotels later?/

Perfect for 3 stars! Clean, simple.
The food is monotonous, there is a choice, all the products are fresh and very tasty. There are 2-3 types of fruits.
The plumbing and the rooms themselves are decent. From the rooms overlooking the sea there is a beautiful panorama - pool, alley, sea.
Larnaca airport is 65 km away, 40 minutes by taxi, the price is 50€.
We went for a massage, Russian massage therapist, works great, 50€ full body massage. There is no entertainment. The TV is tiny, there are several Russian channels.
Cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every three days.
The pool is heated, clean, and cold in March, but there were still those who wanted to swim.

This was our first visit to the Mediterranean Sea.so they are not completely objective.I liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, three friends especially liked it:Bulgarian, former Soviet Georgian and Armenian.We talked to them sincerely, and had a few drinks at a cafe on the lawn.The so-called "black sand" on the shore is not something terrible.Only Cypriot cats are scary-skinny, long-legged, ungainly, in short-nemyau.In the morning I jumped into a rental car and walked around the island:Protaras, Ayyanapa, Paphos and, of course, Kikos.About the cuisine of the hotel-it is delicious, varied, but for me it is not the main thing.for the delights, you need to go to other places, for example, to Kakapetria.

The territory is not well maintained. The entrance to the sea is not cleaned: all the neighboring beaches are sandy, and here there are boulders, the entrance to the sea is by sandbags!
Sun beds at the sea are paid. There are always towels by the pool, although people rarely come. It is rare to see an empty sunbed.
There is always a crowd of Cypriots over 50 in the bar, who behave disgustingly towards young women.
The rooms are tiny. The toilets behind the sliding door are so close to the bloodlines that if it weren't for this door, it would be possible for a person in bed and a person on the toilet to hold hands. The toilets are wobbly.
They clean poorly: hair from previous tenants was found on the floor and in the shower at the entrance.
Among the advantages: fresh renovation of the rooms.
