The park is huge in area, especially for a city with a population of 119 thousand. The park is beautiful, well maintained, clean, green. The old huge trees are adjacent to the newly planted ones. Everything is very harmonious. There are restaurants and cafes. Musicians perform. Electric vehicles of various types, for trips around the park. There are a lot of vacationers in the evening, mostly locals. There are a lot of historical places and architectural monuments. It seems to me that the homeland of Amir Timur is underestimated in terms of tourism. Be sure to visit Ak-Sarai Park if you are in Shakhrisabz!
A green area with flowers and the smell of the area that grows there everywhere is in the air. It is very good to walk or ride electric cars. There are summer cafes on site, but they were always closed. Sorry. The territory is large and We really missed sitting outdoors and having a cup of coffee.
Aksaray Park is probably the only normal place in Shakhrisabz. There is a lot of greenery and it is very beautiful. An important life hack for you: at the entrance, if you convincingly say that you are a local, you will save three or four dollars
A gorgeous park, a gorgeous place. You definitely need to take a guide. Which one is at the gate? The fact is that. A mega-cool tour is only possible with a guide. Then the whole space turns. To a decidedly interesting place.
"Shakhrizabs Shakhrizabs, filled with joy and light,
Shakhrizabs, Shakhrizabs, I'll give you this song.. . " - it's all about him, about this amazingly beautiful, hospitable oriental city.
The architecture is of course beautiful, the park itself is unpretentious, but the price that is asked to see what is already visible from the road is not very adequate, 30k amounts per person. For comparison, the Registan costs 60k, but there is something to see. And if you go here by taxi, then for $ 50.
An amazing park! Very well maintained. We were in early May, there are flowering trees and bushes all over the park. The main attractions of Shakhrisabz are located here - the ruins of the palace of Amir Timur and the Dorut Tilavat complex.
This summer, on the way from Miraki to Kitab, we stopped at Ak-Sarai Park. We had a little over an hour for sightseeing. That's why we hired an electric car guide. In general, a large number of ancient structures are concentrated in the park, the most impressive of which is the surviving part of the Ak-Sarai palace. The layout of the park is very competent. Our tour turned out to be very informative thanks to our tireless guide. The only disadvantage of the park is the small number of tall trees and, as a result, the lack of saving shade. However, this disadvantage is unfortunately typical for almost all cities of Uzbekistan.
Quite an interesting place, next time I'll probably take a tour. I saw in the photo that the tour was allowed to the upper floors of the ak-sarai palace
It's a very beautiful place. Go to one of the trade pavilions and be sure to look at the layout of the arch, which was created by the hands of a local craftsman, listen to his story, which will add vivid impressions from visiting this place.
We got to Shakhrisabz on the only rainy day during the whole trip. The park is not big, but beautiful, like everywhere else. The fountains were no longer working, so there is nothing to say. There is an electric taxi, a lot of benches. In general, you can watch it once.
It is very beautiful, large and quiet. But tourists need to be careful, there are free walks, but they tried to charge me 20,000 SOM at the ticket office when approaching the palace. Plus, the rental of transport also increases the price for tourists.
As in many tourist places, there is a paid entrance. Think before you pay to get closer. It makes sense to go around a little and take a long walk in the park ...find Timur's empty mausoleum..
It's a big park, but the trees aren't very big yet. It's a little hot in the afternoon, as there is little shade. The dimensions of the Ak-sarai Arch and the Tamerlane monument are impressive. The entrance to the park in the center is 20 thousand soums, but you can walk along the side alleys for free.
The view is not bad, from Aksaray to Temirlan's coffin, walk through the park and you will see leaky artificial stones and on both sides empty shops and hotels that are not working, as if they were built for the show.
Ajoyib joy toza yashil xudud tarixiy obidalar komleksi mavjud borib ko’rish kerak lekin Qashqadaryo avtoyo’llari xolati juda yomon zaxira g’ildiragisiz borishni tavsiya qilmayman
I do not recommend it. Nothing has been denied, the Plane trees have been cut down, as a result of which it is not possible to walk on a hot day, and the staff's attitude is poor.
To be honest, I did not like the sunny few trees, everything is expensive there, even the prices are more expensive than Tashkent and Samarkand. It feels like they're living off tourists. There is a paid entrance and there is nothing to see in the heat. You will walk back and forth. There is no parking place, the food is not tasty and there are many disadvantages.
A nice landscaped park. I really liked the planted pines.

The scale is fascinating. A clean park. I didn't like the fact that the young people here are talking loudly with obscenities to each other. This is probably their favorite place.
