When I first dealt with the problem of floating idle speeds, the specialist couldn't count the errors, the car refused to get in touch, they poked under the hood with a finger, said change the vacuum tubes, sensors, wiring (in general, everything that is relevant, but I asked for specifics so as not to change everything). computer diagnostics 87 BYN. After realizing what was happening, I asked again on the same day why they took the money. After some time, they called back and said they fired the employee, a new one would come, they would call me again if nothing worked out, they would refund the money. When I contacted them again, the machine refused to get in touch, although after my demand to refund the money for the diagnosis, they said they could read it, and after my request to demonstrate, the answer was simple: "we have already diagnosed everything, do you want to pay 87 BYN again?" They did not allow me to write a statement with a complaint and a demand for a refund, they told me to call the deputy director on Monday. To which she said to come back and write a statement only in person and with checks (every trip to you is a hundred km + on a faulty car, beauty). Money goes nowhere and prices are too high because dealers are overstated, but there is no result, I'm afraid to imagine how many of the same deceived. I would like to thank the dealer service for a well-done job worthy of real experts and experts in their field, and I also hope for feedback!

They are completely deceived. They requested a diagnosis of the oil pressure in the automatic transmission, it is unclear why they made a general diagnosis via OBD2 and said that there was an error on the pressure sensor (low pressure). Although we arrived already knowing this mistake perfectly well, having counted it on our own! Then they said that they sort of measured the pressure and it was normal. I didn't see any signs that someone was trying to measure blood pressure. That's how you trust off-dealers. They managed to request 160 rubles for all this, and we had to argue. I do not recommend it, it is better either to figure it out yourself by buying equipment for these purposes, or to do it from normal specialists.
