The bank is doing well in terms of issuing loans, if (as always happens) not the human factor. I applied for a loan "there will be money." Unfortunately, as always happens, the bank employee at Mira 4 wanted the best and applied for a loan the wrong way. I called and said it was approved, but I was not satisfied with the terms. I was upset, and I wrote an angry review based on my emotions. It was on a Friday after 18:20. Over the weekend (Carnival), the grudges were forgotten. They didn't give me the loan I wanted, but that's okay. On Monday, there is a call from the bank, they are interested in how the service went by the bank's specialist. I told him how it was and what I wanted from the bank. We got into the situation, apologized, and gave the loan the way I needed it. Well done, you've improved. The employee should not be punished, only scolded. They don't give you two for one broken man.

The disgusting work of the support service. Money was stolen from the card (operations took place without 3D Secure). Instead of helping to block the card, they began to behave disgustingly, constantly accusing me. They did not give full information (for example, the only proposed option was to reissue the card for $ 100, but what about the cards for $ 5 - IN ANY WAY???; or to challenge each operation for $ 2-5 - each challenge is $ 20 per operation, operations 134 - i.e. $ 2680 so that they get up and start analyzing what what happened???) Total incompetence of employees! I am attaching a photo (errors and typos due to stress - 50 hours of communication with operators)
