I would like to express my gratitude to specialist Oksana. She is always polite, prompt, helps to solve any issue clearly and quickly, explains everything in an accessible way. Thank you.
I want to highlight Olga Gonchar's best employee. When contacting the bank, she helped me solve the issue on the card, where she explained everything in an accessible way. She told me about the deposits that I was interested in, and also advised my mother on the loan. I will always contact your bank. Thank you, everything is at the highest level.
Paritetbank, this is the best bank, I used to have a deposit in this bank, interest was transferred regularly, now I decided to put money back at a good percentage. Olga, a very attentive and friendly specialist, answered all my questions about the contribution. In general, I recommend this bank to everyone.
Terrible bank!!! The ATM is not working, but they did not bother to notify customers about it! Now there are problems with returning the card. They were also misled about some of the bank's services. Complete incompetence of employees!!
I came in a couple of times, long queues, I don't know how things are with this now, maybe they fixed it, but there were queues before, as I understand because of the speed of the employees
The department is small, but pleasant!
A customer service specialist (alas, I do not remember the name, but he sits at the right workplace) is a polite, prompt, pretty person) he laid out everything on the shelves according to services.
Upon receipt of a Unistream transfer from Russia, they are required to pay 20 Belarusian rubles as a commission. To have an understanding: the transfer itself is 60₽. The bank's website says that receiving a transfer without a fee. You just need to name the control number and show your passport. But in practice, you need to pay 20 rubles for a cash receipt (which you are required to issue by law) and for your transfer to be counted out to you. I am attaching a screenshot of their tariffs and information from the site.
I wonder if this is the case in Belarus? If you go to the store to give change and receive a cash receipt, do you also need to pay extra?
This is not a bank, but something. At first, at the entrance, the girl dissuades me from going in, that I will wait a long time, because one operator is working and he is busy with a loan, and the system I need is hanging. Then this operator finds out where I used to do this operation and hints that I could go there now. They don't want to work from the word at all - their eyes wouldn't see us all.
They really like to deceive customers, there is no such thing in any bank, there is one payment amount in the contract, they send a larger amount by SMS, when you ask why, they start to get out of it, the bank does not like it, the employees are terrible
It's worse than bad. The service is slow, the PIN code was sent to 2 out of 3 cards, when the specialist returned to report it, he went to drink coffee, the specialist who was on the spot could not send the PIN code, promised that when the specialist returned everything would be done. But no.
The service is disgusting. Incompetent, embittered employees. A small room. There is a separate conversation about unsanitary conditions. The window sills are black with dust, the midges are dead, there are stains on the sofa. We haven't heard about the electronic queue here.
The staff in this "wonderful" place are not competent. There is a woman at the checkout who is better off growing seedlings rather than working with people and money. There is a lot of one star for this place!

The department is just trash.the specialist does not know anything, from the word at all.I came to ask some questions about the loan. There is no answer. She poured verbal water and that's it.for the first time I saw how typing on the keyboard is done in the workplace with one hand propping up my head .and the cashier is generally an evil aunt.she jumped out to me, at her lunch, and began to read morals to me, and all because I expressed an opinion about their lack of competence.I would like to ask the bank's management what right she had to behave like this while at work.having at the same time extensive work experience in the banking sector.the service is zero.
This bank has good exchange rates, but that's where the advantages end. The room is small, and since queues at the cash register are large (especially on Monday), an electronic queue is objectively needed - this will add order, a second cash register will also be useful. So far, this place is a three-star. (3 out of 5)

Bank. The employees are polite. Everything is clear. Without unnecessary information.
An exchanger with a good exchange rate. Everything is convenient, the waiting area. One drawback: the cabin is kind of individual, but you can hear everything "as it is being adjusted".
A small office, 2 places to work with clients and a cash register, inside there is a sofa, a bottle of water and you can recharge your phone while you wait. There have been no questions about the quality of service so far, everything is fine.
