I visited the salon on Uborevich today. I was recommended by his mother, who visited this salon once. I came last week, looked at the price list and signed up. According to the price list, the price for manicure and pedicure was supposed to be about 187 UAH, all this without coverage. As a result, I paid 264 UAH. I had a hardware pedicure (the heel was done with an apparatus, and the upper part of the foot, where the corns were with an apparatus, was anointed with acid, and everything was done with a blade). At the reception, they gave out 264 UAH when paying. She asked why it happened. Two price lists were shown, which marked the price of the procedure for a minicur and the price for a pedicure. In the price list for a pedicure, 150 UAH was noted for a hardware pedicure and handwritten corns treatment was added - 60 UAH. This is already 210 UAH. The price list for manicure counted the following: the manicure itself is 37 + cuticle oil treatment 8 UAH. That is, in this case, the manicure turned out to be not 37 UAH, but 45, as it is everywhere around. At the same time, no one warned that cuticle oil treatment is an additional procedure (in all other salons it is already included in the price and surprises do not await you). 210+45=255. But where else is 9 UAH? They were not discussed in the price lists at all. I clarified it. They said that you need to pay for the napkins that are used to wipe your feet after a pedicure. Napkins, Carl! A separate cost and no one warns about it. Nonsense, I've never seen anything like this before. You come to do the procedure at one cost, they add something extra to you by hand in the price list (like a check) and you pay extra money for it. That is, you don't have to look at the price book, which is located in the salon itself - you will pay as it pleases the administrator and the master. WELL, if you include it in the price, let it be more expensive in the price list, but the person will know that he will definitely pay and he will not be expected to have all sorts of "surprises" because someone decided to make money on you. I will no longer use the services of this salon and will not recommend it to others!
