I decided to take a chance here to get a haircut one day. From that moment on, I don't go anywhere anymore. It's an extremely unpleasant-looking place from the street, but everything is neat and clean inside. For this area, it is surprising that this is not another social barber shop for drunks with prices for a haircut of 6-7 rubles, they cut it no worse than in a barbershop.
