I made an order ex nihilo fleur narcotique edp (5*7.5ml), the operator confirmed by phone that all their products are original, they do not work with copies, they value their reputation. But what we see in fact, today, upon arrival at their pick-up point, the girl gives out a set on which a butch code, to check the originality of only three digits, instead of FN12345. He cannot answer the question why this is not the case, although I had previously studied well how to determine a copy from the original and the day before, I had already watched this set, although not complete, where all the numbers on the box and bottle converged. To which your seller replies that there should be no number on the bottle at all. Although I immediately went and brought one bottle from the same set, which had the correct butch code on it, but with two digits erased, probably intentionally erased in order to sell overdue. The perfume water itself is made in France, although there are Arabic symbols on the back of the box. So what kind of original can we even talk about if your sellers themselves don't know anything about it. Thank you for your time and spoiled mood!

We ordered water, but unfortunately the smell is not quite the one that was in the original before, we came to issue a refund because we wanted the smell exactly what it was before, a girl who was extremely unpleasant met us at the reception, then an employee who was much more pleasant and educated spoke to us, offered a replacement, but did not come up and we still made out the refund was made to us by the one from the reception, I'm shocked... A rude, boorish person, just terrible, such behavior is simply not acceptable, I think in such firms.

I made an order on this site, because there are just a lot of positive reviews on the Internet. The prices are average, plus or minus as in other online stores. Only original products are on sale. I ordered Escentric molecules 01 Escentric in a volume of 30ml, which comes in an iron case. The operator girl communicated very politely, the order was placed quickly, the delivery was the next day. When I opened the perfume, I immediately realized that the perfume was a fake - the lid in the iron case was not fixed and fell off, the pattern on the bottle was applied carelessly, the inscriptions on the cardboard box differed from the inscriptions on the original (this is not my first bottle), there was no patch code on the metal case (in the original it was on the at the bottom of the case), and there were no idle puffs, as in any new perfume, either. The fragrance itself is similar to the original, but very faint, after two hours it does not remain anywhere. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a photo. There were no special problems with the return. However, at first I was offered to send the perfume for examination (does this happen?))) but then the money was returned. If the buyer is not too well versed in perfumery, then he may not pay attention to such moments, but be very careful when buying, since for the standard price for this perfume you can buy a very dubious copy. I do not recommend this store.

The first purchase was successful. The second one was detained (they were still sending it by mail), when they called the store, they apologized, they said that someone forgot to send it. You will say that it's okay, but the parcel eventually arrived on January 2, I had to buy it at a local store, I can't go without a gift. Now they have stopped using the mail, the courier arrives the next day, in the morning, on the phone asks me to drive up to him, he will spin around the city, I must clarify where he is and in some mythical time manage to get wherever he is. Well, you understand hD. As a result, it's probably not my destiny to deal with this store. And I don't advise others either.

Заказывал духи на день рождения другу. Сказали привезут через 14 дней. Спустя 14 дней сам их набираю, спрашиваю что с заказом, они говорят его нет, и неизвестно когда будет. Спрашиваю почему не предупредили заранее, молчат. Испортили как др, так и впечетлерия об магазине, в частности отношения к клиенту.
