I booked a room 3 days before arrival by phone, the administrator (or the owner) asked me to confirm the reservation on the day of arrival no later than 10 a.m. to make sure that we arrive. After arriving at the hotel itself, it turned out that visitors had not left my room, and they no longer have seats. As a result, I had to quickly look for another hotel, which was very upsetting! The hotel disappointed! I do not recommend it to anyone
