There is a lot of garbage, stray dogs, it is always dirty in the entrances, ants and cockroaches in the apartment, I am generally silent about parking spaces, electricity is often turned off. Men smoke while sitting on playgrounds or nearby, although there are specially designated places. Prices in stores are inflated by default, pharmacies are always closed if necessary. In general, we are glad that we moved out. I do not recommend it, the prices are unreasonably high.

A nice LCD. The interior of the entrances is beautifully decorated, but it is hot both in winter and summer. The apartments are finished. The walls, however, are thin, and the audibility with the neighbors is strongly felt. The courtyards are small. If the cars hadn't been put there yet, it would have been great. Nearby there is an undeveloped, fenced area, just for Parking. It seems to me that residents have the right to demand that it be transferred to a parking lot. And so, it's cozy, there's a lot of things nearby: markets, catering outlets, a pharmacy in the house, a cafe, a service station. You don't have to wait long for a taxi, buses run.

There is little space for children to play, very few parking spaces, and the audibility is strong. It feels like the walls between the apartments are room-sized. But housing and communal services are great. Especially Galia.

The quality of the structure is out of 5 points to 3. Parking at least climb on top of each other, the yard is small, the entrance to the town is narrow in one car and the check-in from Ryskulov to the bridge is such that 2 cars barely leave. I do not recommend it!!!

A good LCD, one of the best in the city in the segment of economy and comfort class. The apartments are in a fine finish, well-built houses. There is gas in the houses, which saves money, there are video intercoms in each apartment, good-quality elevators and repairs in the entrances. There is 1 minus, very little Parking space, but you can find it.

All the apartments are not bad, warm and cozy, but parking is a problem, and there are very small playgrounds for such a number of residents. In the evenings, the apple has nowhere to fall. Due to the small amount of space, someone is constantly scratching someone's car. Plus, there would be a closed area, houses, no sounds from the highway.

The worst residential complex, with poor sound insulation, plus there is no Parking, in the evening there is nowhere to park the car, not to drive in and not to leave. In fairness, I must say, the entrance is clean and the elevator is not bad, but sometimes you wait a long time for one.
