Entering it, I found exactly the room that I had booked on the website, with a view of the tower. .. At the same time, the furniture is worn and dirty. I couldn't turn off the TV, an engineer came and just unscrewed the fuse, as a result, the TV didn't work at all. For my wife, the second robe was not brought in 4 days. At breakfast, the Russian-speaking staff was rude when they realized that we were Russians - they had to call the manager again and put former compatriots in their place. Elevators are extremely slow, crowds of people gather in front of them. The quality of sleep is extremely average, not for the level of five stars. I'm not a prude, but in the afternoon by the pool and in the evening in the lobby gather a bunch of women with "low social responsibility", for them the entrance is free, that 2-3 years ago it was impossible to even think about it. Near the pool, one of them quarreled with a guest who rejected her attention. The staff did not react in any way! Just like in Russian hotels of the 90s...
