We had a rest here with a large family of different ages. Great hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms. Everything would be great if it weren't for two big buts! The kitchen is very lame, there is nothing tasty for children or adults to eat at lunch and dinner on the buffet. Despite the fact that everything is completely cold and no one is watching these. The restaurant is the same: they ordered a lot of dishes in the middle of the table to choose at least something, but all the plates remained almost full.
We urgently need to fix this, a hotel of this level cannot be with a three-star kitchen at the max hotel.
There is also room cleaning: garbage was taken away, towels were changed and that's it; the floor is covered in dust, no one vacuums it, and even more so does not wash it.
I really want the hotel to prosper, so much has been invested in it! You need to change the management.
A great hotel with excellent service! The breakfast is beyond praise, a large selection of hot dishes, snacks, pastries, desserts, fruits and vegetables! Towels are changed 2 times a day, bathrobes and slippers are provided every day, if necessary, to prepare the room for bedtime. A welcome and parting compliment is a handmade candy box! Any question and requests are resolved very quickly! The best hotel on the coast of Georgia!!!
We have been resting in the Paragraph since 29.07, for the third time.As always, all services are on top!But I would like more umbrellas by the pool and on the beach by the sea.Yesterday and today 07.08 it is difficult to find at least some kind of sunbed, let alone under an umbrella! There are large umbrellas in the pool, but they do not block the sun from hitting all the sun beds, there are only 3 in the shade next to the umbrella. There are 11 umbrellas on the sea and there are not enough of them for everyone!Without shade, it is very difficult in the open sun during the day, so many go to their rooms and come to the sea at 18 o'clock, but even at this time it is still hot in the open sun.I took off the star for this shortcoming. In Turkey, one large awning is stretched on the beaches, the length of the entire beach strip, it is cheaper and more convenient than umbrellas.I wish the hotel managers to think about this issue. In general, I really enjoyed the rest, as always!Irina
Great rooms, super pool. The breakfasts are delicious. But it must be borne in mind that there is no infrastructure around the hotel, and in the hotel itself there is no shop with small things that may sometimes be urgently needed. Otherwise, it's a great place! Black sand, pine trees, clear sea! There is an interesting musicians' park nearby, an arboretum is not far away, and the hotel itself is large and has a walking area)
We rested there in early October.
Among the advantages: a large warm swimming pool, a large aquarium with beautiful fish in the lobby.
Cons: staff and service.
In the water park one day the water was cold, to the question of why it was so to the staff - I don't know and that's it, no gestures to correct this moment. A pool where children swim).
Saunas and steam rooms did not work every other day (it was already clear that it was pointless to contact the staff), there was also an unpleasant smell of rotten water on the way to the steam rooms.
The kitchen is tasteless! It is impossible to eat borscht (why is borscht on the menu of a Georgian hotel at all?!). In a Georgian restaurant, my husband ordered a kebab - tasteless (well, at least you can try to cook your own kitchen normally)! Khinkali is the same..
We ordered room service. The menu indicates:from 11:30. We call the reception, no, only from 12:00, one girl said from 13:00. That's what I understand customer orientation!
There were glass fragments in front of the elevator, we told the reception, asked them to remove them (children run barefoot). After half an hour, it's not cleaned!they told the cleaner personally, she vacuumed. There were no large fragments, but small ones against the wall, under the table-yes!That's the kind of attitude you don't give a damn about.
Four-seater bicycles do not work.No one knows about it and no one plans to fix them. They lie right at the reception that everything works when you come to the rental office - sorry, no, all four are broken!
There is no beach where you can walk (or rather there is, but it is 2 meters).
Another complex is being built nearby, cars are making noise.
Tennis doesn't work.
The playstation is not working.
The heating battery also does not work in the room.
If you move into the first floor, be ready to enjoy the view of the terrible roof and unwashed windows :)
A wonderful place! An amazing park! The rooms are great. The service is too. The pool protruding directly into the sea with sea water is magnificent! And a huge aquarium with its reef inhabitants, through which you pass in full growth, is rarely found anywhere. I highly recommend this hotel
This is a full-fledged 5-star hotel! Which is located in the village of Shekvetili. Everything says here that he is the best in Georgia! The staff works for 5+, tennis courts! The football field! We were upgraded from a standard room to a semi-suite. Thanks a lot to the administrator for that! The buffet is delicious and will satisfy every whim of the client! A huge aquarium inside. And the pool. The place is very expensive, but very good! 5+
A wonderful hotel. We were in early November, it's cold outside, and the hotel has an amazing swimming pool area with an aqua park, a heated outdoor pool. A giant aquarium is something incredible. You can watch the fish for hours. A unique hotel!
Of the disadvantages - only 2 restaurants, no cafe, if you pay for breakfast at the hotel, it turns out very expensive. It is better to buy accommodation with breakfast.
A beautiful, modern, detached hotel in a pine grove. The rooms are large with a modern design. The main attractions of the hotel are a large swimming pool going into the sea and a 400m3 aquarium with marine life. The service corresponds to 5 stars. The beach is sand. Batumi is 40 minutes away by car.
We celebrated our granddaughter's birthday, my son invited us all to this wonderful hotel, to say that we liked everything, it's nothing to say, the entire infrastructure of the Paragraph, a work of art, every corner pleases the eye, starting with the lobby, the eye is attracted by a huge aquarium with exotic fish, a masterpiece spa area, a restaurant, rooms
impressive, thanks to the host and the organizers, you are certainly the BEST!!!
You should try it! Very good. Almost all the staff speaks Russian, so there are no problems. Very beautiful. Everyone is very polite. Awesome aquarium in the lobby. It is huge, with a passage inside, with very interesting fish (huge catfish, sharks, rays, etc.). You can entertain yourself and children all day without leaving the hotel. Everything is thought out, for all ages. Food for every age and taste. Gorgeous rooms. The nature around is fascinating. The pool is warm, outside with cool water and cold. Water park, sauna, tennis, you can play chess, cinema.
It's just a magical world to relax in
A gorgeous place, expensive, but if you are going to Georgia in Batumi, be sure to visit . The staff is friendly, especially the Tech at the reception, upgraded from the simplest room to a suite. Well, the feature of the hotel is a huge aquarium.
A beautifully made hotel. Lovely rooms. A gorgeous pool, the same aquarium. A wonderful breakfast.
One thing is that chefs do not know how to cook dishes (lunch, dinner). I wanted to leave the Georgian restaurant altogether.
We ordered borscht, a red vegetable soup without a single piece of meat.
The pizza wasn't bad, but she didn't want to eat it every day.
I had to look for places to eat while driving out.
A very nice large swimming pool with sea water, a beautiful winter garden, a very good access to the sea with a healing sand, it is located in a beautiful park, an aquarium with big fish!
Heated year-round swimming pool with sea water. The territory is a park. Magnetic sand on the sea. Stunning rooms, a small water park, SPA, Georgian cuisine.
We celebrated our birthday here, everything went fine, there were about 20 of us, we were well placed and the rooms had a view of the sea, the room was nice, a large balcony, the bathroom area was conveniently made, thank you, we will come again
A super hotel! The pool is cool, the rooms are great! If you are lucky with the weather, it will be a super vacation! The breakfasts are good and varied. There is a musicians' park nearby.
The best hotel on the coast. Excellent infrastructure, a gorgeous 120-meter saltwater pool, slides for children, a winter garden, a cool huge aquarium. Excellent staff. Delicious breakfasts.Only the best recommendations
A great hotel from and to! Beautiful rooms, luxurious pool and water park, spa, restaurant on the 7th floor with a magnificent view. The aquarium can be stuck on the clock!
A real paradise. The service is exceptional. Great food. The service is impeccable. You don't feel that there are a lot of people in the hotel. The water park and the area around the hotel are amazing.
A magnificent hotel, there is even a contactless zoo, you sit on a bench and admire nature and animals in natural conditions. The hotel has everything for a luxurious holiday, a swimming pool, the sea, a water park and a view from the room, the impression that you are on a liner on a sea cruise
The hotel is lovely. And everything about it is super. Only when there are a lot of people in the hotel at breakfast it is very uncomfortable. I would suggest that the management take additional staff with them during the high season and on weekends when full
The very place where the hotel is located is not better to find, Near the park of "Singing Figures" - you can walk to it or ride a bike, which are available at the hotel. And there is also a beautiful natural park- arboretum nearby. A huge swimming pool with sea water, the water in the sea is clean and the magnesium sand on the shore is healthy. The rooms at the hotel are all spacious with large terraces. In the foyer there is a huge aquarium wall with exotic fish. There are also water slides for children and adults.
Well, I don't really know where to start…
I rarely write reviews, and I write a negative review only the second time. The review is long, so I will leave a short summary for the lazy right away: the hotel is excellent (building and territory), although slightly not well maintained, but the service and service are disgusting.
I would like to emphasize separately that I compare this hotel with the same price and class that I was in.
What did you like:
- the territory is large and beautiful, the place is quiet with tall pines, deer roam right through the territory, we saw a very beautiful pair of deer
- the pool, as in the picture, starts inside the hotel and goes out to sea, there are a lot of sun beds, although the water in it is marine, I don't know if it's a plus or minus, it's just the first time I see this
- aquarium in the lobby - there are many different fish and stingrays, part of the aquarium goes out to the restaurant where breakfast is served, a very pleasant sight
- children's club, lots of toys, very spacious and this is the only place where there are no questions to the service
Before I talk about the bad things, I'll tell you about my expectations, I wanted to enjoy the view from the balcony and walk along the beach (neither of which worked out well for me)
Now about the bad:
- the staff forgets their duties and does not want to solve problems, I got the impression that no one will lift a finger if they are not kicked, everyone just doesn't care
Here are some examples:
1. I booked and paid(!) for my room 50 days before arrival, I had a family suite (the most expensive room in the hotel there are only 10) at the time of booking, I was asked to write special requests, I asked to book a room on the highest floor, to which they replied that everything was OK, we will do it. During check-in, they tell me, I quote: "I see you asked for a room on a higher floor, but we can only offer you a room on the first floor" on the first(!), what I didn't want most of all, that is, they stupidly ignored my request and did not book anything, but the room was paid for in advance, on a no-refund basis, that is, I would definitely have stopped by or lost the money.
Then it's even more fun, what would you do in a good hotel after such a joint? Although in a good hotel such shoals do not occur even if there is no room on the upper floors, I would have been told about it at the booking stage and would have been offered an alternative. And in a good hotel, even if this happened, they would apologize and say that as soon as a room on one of the upper floors is available, we will immediately move you.
What was in the paragraph, I quote: "if you don't like it, you can come to the reception once a day and ask if the room is empty, when it is free we can move you" ... 🙃 what?!
I check into the room, all my fears are confirmed, instead of a gorgeous view of the sea, a disgusting view of the huge roof of the hotel (I'm sorry I didn't take a photo) the sea is barely visible. Well, it's not that at all, it's just very bad.
The next day I wrote to the booking service: How did this happen? Help me figure it out.
Answer: go to the reception where they will help you (that is, again, unsubscribe)
I go to the reception: solve the problem, please
Answer: OK, I will write down your wish now and, if I get free, we will relocate.(hooray!)
Well, the finale.
Two days later they call: we can move you to the 5th or 4th floor
Me: of course on the 5th.
Answer: OK, expect a call at 18:00
The time is 18:30 - there is no call
I'm calling myself: we are ready to move
Answer: Yes, we will send a luggage trolley now.
A cart arrives and a man with the keys to the new room.
Attention: on the 4th floor(!)
A curtain.
2. We ordered lunch and dinner in the room every day, after that, of course, there were plates left, we put them separately on the table at the entrance - this is obviously dirty dishes. So the person who brought us dinner never (!) took away the dirty dishes from lunch, never even offered it. He put new dishes on the table, got paid and left quickly. It was impossible not to notice the dirty dishes, they stood right in the way (and certainly it was impossible not to notice them 7 times in a row), the guys just scored. They took it away only once when we reminded him about it. Separately, I will say that the cleaners always took away the dirty dishes, everything is OK here.
3. The subjective point.
The male part of the staff does not communicate in a friendly way at all, maybe this is a feature of the mentality, maybe something else, but I got the impression that they feel like servants and somehow compensate for this, internal tension is felt. In other similar hotels, it always seemed to me that the staff of any level feels like hospitable hosts and we are perceived as guests and express their attitude with friendliness and interest in our good rest. In cool hotels, everyone goes about their business with ease and dignity (as it should be).
The girls (almost all of them) communicated with a smile and pleasantly.
4. The story of the bike.
The kids' club advised us to rent bicycles.
We come to rent bicycles. There, among others, are such four-seater ones.
Me: can I rent a four-seater?
Answer: no, everything is broken.
It's weird, but OK, it happens. This happens especially often in third-rate hotels, but not in a top hotel in Georgia.
The next day, at the reception.
Me: Do you know that all your four-seater bikes are broken?
Answer: it can't be, I'll check it now.
When I'm on the phone, they call for a rental, communicate in Georgian, hang up and tell me: you can go for a rental, everything will be there.
I'm going to rent a car.
There's the answer again: all four-wheeled ones are broken, we can't help in any way.
Kick ass service.
5. The Georgian restaurant in the hotel had tasteless, dry and rubbery kebabs! Can this even happen in Georgia? Not tasty cradles! Not just "not really, but normal," but it really sucks.
6. The lack of lifeguards in the pool and water park. It wouldn't be too embarrassing if there weren't signs everywhere like: "there are no rescuers here and the staff is not trained! So let's do it ourselves!" by the pool is an inscription measuring half a meter by 15 meters.
It's a disgrace.
7. Room cleaning, regular, but very mediocre. Without details, I'm too lazy to write.
8. Closed outdoor beach.
It turns out that you can walk on the ski at the hotel within 150 meters, but you can't go any further: the owner has arrived! Well, really, an open beach, no fences, no signs, in the shade of trees there is a booth with a guard who shouts indignantly if you walk a certain distance. It's just a laugh, in Russia I would have continued my walk, but here the country is a stranger, I did not run into it. So it's just weird, the beach is huge, what will I do there, trample the sand or something?))
9. Fragments in the hallway.
We go to the corridor of the floor from the elevator to the room. On an area of 20 m2, fragments from a broken plate are scattered, it is clear that the large ones were removed, while the medium and small ones remained. Okay, I think anything happens, but when I went into the room, just in case, I called the reception and reported it.
It's been 30 minutes.
I go to the elevator - the fragments are in place, and my child runs barefoot down the corridor often. I go up to the cleaner myself, show her the pieces, she says, okay, I'll clean it up now.
Two more hours passed.
The large fragments have been removed, and the small ones are in place. But they are clearly visible! Conclusion: no one vacuumed. Once again, I approach the cleaners myself (already different), I ask them to vacuum.
The next day.
Some of the small fragments remained in place. Well, that's kind of surreal. The visual attitude of the staff to their work. NOBODY CARES.
There are still a lot of little things that I wouldn't pay attention to in a good hotel, but it worked out by itself.
Conclusion: the hotel service is 2 out of 10.
End.
This hotel is worth spending money on. Excellent spa area with a relaxing massage, a hot tub, a Jacuzzi, a pool with cool fresh water (it flies perfectly after a bathhouse))))) mini water park slides and a pipe, a pool for children and comfortable sun beds gazebos for parents and all this in tropical thickets (for vacationing parents in the thickets there is a mini bar with miracle cocktails and not only) a huge warm pool with sea water. But I love more a huge aquarium with fish and in the evenings cozy corners next to the waterfall under the Baikal red with what not to be delicious from the restaurant :) I advise you to visit out of season prices do not bite so much
Just a gorgeous hotel! One of the best by world standards. Spacious, bright rooms with good furniture and an unusual bathroom. Buffet breakfasts with an incredibly varied menu for every taste. SPA, swimming pools, relaxation areas, mini water park - everything is fine here. And the most important attraction of the hotel is an incredibly large aquarium with a variety of beautiful fish! Be sure to visit this place - you will not regret it!
Excellent location . The saltwater pool outside is great. The rooms are good. Everything is done under 5 stars. But something is missing.... The cuisine is mediocre , the price tag for food is more expensive than in the best restaurants in Moscow.
Excellent breakfasts, clean rooms, kind friendly staff from cleaners to chefs, the hotel is far from cities and shops, so for dinner you will have to go to restaurants at the hotel, but the food there is cool and there is a choice, all spa treatments are cool))
I only visited the spa, it was just amazing, I chose an aroma massage after it, it feels like on the 7th heaven, there is also a swimming pool with panoramic windows and a sauna, I recommend it!
This is the most pleasant place in Georgia. A large, really cool hotel with a swimming pool extending 100 m into the sea, we lived in a family room with two bedrooms and a living room, everything suited us, there was enough space for everyone, breakfast was delicious, the saltwater pool was large and spacious. Well-maintained territory, clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There was not enough evening entertainment for adults, live music, or any kind of performances. Next to the musicians' park is a great place!
An incredibly beautiful hotel! Clean rooms with stunning views 🫶 fish feeding is a separate event - I advise everyone to go. I would also like to thank George at the reception, who made our wedding anniversary unforgettable. Highly recommend
A chic hotel, a stunning saltwater pool.
The staff is polite and friendly.
The food is delicious.
The rooms are on fire! The beds are the softest, I don't want to get up.
Very nice and cozy hotel. Aquarium with marine life, winter garden, heated swimming pool 115 m. Large room. I would like a more varied diet, because the buffet for breakfast is expensive. A more varied meal is offered in the room.
Great location, good water park, indoor and outdoor, heated pool. The breakfast is delicious. Good atmosphere. A huge territory. We will come to the working gym again
The best hotel I've been to has a swimming pool, a water park, good breakfasts, excellent rooms, there are games with playlists, a good water park and a good saltwater pool. There is also a spa salon, a hammam, two Jacuzzi baths and another pool with ordinary water. The rooms are good, there is also a park with musicians. Well, in general, there are monuments with musicians and when you approach them, their music plays. A great hotel, if I find a photo, I'll add it
The best hotel for family holidays in Georgia. Everything is perfect: service, amenities, breakfast, places to walk, air, and of course the water park itself
The best hotel in Georgia.
Service. Oceanarium. Breakfasts, rooms. All the best of the best.
There is a children's club, a water park.
A gorgeous pool.
As good as the hotel itself and the food in it are, the management staff is so bad. We came just for a few days to take a break from the hustle and tropical weather in Tbilisi, so on the very first day we spoiled the mood. There was an incident in which our relative was injured. Physically. So instead of solving the problem and going their separate ways, the local chief (introduced himself as Vazha) of the security (apparently with the approval of the hotel management) decided to disown the staff of the technical service of the hotel and pretend that nothing had happened. When I started to deal with the situation myself and found the culprit, within half an hour he was dragged to apologize to the victim. Well, what the hell was it necessary to plant a vegetable garden and say that he was not their employee?! That's exactly what one star is for.
The pool is beautiful. The aquarium is wonderful. The food is tastier than in the cool establishments of Tbilisi. The cleaning in the rooms is good (the cleaners almost all speak Russian). But everything was crossed out by the aforementioned incident.
The best hotel in Georgia! Service, service, rooms, everything is fine! The pool is just great, with sea water and heated! A separate wow effect from a huge aquarium ❤️
Lovely bright spacious rooms with sea views.
There is a large park on the territory.
Inside the hotel there is a nice small winter garden and an aquarium.
The service and friendliness of the staff are excellent.
Interesting design solutions.
A decent SPA.
This hotel is unrealistically cool! There is a huge aquarium with fish in the hall, you stick around it for hours))) according to the schedule - feeding the fish by a diver, I remember it! But the most important feature of the hotel is the outdoor pool! It goes straight into the sea on stilts, and you can get into it both from the street and from the building of a huge water park! And there is also a greenhouse in which a real baobab grows) The breakfasts are very tasty, the choice of dishes is huge, freshly squeezed juices, eggs Benedict. And in general, the food in the hotel is beyond praise. There are bicycles, a rope park for children.
