Stayed here for around 5 days. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There's a bistro nearby that serves tasty food and a Burger King in the ground floor and a money exchange right outside and a large grocery store nearby. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Greetings to all who read! I came to the Paradise Hotel for a weekend break, I liked everything. We booked two rooms remotely, the girls at the reception are friendly and help with the selection of rooms. It is worth saying wishes and they will try to choose the rooms according to your desire. There is a private parking behind the gate and under video surveillance. For those who smoke, there is a smoking room on the floor, which is convenient in principle and there is no smell of tobacco. There is also a common recreation room where you can gather your family and sit at the table, you can store food and other things in the refrigerator, since small refrigerators in the rooms work for cooling. There is air conditioning in the rooms. Overall, my family was happy with the trip.
I will add the point that there is a railway station very close by, but there is no roar of trains, noise of cars and other noise from the stations at all. There is a place to eat good homemade food, but this is a separate story for another place called Solyanka, it's right around the corner. Have a good rest, I recommend Paradise Hotel.

Convenient location (near the train station, supermarket, various establishments), polite staff, a huge plus can be noted recreation rooms with various entertainment and a kitchen, as well as an equipped smoking room.
For a small surcharge, you can take a meal ticket at the nearest canteen, you can have a hearty meal

A wonderful hotel. We 've been there 2 times and we 'll come back again . Clean, tidy rooms with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a guarded parking lot. Near the railway station, but you can't hear the trains. Within walking distance there is a shopping center with a supermarket, several cafes, pharmacies. This is not the first time in this hotel. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to find a recreation room with excellent appliances (electric kettle, microwave, slow cooker) and dishes, there is a coffee machine on the floor (for a fee) and coolers with water. Its own closed parking under the cameras. The only thing that upset me was the condition of the sewer, the water in the sink practically does not go away. Upon check-in, we were immediately offered another room because of this, but a similar problem was found there. I don't remember such a problem in previous races. If it were not for this circumstance, I would have given a 5-star rating!

There is a good communal kitchen, the rooms are tidy. The administrators are very nice. The only drawback when we rented 2 rooms: we were not accommodated nearby, they did not specify. The rooms are different. The room in the right wing was worse. The hair dryer is overheating. To have breakfast, you need to go outside and go to a cafe and count grams)) if you went outside the insurance, you need to pay extra. A receipt for 10 rubles is given

- I got caught) a two-room suite, quite spacious, but worn out) what can I do - the train station, but it is cleaned to the maximum, which is nice. The shower does not drain well, but the bathroom is very spacious
- there is a TV in every room, there are 40+ channels
- the main disadvantage. Breakfast - they give you a coupon for 10 rubles in the station bistro
- there is a private parking

I liked the hotel. There is Parking for cars, the girls at the reception are wonderful and friendly, check-in and accommodation was pleasant. The prices are loyal, there is a necessary set of amenities. The hotel, of course, is not for long-term stays, and its location on the forecourt hints at this))

Guys, thank you so much for the reception)) we booked without any prepayments, arrived instead of lunch at night, our rooms were waiting for us, they did not give us to anyone, although everything was packed))) we had three rooms, everything worked, and most importantly, the weather was +35)) the bed was clean, the mattresses and pillows were not collapsed or washed, there is a common room for eating with a microwave, coolers are standing, the most important thing is a place for smoking)) the girls are all smiling and friendly and will offer coffee and drinks)) and thank you so much for extending one room to us until the evening for free!!! Liked it! Satisfied! We love Gomel, we come often. We stay mainly in the castle and central. But on the day of the city there is a full house everywhere. Paradise saved us and our trip took place. The receptionist Maria, with her attentive attitude to the client, immediately made us fall in love with the hotel. Expectations were met by 100%. We booked a two-room suite. Clean, convenient and comfortable. For a hard orthopedic mattress, a separate respect. Administrators are professionals in their field. We helped with booking a restaurant, called a taxi, oriented where it is better to have breakfast, etc. Thank you for the careful attitude to the hotel guests! There is even a feedback form to get better. This is not even found in every chain hotel today. In a word, a customer-oriented hotel!!! We say, see you later!

Nice hotel. It is within walking distance of everything, bus station, railway station, attractions and various cafes. The staff is polite, not intrusive. The hotel does not provide meals, but there is a positive plus, free coupons for a 10% discount at the Solyanka cafe. The cafe is a 1-minute walk around the corner of the building.

Уютный комфортный отель в центре города, невысокие цены, приветливый персонал, чистые номера, укомплектованные необходимым набором, холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер, посуда, просторная душевая, установлены бойлеры, что в мое посещение оказалось весьма к месту, в связи с отсутствием в городе горячей воды, в том числе и в ряде гостиниц) так что рекомендую к заселению)

Удобное месторасположение, охраняемая парковка,уютно, чисто, бесплатный Интернет. Разрешено размещение с домашними животными, отзывчивый и предупредительный персонал. Мне понравилось, что есть зона кухни, где можно воспользоваться всем необходимым и даже комфортно перекусить. На ресепшн круглосуточно можно приобрести напитки, снэки, кофе. Очень доступная, особенно по сравнению с другими областными центрами, стоимость номеров.

Overall, it's not bad. But the entrance from the parking lot is extremely inconvenient, breakfast in the bistro is around the corner. The bistro is noisy and the food is too greasy. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, and everyone passing can be heard, especially ladies in heels. It's hard to sleep.

Советую. Удобное расположение есть где покушать и рядом много кофе и магазинов.Чисто, уютно. Не хватает в номере, одноразовых тапок и хотелось бы зуб щётки, но это хотелось,хотя бы для тех кто от 2ух дней и более, мелочь а очень приятно а для отеля не большие средства. Есть комната где можно посидеть зимой с кофе и сиг. Не выходя за пределы отеля. У

Попали в отель случайно. Очень понравился. Квалифицированные девушки на ресепшене. Удобно оборудованная кухня. Единственное, маловато было рабочей поверхности стола, чтобы не готовить на обеденном. Но это вообще мелочи. Хорошее постельное, отличная уборка в номерах. В следующую поездку остановимся снова здесь.

I left the most negative emotions.
In short: I ordered the doors and accessories for them... they politely said the delivery is free and expect it on such and such a day...and then I took a day off from work, waited, no bell, no doors. I called, took into account the ads, entered the position...agreed on others .the day is amazing next to the same story...again, they didn't even call. It took a personal visit to this store. A week later they brought it...Hurray! But! The driver said: you will be charged 600 rubles for delivery...but how? Delivery in the city is free... I don't know anything about the money from you, the store is dialling the phone is unavailable, I had to pay.
I brought everything packed into the apartment, wrapped with stretch film, looking like everything.
I deployed it on the weekend...po examined the long-awaited purchase more closely...and it turns out that the cashing out is a telescope...then they did not bring it to the place it is simple and cheaper.
I think that in such shops ... co..their breeding is not worth paying attention to. And the money for the delivery was never returned..although they promised!
