The hotel is nice and clean. The meals are three times a day, not very varied, but everything is delicious. The beach is equipped. Sun beds, umbrellas are available (umbrellas are tired) - there are enough sun beds for everyone, there are no umbrellas. The pool is clean but cool. The sauna was "broken", it was not repaired in two weeks. The staff in the dining room, the maid (Irma 3rd floor) are polite, friendly, the rest are all on "you" - to put it mildly. Two more buildings are being built nearby (the view from the room may also be on the construction site). There is a gym available. There is also a playground behind the main building. And everything seems to be fine, but the smell in the evenings from the landfill located in the village is disgusting, acrid - you can't sit on the street or on the balcony.

We had a rest from 01.09.24 to 11.09.24. 5 adults and 2 children 6 years old. I was lucky with the weather for all days, comfortable. On the plus side: I liked the hotel, the area is beautiful and clean. The food is not very varied, but you will definitely not stay hungry, and most importantly, everything is very tasty! The sea is within walking distance, the cleanest, the beach is quite free! In the evenings, you can sit in the gazebos. But this is what concerns adults... THE MAIN DISADVANTAGE: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN!!! A playground in the back with a minimum number of game elements for the youngest in the shade of Tui is one name! Well, you can at least put an inflatable trampoline, even if it's paid, there would be no lights out....After all, there are a lot of children resting at the hotel.

I liked the hotel. A good four. The hotel is modern and new. We lived in the second building. The room is small. There is a kettle, dishes, tea with sugar, 2 bottles of water (only upon arrival).The cooler is at the entrance to the hotel, you can take water with you or put it in the kettle. There is a safe, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, even a heating convector in the room. There is a hairdryer in the toilet room, and the heated towel rail is turned on. Shower accessories only upon arrival. There are beach towels. There were no slippers or bathrobes. I liked the blackout curtains, as the windows of the other rooms are close. The windows are large and panoramic. The balcony is large, there is a table with chairs and a dryer on it. The sandy pebble beach is located across the street. Sun beds and umbrellas are free, but not always enough for everyone. There is a swimming pool and gazebos on site. The restaurant is open buffet style. There are 2 halls and an open veranda. Coffee machines are only available for breakfast. The choice of dishes is not very large, but sufficient. For dinner, they give very tasty pastries. They didn't mess up much with the cleaning in the room. Linen and towels were changed for the 4th day.
Overall, the hotel left a positive impression. The only disadvantage is its location.

I spent a wonderful day at the hotel and I want to share my impressions. The hotel struck with its beauty and comfort. The bed was incredibly soft, which provided a great sleep. The shower in the room turned out to be very comfortable, and the hotel grounds were well maintained and immaculate.
The proximity of the sea added to the atmosphere of relaxation, and the all-inclusive system allowed you to fully enjoy the offers. I especially liked the dishes made from baked vegetables – they were not only delicious, but also healthy.
In general, the rest was a success, and I was incredibly satisfied!

A decent hotel. All-inclusive meals, not much choice, but everything is very tasty and homemade. The rooms are clean and cozy. The girls clean the rooms every day, they clean it, not because how! A good heated pool is the best thing in bad weather. The beach is clean, pebbles. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge.I've been resting for a week since mid-October. I was very pleased. We had a rest here with my husband in the middle of October.
On the plus side:
we were very lucky with the weather, the sea is close to the hotel, very clean, warm, there are sun beds. The rooms are cleaned every day (+-), there is air conditioning in the room, the balcony was overlooking the sea.
The food is delicious, but monotonous.
There are gazebos on the territory.

There was a terrible smell in the evening (as it turned out, the landfill was being burned), it was impossible to sit on the balcony or outside. (It wasn't every day, but it was often, which was very upsetting. Fly to the sea to smell the landfill
The only entertainment options are a restaurant and a couple of snack bars, as the hotel is located in the village. (If you want to have fun, it will be a bit boring )
WiFi in the room is practically not working, only in the lobby and near the hotel.
The staff is 50/50 polite.

We were with a child of 5 years from October 15 to October 22, 2024. The hotel is located on the first coastline, the sea can be reached in 1 min. The hotel has its own sun beds. The hotel is modern with a beautiful well-groomed territory, there is a place to relax if you want to swim in a heated pool (for me the water was barely warm), if necessary, you could warm up in the sauna. I was also pleased with the presence of a playground. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, glasses, mugs, a hairdryer in the bathtub, two mirrors large and small, a mirror in the hallway, a shoe rack, disposable shampoo, soap, three towels, one small and two large, toilet paper, a spacious closet, bedside table. On the balcony there is a clothes dryer and a table with chairs, blackout curtains. We had a view of the mountains, but unfortunately in the near future another hotel will close directly opposite their view ((. Cleaning the room every day, bed linen is changed every three days according to my memory. Order and cleanliness are primarily dependent on the occupants of the room. The three meals a day are good, I'm not picky, I always found something for myself. The most important thing is fresh food. The staff is helpful and friendly.
At the reception there is an opportunity to withdraw money if necessary (I took money from the world card, the commission is 150 rubles)
There are shops near the hotel, a bus stop runs from it according to the schedule to Gagra, Pitsunda, Sukhum.
Of the cons, I can note that the Wi-Fi on the floors above is very bad (we lived on the 3rd floor) we had to go down to the first floor.

The hotel is not bad for Abkhazia, we rested closer to the middle of October 2024. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned, bed linen is changed every three days. The food is delicious, but mostly the same thing, a buffet. The juices are delicious, the food is specially for the Russian person, the beach and the sea are cool and clean, it's a pleasure to swim. The village itself is clearly not ready for the resort. There are shopping malls next to the hotel , relatively not bad and good prices. One of the advantages of the hotel is that there is a winery and a shop next to it, with very good prices, within a 45-minute walking distance. In general, if a person needs only the sea and the sea, it is a very good option and the hotel is very good for an adult. Of the obvious disadvantages, they burn the trash, but not every day. A wonderful hotel, vacationed in October 2024 with two children 1,4 and 6 years old.
We liked everything about the food, we didn't stay hungry. The hotel is always clean, the room was also cleaned. The beach was also always cleaned up.
The only drawback is the location of the hotel, and the lack of animation for children.
Everything is very quiet, calm.
There was nothing to do in the evening, it was getting dark early. It is not convenient to walk on the sand with a stroller.

A great hotel, excellent service, nice, clean rooms, a wonderful buffet, anyone can choose a meal to their taste. There is a gym, sauna, outdoor pool, sea across the street (first coastline). The only disadvantage is that one side of the hotel (windows with balconies) overlooks the mountains, or rather the construction site of a new hotel, which blocks these beautiful mountains. During the season (well, at least from May 25), the construction site is frozen, most likely in order not to disturb the hotel guests, the hotel has a full check-in at the end of May and I perfectly understand why. In general, if I go back to Abkhazia, then to this hotel!))) I recommend it!!!)))

I had a rest in early September 2024. The hotel corresponds to 4 stars. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned by the maid Diana. Cleaning every day. Change of linen and soap accessories every 4 days. There are no bathrobes and slippers.
There is a kettle, tea, sugar, refrigerator and safe in the room.
My balcony overlooked the mountains, the construction site. A piece of the sea was visible.
The food is delicious, the hot stuff is mostly chicken. Very few fruits. And the jostling was annoying. With such a large number of visitors, you can set a schedule. If you come at the end, there is no baking. But you won't stay hungry.
The noise at the construction site did not bother, and the music in the nearby restaurant did not bother either. But my room was on the other side of the restaurant.
One drawback on the beach is that it is very inconvenient to go down into the sea, especially when there is a wave. Steep descent. There are a lot of elderly people. They fall down, struggle in and out.
It is better to buy excursions from the guides at the hotel. Minibuses are comfortable.
Also, as a plus, it's not crowded on the street.
But, as a minus, there is sand everywhere.
But my vacation was not overshadowed by anything.

A great place to relax. It's quiet, calm, next to the sea (only 30 meters from the gate and you're on the beach), there is a heated pool, which is convenient when there are strong waves at sea and you won't go there with children. The buffet is varied, everyone will find something to take, the only negative is our tourists who come from a hungry land and arrange almost a battle for watermelons, melons and cakes there, they do not eat it, and then the waiters just throw it all away.
There is a lot of choice about excursions, but before registration, try to find out what the route to the waterfalls will be, because with young children and the elderly to get there - 7 sweat will come off while walking on stones, roots, an inclined path.

There are only 2 high chairs for small children.
The pool may be heated, but no one has heated it.

They lived in June 2024. The hotel is good, the first coastline, which is very convenient, the sea is just around the corner. The staff is nice and helpful. Everything is the same about food, it's the same every day. Sometimes the food is either not salty at all or very salty. We didn't have enough desserts for dinner, because people's piggy attitude towards others. When we were there, a couple of two people would pick up a whole plate of cakes for themselves, and then the waiters would throw this whole plate into the trash. If you do not have time to come to the beginning of breakfast, lunch or dinner, keep in mind that you may not get something at all. Because everything is from a hungry land and no one has ever eaten cakes with cakes. We rested from the 17th to the 24th, during which time the room was washed only 2 times. The bed linen was not changed. The garbage was taken out every day. Although the cleaners told us that they could not enter the room without us, but this is not the case. Even when we were on the tour all day, they took the garbage out of the room without us. The beach is a mixture of pebbles and sand. There are enough sun beds, but there are no umbrellas. There are "good" people who, when they go to the room, just leave their towels on the sun beds, which are under umbrellas and you can't lie down there. The area is most likely just under construction, so there is not much going anywhere. There is a small market, souvenirs were bought there.

A great hotel / its own beach / gym (my husband was engaged), the pool is too small for such a hotel, but we did not need it, because the sea! Sauna, we were in May and it's very cool to warm up in the sea. The weather was great! The food may be monotonous, but everything is delicious! Cookies and fruits are really not enough, but if some did not collect ... we always ate outside on the veranda ... a very pleasant waitress Aphrodite. She knew that we always eat there and almost always prepared the table for us. Very pleasant. I want to say something about the waitresses' hairstyles... a ponytail is good, but if you haven't ruffled it yet, please remove your hair. But a very slow-witted and strange admin at the waitresses, makes sure that everything is made of food, will stand in the aisle and stands frozen. The rooms are great, big. Everything is always clean and tidy. Special thanks to Diana, she is a super maid. We flew from Biblio Globus to the hotel, the transfer is good. Amalia is a very pleasant employee of Biblio Globus. We went on excursions . I recommend the hotel!!! We lived in room 520.

A wonderful hotel. It is located ten meters from the beach, quiet, peaceful. Good rooms, a huge plus - blackout curtains. For those who wake up from the light, an indispensable convenience. At the beginning of the season it is very calm and comfortable. The rooms have split systems, a refrigerator, and amenities. It is very pleasant to sit on the balcony or in the gazebo in the evening.

The cook and his dishes deserve special thanks. It was like being at home in childhood, where caring hands lovingly cook casseroles, cheesecakes, vegetable salads, mashed potatoes with chicken, soups and borscht. A lot of greenery. In general, there is a separate plus for the kitchen.
There are always local taxi drivers nearby who are ready to take you to the right address and tell you where and what to find.

We had a family vacation at this hotel for 4 days.
In general, the hotel is monitored, cleaned, and washed. Everything is clean and tidy.

+ Good rooms
Of the minuses, we were accommodated with an infant with a stroller in the second building on the 4th floor!!!
We had to pay everything 100500 times.
There were no bathrobes in our room
If the hotel positions itself as 4 stars, then tea, sugar and soap should be put in every day!
They asked for a crib for 2 days, but they did not give it, although they looked into the utility room, there were free cots!
The magnetic key did not work, in short, I had to run to the reception in the 1st building at night and report the problem! They gave us an ordinary key and that's it, therefore the cleaner could not get in to clean us, because the key is 1!
And, there is a construction site of other hotels nearby, so there are sounds!

The ratio of price and quality.I understood where I was going , read the reviews and was ready for everything.
Overall, the hotel is fresh, the staff is excellent.The construction site under the balcony did not interfere, the view of the beautiful mountains and a piece of the sea suited.The restaurant is cozy, the food is delicious, like at home.There were not enough pastries, cakes, cookies, but this is all our greed) and it is worth noting that they are factory-made and not very tasty, at least for me, this applies to pancakes and cheesecakes and casseroles, they are of the "ermolino" type, but you can eat.And so everything is very tasty.
The disadvantage was that gels and shampoos were not replenished, only upon arrival and that's it.As luck would have it, I forgot all this...but there is a way out, there are shops where everything can be purchased.
There are cafes and karaoke along the coast, and of course there is no place to walk, since the hotel is located in the village.The Internet is weak.We used a local SIM card for 100 rubles and replenished it for 1500, even gave it away, everything flew)

The rest is almost like in Turkey. The rooms are large, everything is there. There is a table and a clothes dryer on the balcony (there are no clothespins). The food is good. We were in Abkhazia for the first time, we chose hotels for a long time, rotavirus was very scary and everything was at the level of a scoop.
I've read a lot of good reviews about this hotel, but it wasn't offered to us, only at the very end I saw it on the list. If you are offered to pay extra for flights, agree, we had one day because we decided not to pay. The tour was for 7 nights. And here's what I can say:
1. The hotel is located in the village of Alakhadzy. This is a big plus, the sea is cleaner here, the atmosphere is calm, but there is also a place for parties.
2. Transfer. Oh, horror, people are waiting for these mini buses for as much as 3 hours, we were lucky, we were picked up after 10 minutes. The driving here is terrible. Solid? No, have you not heard, overtaking two cars at once on a turn on the mountain?No, you haven't heard, the speed is a hundred. While we were driving, we prayed. The driver was rude, but he melted towards the hotel and even made a stop to watch the night Gagra from a height
3. The hotel itself is good, yes there are moments in the repair, somewhere something is falling off, but we need to look out for it, we were not interested in it. In general, it is clean, everything is bright and beautiful.
4. The room. It's big enough. We have one large double bed, a folding sofa, a wardrobe, a table, a mirror with hangers at the entrance, a kettle + tea +sugar + mugs. There is a built-in refrigerator in the table. The shower is good, there were no problems with the water. It is better to take rooms in the second building or ask closer to the second building, because there is a building + a bar in which music screams until 12 at night.
5. Cleaning. Well, it's even funny here, the dirt will be smeared in the middle, the paper will be changed, towels and more changed for the 4th day.
6. The restaurant at the hotel. That's where it's interesting. The food is delicious, but it's the same every day, it suits me, the main thing is delicious. By the end of the vacation, of course, it gets boring that there is no variety, the main thing is delicious! There is no such food in Turkey, it was twice in the top five. Coffee only in the morning, tolerable. But our tourists are a separate topic. Don't they feed you at home? Everyone is running around, almost carrying out these trays. If the tables are all occupied, they will also give you a chance to get hooked. The advice is not to go to the opening, and by the end some dishes are running out, but there is still a lot of food, you can sit anywhere and there is no such terrible pushing. It's more about grandmothers and mothers. There are tables both in the restaurant itself and on the veranda, but there are wasps there. There will be water only upon arrival, then we take these bottles and go to the cooler ourselves.
7. The sea. It's gorgeous. It's warm. Clean. The approach is terrible, it's not pebbles, it's cobblestones. With children, it's probably not the best option, for older people too. It was great for us. You should immediately buy sneakers for the sea and there are no problems.
8. Excursions. We took three at once to see Abkhazia as much as possible and have time to swim in the sea. Our first tour was the mysterious Gagra.It's interesting, it's not stressful, I liked it. The second tour is the three pearls of Abkhazia, gorgeous, but very difficult. The cave, which everyone praises so much, is interesting, but damn boring and cold, take warm clothes. New Athos, a wonderful place. The only thing is, of course, there is little time for everything. The third excursion was to the thermal springs, the Sukhum embankment and the Chernihiv gorge. I really liked everything! The guides are good, funny, and tell quite interesting stories. I was amazed that the drivers also know a lot, help the young guides) they also joke a lot) they were satisfied with all the excursions.
9. The market. Well, you can buy everything everywhere) they took fruits a little bit, the same as ours, they took spices home not in packages, but which they cook themselves. The wine was taken from the store, it's good and delicious!
In general, I liked Abkhazia, the nature is gorgeous, the sea is gorgeous, the hotel is excellent (rotavirus was not caught))), but our tourists spoiled the rest with their behavior.
PS There are a lot of cows everywhere, even on the highway😂that's why they were shocked) and dogs, but most of them are chipped and very kind, there was not a single attack by four-legged ones
And twice more dolphins swam to us, right to the shore!!)

For Abkhazia, the hotel is simply wonderful! Corresponds to the 4ka in Turkey. Who needs the sea on the first line, an equipped wide beach and a modern design-a hit! On the last day, we were pleased with the national cuisine: shish kebab, khachapuri, satsivi. Many thanks to the chefs, we are taking the extra kg home. I saw bored people in the hotel who were looking for a way to go to Gagra. It is unclear why it was necessary to take the hotel, knowing the location. This is a hotel for a comfortable sea. Markets and other things - take a city hotel. I put 4 because of the Internet. The Internet was needed several times a day for work, but the pages load for five minutes.

We rested at the hotel in September 2023, we really liked everything, although we had a ball for the construction site, but we were told that next year you will be regular customers of the hotel you will be given a room with a view of the pool. It was not there in 2024, the room was given to us for the construction site, the hotel manager offered us not to change the room but to take the money from the bible globe and to go to another hotel, Abkhazia is such a rich country that customers who pay them 200 thousand for a vacation can be sent to another hotel, we would have done so, but the travel agency did not help us in solving the issue with the room and even more so with a refund for the tour, so we had to rest here.A few words about the restaurant in one day, eight people asked for help with poisoning through insurance, and how many people like us who did not apply did not want to spoil their vacation with this, my husband lay in the room for three days, fortunately there is a pharmacy nearby where they bought all the sorbents. The beach is nearby, but since we did not have bracelets on our beach, people from the private sector were located on the sun beds. We had to come early to take an umbrella. By the way, umbrellas flew away in a strong wind, an umbrella flew away and hit a woman on the head. my husband said that there was no worse rest yet and we were glad that we were going home

We returned a week ago. The hotel is not bad, we lived in the main building, they clean every day and change towels and wash the bathroom, linen was also changed. Special respect for comfortable beds and a good shower 👍 We had full board (for this location, I think it's best) there was always something to eat, of course there were no lobsters))) but the meat, chicken, fish, fruits, and vegetables were of good quality. The beach is across the street with sun beds, umbrellas or at your discretion next to the sea. The sea is clean, warm, but pebbles (we don't like it), but the issue was solved with the help of special steps).
