There is no soap or shampoo in the rooms ((( I had to go to the reception and ask, they gave me a piece of disposable soap for two, which does not soap at all. There is no need to talk about toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers at all, although we were there the previous time, half a year ago, everything was there... But, apparently, everything is changing, unfortunately, not for the better
In winter it is very cold in the rooms, the batteries are slightly warm. We asked the administrator to give us a comin or a warm blanket because it was very cold. They didn't give me anything. The rooms are clean. They also asked to give a remote control from the air conditioner to turn on and heat the room. The admin said that there is no remote control. In one word, I didn't like it. We won't stop here anymore
