I had a vacation in July 2021 with a family of 4 people. The hotel is located in the "Ukrainian" half of the village, the "Moldovan" half is more youthful and advanced. There is a cafe on site, but the food is monotonous and expensive. Nearby is the dining room of the Vinnytsia hotel, where eating is much tastier, more diverse and cheaper. We lived in double rooms, we had to beg for wet cleaning, there was poor water flow in the showers, it was impossible to heat the water in the evening, there were no kettles, the microwave was only in the cafe. It is difficult to dry things on the balconies, since ordinary ropes are stretched and there are no clothespins, and the wind blows everything away. The entrance doors to the rooms do not reach the floor, the gap under the door is in the finger, so the result of the air conditioner is enough for 10-15 minutes. It is not 300 m to the sea, but 4-5 minutes along a narrow path between the hotels, then along the so-called "Resort Avenue" wide - two cars can drive apart - without a normal pedestrian sidewalk. The "Prospect" looks like during the Second World War after the attack by planes. Of the activities at the hotel, only children's ones, there was no entertainment for an older audience throughout the 10 days. It's not safe to swim in the pool, because there are always children in the kindergarten, and there are always children in the adult + children's sections (swimming, gymnastics, dancing, etc.), the pools are open only until 18-30. Of all the evening entertainment, just sit in a bar (restaurant) and ride for 100 hryvnia on the Ferris wheel on the Moldavanka or go to the cinema at a nearby hotel. And there, and there to go only along the "avenue".
General conclusion: the rest at the hotel is only for families with small children, take more money with you (for food: samsa - 40g, cheburek - 40-50g, churchkhela - 40g, etc.), do not eat on the beach, do not go to Odessa - get more than an hour and a half on "military" roads, on "The 7th kilometer" do not go at all.
P.S. I will never go to Ukraine for a vacation anymore.
The hotel is not bad, only there are not many but.The price, it seems to me, is somewhat overpriced.1. There is no kettle in the rooms, and the hotel for families with children does not have an iron, there is no hair dryer, you have to go to the reception to take everything and immediately back, there is a microwave oven only in the dining room, and there are certain opening hours. The dining room is the most expensive in the district in terms of the price of food . Questions about plumbing, breakdowns and repairs that do not give much. The location of the air conditioner is not convenient everywhere, there are very few outlets (we all had one), An ill-thought-out settlement with a small child and an elderly woman on the fifth floor is something.Room cleaning on demand, but as the floor was washed, the plumbing, and the flies in the web not only above the refrigerator and near the window, but even at the entrance in the corner, almost on the floor remained with flies. It's like you should have washed it and not noticed. The shower cabin is very small, it flows all the time, when leaving the cabin there is no mat, but it is high, but how is the safety technique? Early in the morning I saw how the corridor was being washed, a girl came in, divided it into five parts with her eyes and washed the extreme part, so that it could be seen from the stairs that the corridor was being washed. Moreover, the bolkon is not safe for children, the distance between the bars is such that our three-year-old could easily crawl through, so they opened the bolkon and strictly watched that he did not go there, well, when they hung wet beach towels and linen. In the pool, everyone wants to, adult uncles lie in campaigns and jump into the pool, and older children can jump on the other side.It doesn't work to swim calmly.Everything in the picture is much more interesting than in Java. It's like an expectation and reality in AliExpress. And everything in the city is very expensive in Belarus, fruits and vegetables two or three times a day.If it weren't for the fear of an airplane, then of course not what kind of Koblevo, even in Odessa they rested there it was cheaper and they ate different fruits every day and took fish from the import, went early in the morning for fish, and fruits in the store and in the markets and in the yards were not expensive, but here the prices of nectorines and peaches 110-120, cherries, cherry 180 hryvnia.I feel sorry for the time and money that I spent on this vacation and this is the first time.Yes, the sea is very dirty, algae and very muddy itself. The first week the youngest said baba fu stinks. And it really stank a lot, then the algae decreased and it got better. Moreover, the auctions cost 80 hryvnia, and the water park alone costs 400 adult and 300 child tickets. And the bigger one there is 800 and 600 hryvnia. So it 's up to you.If you need to take the children, then you need to take them and choose what is cheaper, just like in Turkey or Egypt, it will not be, but it is better to go where there is a stove and the opportunity to cook your own food, otherwise it will be more expensive than Turkey and Egypt, the canteens here are expensive.
We were traveling from a tour agency from Belarus! Our tour operator praised this hotel very much (she read the reviews herself and didn't seem to be bad) , trusted bought vouchers and went)
We rested for 10 days from July 30 to August 9 with a family (3 adults and 3 children). They brought us to the hotel at 7 a.m., came to the reception in the hope that we would be settled, but then, as if not, wait for 14:00. (this is 7 hours of waiting with 3 small children!!) Our requests to check us in earlier because we have children and we are from a long journey were refused , allegedly there are still people in our rooms
In general, no matter how many times we flew to different countries, we encountered this for the first time!!
At 8 a.m., they put on bracelets (we took them with food) and went to eat.
At exactly 14.00 , they began to settle in . We bought 2 rooms (one 2-bed room with an armchair and the second 3-bed room ) They settled the family in different wings in the 1st building on the 1st floor
As a result, there was no chair in the 2-bed room and when we started talking about it, they pretended that they were hearing about it for the first time! Although it is written in our contracts !
The rooms are completely ordinary, the renovation is not the first freshness, the room opens with a key and it is ONE for everyone, and the shower doors practically do not close! There is no safe in the room, there is a shared luggage storage at the reception (paid. 30 gr - day) So that your room is cleaned, you need to talk about it at the reception and leave YOUR ONLY key, they didn't say - they didn't clean it! Towels are changed 1 time in 3 days, bed linen 1 time in 5 days!! All the water is paid (10g-1.5 liters), when checking in there was not even in the room!
The food is delicious, but there is no variety, it's the same every day!And there's not even plain water in the dining room!!How so! The staff in the dining room is nice, friendly, helpful, they will help carry the tray if necessary, thank you!!
It's not 250 meters to the sea, but MORE! Down the alley , across the street and down the alley again! There are not even changing rooms on the beach!! The beach is dirty, nobody cleans the algae!
Children's animation is the only thing that deserves praise!!! Well done guys!!Every evening there are new entertainments, games, costumes, all the children were delighted with them!!!Thank you for your hard work!!
The territory is well maintained!
On the day of departure, we left at 19:00, therefore at 12:00 - check-out, but in order not to wait on the sofas, we decided to extend the room until the evening (the service costs 500 gr) (because it turns out that the tour company buys all the rooms for itself, and the visitors are settled only in those rooms that the tour company buys, and therefore, other visitors from Belarus had to move into our room) - we were moved to the 4th floor in a 2-bed room and imagine there WAS THE VERY CHAIR that was originally supposed to be!!In general, I do not know why they praise and recommend him so much! Maybe he was good a few years ago, but not now!!
