Nice, cozy hotel, courteous staff, standard rooms, there is a swimming pool, sun beds. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, safe.
There is a shop nearby where they sell good tea, souvenirs, and change the currency.
On the downside: there is no service, the garbage is not taken out, the rooms are not cleaned, I had to ask for cleaning, a change of towels and bed linen, and this is very unfriendly. I haven't seen this anywhere else, so I took off one star.
There are interesting locations nearby (we got there by tuk-tuk) :
1.) St. Sebastian's Church(very beautiful Catholic church in Gothic style);
2.) St. Mary's Church;
3.)Angurukaramulla Temple.
You can also visit :
Dutch Fort and Dutch Canal.

Nice hotel, well maintained territory
The room has everything you need,cleaned on request or offered
There is a beach 150m away for the non-pretentious
Excellent staff will help and prompt, every evening we sit by the pool together with my husband, smoking our hookah, they light coals for us in the kitchen)
The cuisine is not bad, we have eaten several times
A good cafe is 10 minutes away, at least to the left of the hotel on the other side of the BOHO

In general, we would have returned if it hadn't been for the long drive from Matalla airport, but if you and Colombo are definitely super here.
