In general, I do not recommend just a diner. As far as I know, it's completely unsanitary, since I live nearby and I know what kind of institution is there, the sewer is constantly clogged and all this is in the hall. Well, the dishes are washed with cold water, since our house turned them off from the heating because they have rotten pipes and water is constantly leaking in the basement. I can't say about the kitchen, because I don't risk appearing there at all

Wash your hands first, and then serve the food! I ordered a jiz dish, eight pieces of mutton, three pieces of meat, the rest is fat, and it was also served cold!! I do not recommend it!!!
