in general, the food on the network is so-so at fairly high prices, but the biggest disadvantage is the service and attitude towards customers.
you can wait for the waiter for a very long
time or come to the veranda with the dogs,
they will serve you a menu,
then they will take away one table, since they have a banquet,
and then they will say that dogs are not allowed (although initially it was possible)
in the photo, the place where our tables were, which were taken to the banquet after we were kicked out :)

Not a bad place in Almaty. A rich menu - national cuisine, Chinese, steaks and much more.
In the evening, it seemed that there were catastrophically not enough waiters and you could wait for several minutes, although you just need a bill. I liked beshbarmak, naryn and the Chinese potato dish. In general, you can eat delicious food, both in the daytime and in the evening.

All the good reviews are great. This is 0. One of the worst service establishments in Almaty!
The attitude towards the guests here is simply outrageous.
We came to the VERANDA with the corgi dogs, calmly sat down at the double table, received the menu, and began to choose dishes. The waiters came up twice, clarified our order – everything seemed normal. But suddenly one of our tables was "needed for a banquet." They just took him away.
And then the real circus began. We were suddenly told that dogs were not allowed in the cafe. Although when we arrived, there were no comments: we were quietly allowed in, given a menu, and advised on the dishes. But as soon as they needed tables, they decided to just put us out, coming up with a convenient excuse. Moreover, there are no signs about the prohibition of dogs in the cafe.
We could still understand if it was a decent place, but no. We've been to the same chain of cafes before, but it's the same everywhere: overpriced food, mediocre service. In fact, it's just a very expensive dining room pretending to be something more.
If you value your time, nerves, and money, stay away from Paradise.

The kitchen was terribly slow: they waited for soup for 40 minutes, there were bones in herring under a fur coat, bones in olives in a hodgepodge, instead of caesar with shrimps, caesar with chicken was brought. I do not recommend visiting.
