A few years ago, there was a great cozy and peaceful hotel with excellent buffet breakfasts. But recently, karaoke was opened in the restaurant at the first meeting, and all dreams of relaxing in the evening were covered with a copper basin. Now be prepared for the fact that from eight o'clock in the evening and at least until midnight every day you will have to "enjoy" the pounding of this music on your ears. There is no silence in any room - everywhere the bass beats wildly until the walls shake. So, if you are not here for night entertainment, then I advise you to look for a more peaceful place. I gave three points only for the attentive staff and good breakfasts. Karaoke ruined everything good that was in this hotel... Sorry...

I think this is one of the best hotels in the city. We checked in late at night. We were very tired from the trip. The receptionist didn't bother me. She gave me the keys and said she would arrange everything tomorrow. (Thanks a lot). The hotel has a normal renovation. Clean bed linen, towels, bathrobes. We took a junior suite. The room is just huge. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning. There is underfloor heating throughout the room. There are all necessary bathroom accessories. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, toilet paper, disposable slippers. The heating works perfectly. It's a great restaurant. A good breakfast. Very tasty coffee. One of the disadvantages is a small water pressure. You can't wash your hair, but you can swim. There is a closed parking lot with cameras. Great location. Near the bank, shops, cafes.

I've only been living for a couple of days, but I like everything... Cozy cream-colored interior decoration, a quiet, not noisy place, although the street is nearby, but there is almost no noise from cars... The sevis includes breakfast, buffet, everything is very satisfying and delicious... The staff is polite and very helpful. It's not expensive at all, the location is almost the center of the city... There are shopping malls, restaurants, cafes and very cordial taxi drivers nearby..

we stopped by on January 16, 2023. the rooms are draughty and cold. terrible service. the check-out time was said to be 12.00. the keys to the room were given at 15.00 due to the unavailability of the room. They couldn't sleep all night because of the draft and the cold. in the morning, the administrator Alexander demanded to vacate the room until 12.00, although it was their fault that we were given the keys at 15.00. the Paradise hotel is just a mockery of PARADISE!!!
