We were at this hotel with children on 08/28.23. We liked everything well done, they are all trying very hard, I would like to add pancakes, pancakes and desserts to the menu for children. A magical place, after visiting which you want to come back again!We had a vacation with the children in early August.We arrived late at night, very tired.We don't even remember how the registration took place, but apparently it was fast, since we didn't have time to fall asleep😂Fortunately, the air conditioner was turned on in the room and it cooled the room after a strong stuffiness.And at that moment, mentally, I thought, God, this is the real raaaay!!!We were so tired that we fell asleep in what we arrived in. Now it's funny, of course, but then we were exhausted...Morning has come!We went to breakfast.Guys, it runs from 8:30 to 10:00.Do not forget to forward the time, the girls from the reception warned us that upon arrival in Abkhazia, it is automatically transferred an hour ahead!They live here in Moscow.My God, what a big hotel area!Many, many fruit trees have been planted, and large ones have already borne fruit.Several trees glow in the dark, incredible roses grow, there was also a beautiful large lilac flower in front of the kitchen, I wanted to ask, but I forgot....I've never seen such hospitality from the staff!There was so much warmth in their eyes, saying "Good morning!"Every day really became kind!This applies not only to chefs, but also to waiters and bartenders.After a delicious breakfast (I read unflattering reviews about it here, for me - breakfast should be breakfast!My husband and I are very simple people, without quibbles, we have been to many countries and there was very little such lovingly cooked food, brought with warmth, and served breakfast with a not bad smile.Guys, there is a possibility to order something for lunch or dinner before 20:00.We went up to the room, sorted out our things and went to the reception.Because there were a lot of questions.The receptionist was very helpful.He told me everything in detail and showed me.There are separate towels for the pool and the sea, they are issued once a day.The next day, in principle, it dried on the dryer, we did not have to change them every day, but it is at your request.There are also flyers where you need to put a request to "remove" or "do not disturb".You can also book a guided tour with a personal driver or a group tour.We were, and so and so.I liked it the same way.Another important point is that the girls have a first-aid kit, a pressure measuring device, a thermometer, and essential medicines.Thank you very much for your responsiveness.We really were like our own.There is a playground, the kids will not be bored.And we played table tennis, volleyball, walked around the territory, took pictures.The sea is just 150 meters away from the hotel.The owners are the kindest people!Always very attentive!My daughter had a birthday and she was given a cake, it was so touching)))))))Thanks also to the hotel manager for her good nature.We will definitely come to Abkhazia next year and it is here!!!Prosperity to the hotel, the owners and all the staff

I liked everything about the hotel.
Many people write that loud music, they have not heard music for 10 days of rest.
Room cleaning is not the best, until you ask them to do it. I also didn't like that there was no milk for coffee for breakfast even by 8:30.
So the hotel is great for your money.
The food is very tasty, it is not possible to overdo it, not a buffet, but very tasty, they cook with you.
The staff is responsive and always ready to help, special thanks to the administrators for many questions prompted.

The first time we were in Abkhazia, the task was to find a hotel near relatives, the choice fell on Paradise. We liked everything, we chose a two-storey apartment, there was an ironing board, a refrigerator that cooled very well, a baby pot and a basin were brought on request, the breakfasts were hearty, we did not eat everything, the staff was friendly, the territory was perfectly clean, everything was swept and cleaned.The pool is wonderful, heated, which is important with three depths, i.e. children who cannot swim can stand still. The only thing I needed was a scale to understand when to stop eating khinkali)))

I really liked the hotel. For Abkhazia, this is just a heavenly place. It's exactly 5 minutes to the beach, we spotted it. The beach is sandy with pebbles, comfortable, so we swam without slippers. A huge territory with its own garden where very tasty fruits. Swimming pool with sea view. Very decent people stay, which is quite important, since the environment also affects the rest. The breakfasts were reminiscent of the days of a children's camp, but insanely delicious. There are small cafes nearby, we visited the "Bear", a very tasty place. To Sukhum by bus 10 minutes for 50 rubles or by taxi for 300 rubles. We often went there in the afternoon, the bus stop is just two minutes from the hotel. The hotel is on solid 3. We rested in September.
There is no sound insulation, the neighbors heard the whole conversation clearly - you can enter into a dialogue without straining. Wi-fi barely pulls, TV - 3.5 channels.
I read that the kitchen is a delight, maybe we were unlucky. Porridge on water is tasteless, Cafe Pele coffee in a red jar, which I haven't seen for 10 years)

We lived in a cottage made of roundwood, a family of 6 people. The house is wonderful, two balconies with sea views, air conditioning - it's a pleasure to enter the house on a hot day. The house is comfortable, refrigerator, kitchen, table. Two bathrooms, cleaning every day, towels - for the house and for the beach. The territory of the hotel is large, green, well-groomed, lots of flowers and fruit trees. Care and cleanliness are everywhere. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help. The dining room is spacious, bright, sea view. Breakfasts are included, but they disappointed us - not a buffet, but portions without a choice: porridge-bun-casserole. For breakfast, you could take off the check-in, but okay. The sea is close, three minutes walk, sandy deserted beach (there is no shower on the beach).

It was the best vacation ever. We had a family vacation with children in July 2023. Clean rooms, helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, lunches. The sea is clean and located close. The children had a place to spend their time. The pool is always cleaned, so it was very comfortable for everyone to swim in it. Thank you so much for such emotions and relaxation. A great place by the standards of Abkhazia, but in July it turned out to be quite expensive! The hotel is in great demand, it is not idle at all-some have left, the next have stopped by. There are three log buildings on the territory and four ordinary concrete ones.
Positive:
1. Your transfer from the hotel, where you will be picked up from the airport, taken across the border and delivered to pleasant conversations and stories about the places you are passing through. Personal recommendation to use the transfer from the hotel for excursions (special thanks to Samvel!). The money goes for something, or maybe a little more expensive, but at the same time you quietly move where you need and how much you need, comfortably and without a bunch of people.
2. Excellent food on site. The breakfasts included in the room rate have not been repeated once in 8 days. Lunch and dinner must be ordered in advance, the menu is very diverse for regular meals. Delicious compotes, lemonades. There is also ice cream.
3. The hotel has a swimming pool area with three levels of depth, which is good for both children and adults. There are good wooden sun beds with soft decking, tables, umbrellas, garden swings in the area. There is a toilet next to the pool. There is a volleyball court, a playground, a ping pong table, a sauna. The territory of the hotel is very clean, it is looked after every day.
4. The beach. Sandy and pebbly, sand prevails. It is 700-800 meters from the hotel across the street. The hotel provides separate towels for the beach. The beach is hardly wild, rather, it is not equipped. There are no toilets, showers and changing rooms, but there are several canopies, sun beds, umbrellas. It is provided by people who live on the coast. You can also rent a sap 500₽ hour from them. There is a small cafe on the beach with drinks and snacks. The sea is very clean compared to the Krasnodar territory.
5. Rooms in log cabins are equipped with everything you need-kitchen, refrigerator, dishwashing detergent and cutlery, TV, ironing board with iron, hair dryer, towels, gel, shampoo. The room has two floors. Downstairs there is a kitchen and a living room with a sofa, a toilet and a shower, upstairs there are two bedrooms and a toilet without a shower.
6. The Internet at the hotel is very good.
7. Friendly and helpful staff.
Now to the cons:
1. We lived in a log cabin building number 3a. It consists of two rooms in half. The sound insulation between the halves of the housing is 0 from the word at all. A crying child from a neighboring family seemed to be in the same room with us, the rain could be heard on the street, the neighbor's toys on the phone were heard with a bang. Even a whisper can be heard in silence.
2. According to previous reviews, I realized that this is the pain of this hotel, but still-ants. The cleaning staff were very responsive about this issue, but global work is needed here, dichlofos does not save :(.
3. The air conditioners in our building were quite noisy. The TV is only on the ground floor, there is no TV in the bedrooms. There were 3 channels working.
4. For such a cost of living (I understand that it is not an easy time), it would be possible to make a buffet meal. In terms of convenience and speed, it would be better.
I am very loyal to holidays in Abkhazia, as this country is still learning how to provide high-quality service. This is my second time in Abkhazia and I already have something to compare it with. If I plan a vacation in Sukhum, then only here! The city is nearby, there is something to see, a market and a bunch of cafes with great food!

I was at this hotel from 30.06 to 07/13/2021
I liked everything very much. The rooms are small, but clean, cozy and comfortable. We traveled with two families, so we took two rooms. We were accommodated in the 2nd building, and our friends in the 4th. (Rooms are not in log cabins) The rooms are the same, they differ only in the color of the furniture (we had a light one, they had a dark one). Friends had ants in their room because they lived on the ground floor. The rooms have a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a kettle, two glasses and two small spoons, four hangers in the closet, three towels (two white for face and body and one dark for legs) white towels cannot be thrown on the floor and taken to the beach for this fine. But do not worry, you do not need to take your towels from home to the beach, they will give you everything there. The territory is well maintained, clean greenery everywhere. On the territory there is a playground with swings, a trampoline and a sandbox, a volleyball court, a tennis table (at the reception you will be given rackets, balls) the pool is not very large, but deep so you can dive, but you are not allowed to jump from the sides. There are sun beds, umbrellas, small tables and two swings near it, on which you can also lie. Mattresses are changed and washed. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea because there is a direct road to the sea on the other side of the road through the gate. You'll have to cross the tracks, but the train runs there once a day and hums very much so that you can hear it from the pool. The beach is "wild" with no sun beds or umbrellas, but few people. The sea is calm, clean (it is cleaned) the beach is half sandy, half pebbly (but in Abkhazia it is everywhere). You can see dolphins, though only in the distance. Well, now the most favorite is the dining room. They are a little lame about the organization because there are a lot of people at lunch and you have to wait a little, but food, God, is something. We liked everything we took, and we tried a lot of things. The breakfasts were varied and did not repeat during the week. The entire staff is very kind, polite and will solve any problem you have right away. We were caught in a hurricane and there was no light and communication in all of Abkhazia. BUT WE WERE STILL FED dinner and breakfast. Of course, there was no variety, but no one was left hungry and special thanks to them for that. We also had a problem with the return transfer due to the travel company, but they solved it too(although this is not their concern, but the tour operator's). In general, the hotel is very warm, family-run (only 50 rooms). And another plus is that we only saw people at breakfast, lunch and by the pool a little, but as if we were alone in the whole hotel, although all the rooms were occupied.

Before planning a trip to the sea, we were looking for a more decent place in Abkhazia. We read mostly reviews. For our family of 5 people, we needed a larger apartment than the standard one. Here we drew attention to the possibility of renting a separate house (the floor of the house in fact) with its own kitchen. Our own kitchen and swimming pool were important requirements for us.
The hotel is located in the middle of the private sector, not far from the sea (about 5 minutes walk if you ask the staff for a short way – for some reason they do not tell you themselves. You need to cross the road) in the vicinity of Sukhum. The hotel is newly built, in good condition (unlike the abandoned buildings around the territory), there is a place for cars.
Frequent room cleaning and linen change. The staff works conscientiously. The territory is clean and well maintained.
It is clear from the eyes of the staff that they are being paid pennies. And in vain - everything rests on them.
Own a cafe on site. With special features.
The kitchen in the apartment turned out to be not a kitchen. There was no stove in it! This is a "suitcase without a handle". Equipped only with a mini fridge, kettle and microwave. We couldn't cook for the children what they used to eat, and it was a big problem throughout the rest! Local cafes are very scarce in terms of choice. But the prices are immodest, the average cost of the dish is 350 rubles (beginning of July 2022). Well, at least there was a toilet in the toilet ;)
I really missed the safe.
Swimming pool. It is, 12 m in length. But out of the 11 days that we stayed at the hotel, 5 days did not function. Something got into the filter pump and it broke (it wasn't the first time. It is not accepted to keep spare parts in stock, they waited for delivery, drained the water, repaired, filled it for a day and warmed up to an acceptable temperature for two days). The grate covering the drain in the basik is not fixed, it does not have a fine mesh on itself. We even had to dive once and put it back in place so that we wouldn't be left without a pool again.
A mini fountain has been built between the buildings. Extremely ridiculous and vulgar. Assembled from improvised means. The pump makes a loud noise and the falling water slaps unpleasantly. It really prevents you from falling asleep. It would be better to make cascading waterfalls with a mini pond. The terrain allows it.
WiFi. I personally have made more than one wifi network for hotels and I can say the following. It is assembled from very cheap no-name equipment. There are few access points, the signal power is raised above the standard so that there is visually good coverage. The speed is jumping: sometimes it is high, sometimes it falls to the baseboard. The connection between the gadget and the network is often lost, you have to reconnect manually! Regularly and for a long time, the Internet connection did not work at all, regardless of the time of day and weather. If you need to combine rest with part-time work, then don't count on it. There were frequent problems with voice communication via messengers. Mom's sysadmins designed and configured the network. I wouldn't be surprised if everything is built on repeaters. The network doesn't even have a password. Therefore, if desired, you can steal the logins / passwords of guests from their mailboxes, social networks and other things. It is frankly dangerous to work without a total VPN.
The electrics are funny. We saved on extra sockets (there are very few of them), switches (for example: on the stairs to the second floor there is a switch only at the bottom! and there should be two - in the pass-through mode), lamps. The light bulbs were also purchased unsuitable - "cold" light! Wild shoals and shame. On the second floor there is a semi-house, but not in the rooms, but in a common corridor - you can only sleep in the heat with the doors open.
Mattresses are junk, very soft. My wife's back ached so much that she had to sleep on the floor and seek help from a massage therapist in the city.
They promised to give out beach umbrellas from the sun, but they do not have them according to the veil. The staff was informed at any time that all umbrellas were dismantled. I have not met a single guest with an umbrella and have not watched on the beach. The beach is wild, not equipped with anything. But local residents rent sunbeds for 150 re to those who wish.
The owners are clearly "saving on matches", despite the inflated price tag. For this money, you could go to a real resort, even for a slightly shorter period, but without disappointment.
I give a minimum rating for the price / quality ratio and for non-compliance with the description.

We rested here in June 2021.... What can I say... the food is insanely tasteless. From a decent one, only jam from figs and tangerines (thanks for that) coffee for breakfast is ordinary instant. It was a pity that the food could not be removed from the payment. In 2 weeks we ate there only 3 times and then until we got to the local cafes. The wine is insanely expensive. There is no cleaning in the rooms. One of the advantages is a swimming pool where you can relax at night
Swim when everyone is already asleep. Beautiful territory. Young trees and roses are planted along the path. There is a fountain near which it is pleasant to sit in the evening. Rooms: small, the shower drain was constantly clogged with sand, as we were told. And the cleaning lady reprimanded us for a second that you rinse your swimsuits in the outdoor shower and then wash them in the room..... the linen was changed 2 times in 2 weeks, 1 of them was changed by ourselves, they just asked for a clean one...... I do not recommend it. It is a 4-minute walk to the sea, there are shops nearby. By the way, the room has a refrigerator and a kettle! But we're definitely not going here anymore. And the mattresses are uncomfortable 😃 two stars for the territory and the pool. And the owner is a good hotel. But unfortunately this is not enough for a comfortable stay 😊

We had a rest in early June, we were one of the first guests of this year. I liked the area very much, it is beautiful and well maintained. The food is always fresh, delicious, and the breakfasts were varied, apparently at the request of previous guests. The staff is very polite, especially the kitchen and bar are trying their best. Our room was cleaned daily. The only nuance, the audibility of neighbors from neighboring rooms is true, but thanks to the gramophone check-in at night, the neighbors did not make much noise.. apparently, young couples without children are settling in some buildings, and families with children in others. The nearest beach is wild and beautiful in 5min.a 5-minute bus ride to the mocha beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and cafes. Prices don't bite. The Abkhazians themselves are very friendly and polite, and the nature is mind-blowing. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

We returned today and already miss our paradise hotel. We were looking for a place to rest our souls and we found it. A cozy room that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Delicious breakfasts overlooking the sea, a picturesque courtyard with a variety of plants. We also managed to play table tennis here. The owners and employees of the hotel are very sincere. The sea is very close and it is clean. It's like we've been to heaven. The only thing that upsets is the fact that some people drag everything from hotels: they unscrew light bulbs and even take blankets with them. How is it? People, I'm ashamed of you! Beach: the beach is only a couple of minutes away. The beach is sandy and pebbly, that is, a strip of sand, and the entrance is made of pebbles. For small children, the entrance will not be very convenient, my daughter did not want to enter the water with such a call. The beach is wild, there are no cafes, no changing rooms, no toilets, but there are quite a few people. There is an equipped beach with a cafe (paid) in 5 minutes by minibus.
Location: the hotel is located 15 minutes by minibus to the center of Sukhum. The only thing is that it is not always easy to catch this minibus, filled ones pass regularly, which do not stop. So it's okay to sit somewhere in the third.
Rooms: we had a two-storey room with a living room and two bedrooms. The room is great, comfortable. Every day they came to clean and asked if they needed to change towels and linen. The only disadvantage is very good audibility. You can easily make out exactly what the neighbors are talking about behind the wall. That is, if you do not match your neighbors on schedule, it will be inconvenient. Sometimes it's not even clear if you have noise in the next room or the neighbors, you can hear absolutely everything.
Cafe: that's a complete disappointment. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are only available at certain times. Dinner is at 7, lunch is at 2 and you won't be able to eat at any other time. Moreover, it is necessary to order food in advance, for example, dinner should be ordered at lunch. You won't be able to come and order an hour in advance. The breakfast is not a buffet, every day is different, but there is no choice. Instant coffee is only free, and even milk is not available every day. There is no regular cappuccino at all. Everyone gets one bun for breakfast, and if you want two, then you're out of luck, everyone gets one. The rest of the menu is not very large and there is something else periodically missing. There are no green salads on the menu without mayonnaise. Just one dessert, just a honey cake and there is never anything else.
The territory of the hotel: the territory is clean, well maintained. There is a playground, a swimming pool. The pool is also always clean. However, it is impossible to walk to the pool in a swimsuit, they will make a remark, these 10 meters must be walked in clothes.
Excursions can also be booked from the hotel.

In general, by the standards of Abkhazia, this is a good hotel. The impression of the cafe was very spoiled. And if you go with children, it is better to choose another place with a sandy beach.

Good accommodation, but there is a significant disadvantage - terrible audibility in the rooms. You can even hear a quiet conversation behind the wall with the balcony closed. The food is normal.

The hotel is not bad, the location is convenient, the territory is not large, well-groomed, minus one star for the ants in our room, they were poisoned locally, but this is a very dubious event on the part of the administration, this problem needs to be solved globally, and not sprinkle dichlofos on their places of movement, in general, the staff is friendly, but it needs to be worked with and to teach, in many moments they just don't know what to do!
Only breakfast was paid for, we didn't stay hungry, but it can't be called varied, the products are cheap and not the most delicious. I can't say anything about lunch and dinner, since we didn't even visit the restaurant at that time, we had a family two-storey cottage with our own kitchen, so we had lunch in the room, and had dinner in urban cafes, but for the price it is definitely cheaper and more diverse to eat in urban cafes.
The beach is across the street, it takes 5 minutes to walk, the beach is pebbly, we were here in July 2021, after a storm a lot of large pebbles washed ashore, which made it uncomfortable to go into the sea, but not critical, in general the beach is clean, there are no sun loungers with umbrellas and for money as well.
In general, the rest at this hotel left a positive impression!
