The table at Paprika was booked on recommendation and was rewarded with a delicious, hearty, plentiful dinner in a stylized village tavern. The interior reminded the capital's Taras Bulba chain, however, the waiters were not in national Hungarian outfits, but in simple black robes. There were no empty tables either inside or outside in the evening, and we were glad of our own foresight and foresight when we were led to our "nominal" table for two. The prices were pleasantly impressed: with pink Balaton wine, beer, Halasli soup with white bread in a suspended pot and an impressive board with the signature dish Paprika – cold cuts for two (goose legs, beef tenderloin, Gypsy chop with garlic sauce, turkey breast stuffed with cheese and sausage, stewed purple cabbage, baked potatoes, rice), which we could not master, we sat for only 35€ (translated into forints). Having indulged in the sin of gluttony in full, we honestly wanted to arrange a fasting day for ourselves tomorrow, but after a walk in the park, our feet themselves led us to this unremarkable institution from the street. This time we tasted garlic and pear soup with caramel and cream at Paprika for lunch (mmm, delicious!), breaded camembert cheese with blueberry sauce, rice and berries and venison stewed with vegetables and mushrooms. We washed it all down with local beer and easily parted with 25 €. It is budget-friendly, plentiful, friendly, tasty, original and entourage
The food here is just a cannon! Often everything is packed, but it's worth the wait. A very budget-friendly place for such food quality and portion size. And in general, Hungary is an honorable place for a gastro tourist.
A very pleasant place, we came here by chance and it turned out that without booking a place, you just can't get here
Fortunately, we got a very good waitress who was able to seat us
It is quite cheap compared to Moscow
