Nice family hotel. There is a shallow children's pool, adult pools, a good beach, and sand, which is rare in Turkey. There was a varied menu, there was enough of everything, fish, meat, even the first courses were edible, which is also rare for local cuisine. There are a lot of fruits and vegetables. In general, it's delicious, not every hotel is so delicious. The rooms are not bad, the renovation is more or less fresh, not new, but not worn out. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool in the building itself, and many vacationers swam there in bad weather (it was early May).
The only negative for us is the lack of restrictions for smokers. Smoking is not prohibited even near children's pools, it is almost impossible to hide from smokers. There is no ban on smoking in public places in Turkey, but if this is a family hotel, I would like some internal rules so that children on vacation breathe fresh air, not cigarettes. It was not only us who were unhappy with this situation, but also a number of other families.
Animation for children and adults every evening is interesting and entertaining. There was even a magician performing for the children on one day. In the kids' club, you can leave the children with a babysitter during the day, there are many different toys, a playground with slides and swings (small, but still), a PlayStation.
In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression, we are considering another hotel of this chain for future holidays - Belleville.

The hotel is cozy, green, pleasant, and there are many Europeans with families with children, so there are a lot of free sun beds on the beach and few people swimming in the sea, unlike nearby hotels. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. The animators entertain the audience perfectly, there are a lot of sports, they teach football, beach volleyball. The only drawback: the hotel is far from the infrastructure, you can't walk to Belek, only by taxi, and the hotel itself is small, you can't walk around))
I also recommend that if you are categorically against air conditioners and just sleep with the window open, then it is better not to take rooms inside the courtyard, the cicadas are rattling so that your ears pop. Accordingly, sitting on the balcony under this rattle is also not pleasant. That's for me, maybe it's okay for you.

A great family hotel. The room is clean, cleaned every day (there are minor flaws). The mini bar will be replenished every day. A beach bag is provided as a gift. The food is varied, red fish for breakfast, sea bass, dorado, salmon every day. Herring and mackerel are very tasty. A variety of seasonal fruits. Baby food, a mixture, a jar, a blender, high chairs-everything you need is there. The pools are big, the slides are cool. Every day there are interesting concerts, dance shows, acrobats, magic tricks. The hotel provides everything for children and the disabled. There are wheelchair paths on the beach. There is a problem with sun beds, there are always not enough of them, someone borrows and does not come. Some umbrellas are broken, you can't lie down under the scorching sun. There are many toilets, everything is clean and smells delicious.

Large territory, good animation. Sandy beach and warm sea. Friendly staff. There is a huge selection of baby food at all meals, starting from dry mixes! The choice of dishes is huge, from wok dishes to burgers. There are several restarans on the territory and in this hotel, the Turks know what to do with meat! It's sooo delicious here. For smokers, there are places where smoking is not allowed, the signs tell about this, otherwise there are no restrictions on smoking. A great place for a family holiday, both with and without children, everyone will find entertainment (or a quiet corner) to their liking. Large clean pools, slides for children and adults. Overall, the impression of the hotel is that I would like to come here again.
P.S. - if you're coming here, grab the oldest book you don't need at home. There are few Russian-language books, and before you can blink, someone has already dared to put a copy on the shelf 😑

The hotel is small, cozy and comfortable. The villas and rooms are beautiful and spacious. The beach is good, there are a lot of sunbeds,
The staff has a fat minus - in the restaurant, slow waiters pass by a table full of dirty plates, you will not be able to bring drinks. Several times the waiters did not deliver drinks ordered by quarkod on the beach and by the pools.
The food is meager, definitely not for this level of hotel. Yes, there is a lot of food and there is always something to eat, but there are no themed evenings, seafood was 1 time squid tentacles, a couple of times sushi and that's it. Red fish is over-dried and is not very tasty.
The mini club is very good for children 3-6 years old. It will be very interesting. I think it will be boring for older people. My 5-year-old liked everything)

A great hotel, we had a good rest with our family. A compact, but very thoughtful, green area. An elegant Martini bar with live music. In the evenings, the pianist is in the lobby. The evening shows are good, but we are not amateurs. Good Alaskan restaurants were included in the price. And of course the heated pool is the top for October.
The only drawback for us was that despite the official date of the change of the summer concept to the winter one on 31.10, in reality the concept began to change already on 23.10 (in the middle of our vacation). What it affected: the red fish disappeared at breakfast, the cocktail list in Martin's bar was changed, squid for dinner was seen only once, lunches became easier. And it seems that these are minor changes, but the "sediment remained", since the cost of the ticket was no less than in early October (I checked the prices)..

Good afternoon, we were at the hotel from September 30th to October 11th. I liked everything very much, animation for adults pleases the whole day is scheduled, it is very interesting. I would like to note the composition of the animation Evilina, Misha, Danya, Dasha and in general the whole composition is just super. Thank you, you are cool! Children's animation is also super, they are busy with interesting things all day. You can leave the Children and not worry about them. Thank you for your hard work. In my opinion, this is the best hotel from the Papillon chain. I definitely recommend it to everyone!👍
A cozy area where everything is at hand and within sight, which is very important during holidays with young children. The water park and the pool are located in the same place, unlike Papillon Zeugma.
The rooms are comfortable (cleaned every day), the staff is responsive, the territory is small but green, the animation is unobtrusive, there is enough entertainment, the food is super, there are several different restaurants. We visited Japanese, which is normal for Turkey. A large selection of baby food, very tasty meat dishes, and in general a huge selection of treats!👍
The hotel has its own pier and a small floating pontoon. Comfortable entry into the sea!

A very cool hotel with a large territory. Excellent staff. An interesting show (in the video - one of them), but monotonous. An interesting mini shopping mall, but the prices are too high.. and there is no pharmacy)) The rooms are chic, they are cleaned well, and the room two meters from the pool is generally a fire. Well, the bar, it's just happiness. What's a Martini, what's a bar next to the rooms and the pool (Select Villa), what's central - all high-quality. A kids club is fine, for children <9 years old. Strashe 9 is not interested. A varied kitchen in the main dining room and delicious meat. Desserts are chic, every day there are a couple of cakes, cheesecake, cakes, etc. I love this hotel, and I recommend it to everyone.

Nice hotel, delicious food, clean. There is a lot of entertainment for children and adults. I'm taking away a star for the fact that the cleaner threw away clothes and wigs from a toy. The child is small, they may have been on the floor, but it is clear that these are toys, she gathered them in a pile and threw them away. My daughter was crying a lot. Small bottles of medicines were also missing from the shelves, they were not garbage, but she threw them away. The reception just shrugged their shoulders, did not try to adjust the situation in any way.

I really liked it in family villas, the main territory is very small, in summer there are a lot of people, just on top of each other around the pool, but on the territory of the villas it is always quiet and peaceful, clean pools, you can hear the birds singing.
But in general, the territory is very well organized, there is a good water park, a children's club. The beach is all under a canopy, you can always find a place.
I would also like to mention the lobby bar and the bar on the second floor, very aesthetically decorated, everything is fine with cocktails!

In general, I liked everything, the room, the buffet, the entertainment. We liked the fitness room and group classes, they were diverse, interesting, every day, everything was on schedule and attention was paid to everyone. Aqua park, heated pools (late May - early June), games, bars, entertainment for every taste.
I didn't like that for some reason there were a lot of Kazakhs in this hotel, many of them behaved very uncivilized, maybe we were so "lucky" (I have nothing against other nationalities). The staff at the kids club and the restaurant are not very friendly. Papillon Zeugma is certainly an order of magnitude higher than the level, we were there last year.

We had a rest in June 2024. Everything is fine, of course there are disadvantages, but it seems to me that there are no ideal hotels. Everyone has their own preferences and visions. Therefore, I am happy to recommend it!
Animation is above all praise, food is constantly and everywhere , territory, staff👍🏼in general, take vouchers, you will not regret it!
I will tell you about the disadvantages, just hoping that the management will see and take note:
- they wash the floors in the room only in the direction of movement, and see left and right, all the dust lay As it lies.
- serving in Ala carte restaurants is just something, score 2!!! If you want to get additional income from Ala Carte restaurants, do something with the service. For a very long time, I really, really wanted to just get up and go to dinner in a regular buffet room.
- and most importantly, the water in the children's pool is cold. It was warmer in adults than in children! How can this be?

This is the fourth time in Turkey. I really liked this hotel. We had a rest together with our daughter. There is everything you need for a child. Water slides, animators, children's discos, show programs. I would like to mention the show programs separately - it's just excellent. Every day there is a new theme, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Sooo interesting! There are a lot of pools, there will always be free places. The beach is clean. We were even lucky enough to witness how a huge turtle crawled out of the sea and laid eggs in the sand. A very interesting sight! The hotel has a photo salon where you can order professional photography. The photos are ready on the same day. Very quickly and well. Delicious and varied food, a million different drinks. Everything is at the highest level!

The second time, there was a saving in drinks (almost everything in cocktails was local), the quality of the animation shows slightly deteriorated, but the hotel is good, tasty, lots of vegetation, not hot, lots of programs. The rooms are spacious, 2 beds (1-2 double, 2 single). The mattresses are comfortable, there are a lot of pillows, but many should already be changed. The room has everything you need, a kettle, tea, instant coffee. There is a refrigerator, refilled with drinks daily. The bathroom has washcloths, shampoo, shower gel, body milk, comb, shaving kit, disposable nail file. The hair dryer is of course a misunderstanding, it is difficult for them to dry their heads, fortunately I always take mine.
The food is delicious, varied, high-quality, there are new dishes every day. There is a children's table for children. A good selection of freshly squeezed juices, you can make smoothies in the morning. I liked that there are cooked dishes in the main hall, and everything that is cooked on the grill is taken outside, there is no smoke in the room. I am sure that everyone will find a dish to their taste - a lot of fish, meat, side dishes, salads, snacks. Very tasty desserts soaked from the heart.
If you do not have time to eat at the main restaurant, you can do it at the Martini bar, a selection of food on the menu. There is a snack bar on the beach with a good selection of food.
Or you can sit in a coffee shop and enjoy coffee/tea with a delicious dessert.
We went to a la carte restaurants 2 times. We were in the Mediterranean and Mexican. I liked the Mexican one, I was not impressed with the second one.
We also went to breakfast a la carte, you choose in advance what kind of breakfast you will eat, and you are served the dishes that are included in it.
Drinks Alcohol is of high quality, cocktails are prepared well. The child was also not deprived of a choice.
Entertainment Good evening animation, after which there is always a continuation - karaoke, white party, etc.
We spent most of our time on the pier, it's not a problem to take the sun beds. And in general, there are a lot of free sunbeds on the beach. People are concentrated around the pool.
The water park is open at certain hours.
Wi-Fi works well, even on the beach.
Which was not enough for me. The hotel does not have a very large territory, there is nowhere to walk in the evening.
We had a rather strange cleaning lady, she always groaned when she came to us. No one cleaned the glasses on the balcony.
When something was running out, she asked us to put it on.

We have been to many hotels in Turkey, but this one won the hearts of the whole family. The green compact territory, the first line, wonderful food (there were always shrimp, red fish, fruits, all kinds of meat, etc.), imported alcohol. We lived in a villa- our own pool day and night - it's wowBut the most important thing is the focus of the hotel management on children and their comfort. Starting from a chic kids' club and evening shows, ending with its own football team, which is organized from among the vacationing children. Our son, who has never played football, got into this team - for several days in the morning there were full-fledged training sessions, and then there was an away tournament! A transfer was organized for the players and parents, the children were presented with uniforms, cups and medals (ours took first place), and what emotions were boiling on the field!!!! It was unforgettable! Special thanks to Coach Merel - the children adored him! Great hotel! That's right- we didn't find any cons ❤️ by the way, there is also a great program for adults - awesome workouts plus a good gym, cool animation in the evening! Thank you very much ☺️

We had a family vacation: husband, wife, son for 10 months. We arrived from June 10 to June 17, 2024. The water temperature was up to 30°, it was sunny, and the temperature on the beach was +36° +38°. The weather was wonderful. On the last day, we got to the Ramadan holiday and the locals checked into the hotel. There was a festive atmosphere, a concert, a buffet on the lawn for the guests!
Every day From 12:00 to 17:00, waffles and gozleme with various fillings were prepared in front of the beach: cheese, potatoes, spinach, meat, etc. + the most delicious ayran, it turned out to be a good snack.
We found free deck chairs on the beach without any problems! 👌
The territory is well maintained, everything is polished to a shine, there are no streaks, finger marks, the lawn is mowed, watered regularly.
The buffet and Kid's buffet are well organized.
For kids: there is a blender, mashed potatoes in jars, boiled vegetables, eggs, boiled cereals without salt and spices, boiled chicken and beef. A refrigerator with baby food and yoghurts! I'm surprised there was even baby formula!
The high chair is carried out with a disposable bib (!), a spoon, a wet cloth and a paper "tablecloth" in the shape of a table. Everything is clean and most importantly FOR KIDS!
A wide variety of side dishes, meat, fruits, vegetables.
But…
Seafood is scarce, and we couldn't sign up for the fish restaurant.
We only got to a Mexican restaurant, but I didn't like it. We sat by the water in an atmospheric way, the guy sang songs on the guitar, but the menu is meager and not tasty. For an amateur in general and for one time.
Entertainment for children: animators, children's slides, swimming pool, playground,
For adults: games, quizzes, yoga on the lawn, stretching, mini football, concerts and shows, we went for a massage (for a fee), gym
There is constant movement in the hotel
Cons: a crow wanted to attack me at 07:00 😂 circled over my head in the territory. I was really scared for my hair then.

A great hotel, we chose it for a holiday twice and both times select family villa, because they are located behind the main building away from all entertainment, which was quite important for us when traveling with a small child. I love the whole Papilon network with all my heart, but I liked Ausha more than Belvil. It's great with grown-up kids here, the hotel is intimate, everything is nearby, but at the same time you don't bother each other's eyes! An excellent children's club with caring animators, cool evening entertainment programs (but due to the fact that we go 2-3 times a year, the shows are already repeated). Excellent food, everything is fresh and delicious! There is a 24-hour a la carte restaurant, live music in the evening.
The spa is great.
The rooms are large, but very comfortable. Excellent mattresses and pillows. Bathrobes, slippers, bags for the beach are cool!
Bath accessories are fully available.
Be sure to take a mosquito repellent.
The sea is cool, the approach is sandy. There is a pontoon at the buoys, you can swim and relax on them, sunbathe.
I especially liked the mini fridge with water at each sunbed, a buzz!
Bartenders on roller skates bring drinks, nuts and ice cream! Heaven on earth))
There is a water park on site.

The restaurant is a super - sea of delicious and very high-quality food. The children's table is excellent. For baby food on request - a special huge thank you - it made my vacation really carefree!.
I will remember the martini bar with live music with warmth - very atmospheric. A grand piano plays in the lobby every evening. All the animation during the day is on top: sports, entertainment, shows, kidz fest, themed disco, karaoke - whatever you want)
Cocktails for adults and children are delicious - although it seems like the name and composition are the same - but in the lobby and in the basics.they are much better made in the bar than in the bars on the territory.
A huge kids' club with animation for every taste - in Russian and English. There is a room for babies up to a year old.
The territory is small, but green. There is a place to hide from the sun. And in the Harmony cafeteria - to drink coffee with a croissant while the child is sleeping in a stroller in the shade of trees.
The sea is not the most transparent in this part of Belek, but it is connected, I believe, not with mud, but with sand that forms a suspension. A little further from the shore, the water is much cleaner.

The rooms should have been updated long ago, they are very tired. In the main building, all rooms overlook the neighboring hotel and there is a lot of noise day and night: garbage is being taken out, carts are being transported and all this with a Turkish shout, a lot of people are walking back and forth and it is terribly annoying.
A children's pool without a single slide, a children's club is boring, without toys and any entertainment.
The food is ordinary, I didn't try anything super tasty, for 4 and that's it.
The rooms are cleaned, but for some reason every other day :)
The territory is small, but the presence of a large number of people is not felt.
The evening show is puzzling, even my daughter at the age of 4 says that it is boring and uninteresting, I will support her :)
All hotels in Turkey, unfortunately, have lost this Turkish flavor: smiles, hospitality, affordable rest.
Summary: the hotel is on the 4th floor, without soul and raisins :)

I agree with the previous review that the winter concept probably started earlier than the announced 31.10. Judging by the reviews of people who were in season, everything is much better in this hotel.
Yes, indeed, the cool well-groomed territory of the hotel, a large swimming pool, many sun beds on the pool and on the beach, just a healthy martini bar (the only thing that came in), but otherwise we expected more from it.
There is a lot of food, but we haven't tried anything delicious to remember.
I absolutely did not like the cleaning in the room. We cleaned for three (towels will not be changed, personal hygiene products will not be put, etc.). The mini bar was not replenished for two days at all, until I went to the reception and left a complaint.
Of course, I understand that Turks like tips and all that, but I'm sorry, we didn't come to the cheapest hotel that way... The room stock is tired, but come on. The hotel is kind of like 2001, so it's expected.
In general, we had a good rest, but not the limit of dreams.
I cannot recommend this hotel, we are unlikely to come here a second time.

We were led by the good reviews and excellent service of this hotel, but unfortunately this hotel should not cost as much money as they charge for it, according to the level it is 4 * no more. It all started with the arrival, when we were given a room opposite the rooms of the cleaners, who start knocking, talking and singing songs from 5.30. After the complaint, we were given a second room, only now over the piano and until 23 o'clock we listened to the music pounding, but the cherry on the cake was when after a shower we discovered that we had towels with someone else's blood in our room! After the complaint, the hotel asked for an apology and as an apology simply offered 1 free trip to an Ala-kart restaurant (by the way, in which the food is not much better from the main restaurant, but at least you can eat something human there) . I won't even say anything about food, they write that there is such an abundance, but unfortunately we didn't even find anything useful to eat and had to eat flour all the time. Anapa is happening around the pool and on the beach, people have been occupying sun beds since 7 a.m. because then there will be more than one place, and some just lay on towels on a tile that is not washed from the word at all near the pool. In general, it's a shame about this hotel. People who write rave reviews have not been to better hotels, my review is based on the fact that I have not been to a worse hotel than this one. I do not advise demanding tourists to go there.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff!
We had a family vacation with children in January and were completely satisfied with the rest. High-quality, tasty, healthy food, although it did not change much due to the off-season…BUT everyone found something for themselves. The on-site bars serve excellent coffee, tea and alcohol.
The kids club and the animators deserve a special THANK YOU. They will do everything and even more for your child.
So I heartily recommend the hotel to visit. I hope we will come back more than once

We had a vacation with two children in late July and early August. I really liked the hotel, excellent food: there is everything - delicious fruits, red fish, shrimp, crayfish, food for children and even kvass. The staff is friendly and helpful, about 80% of the staff speak Russian.
The children were delighted with the water park and the pool. The sea is the warmest 🐟
Of the disadvantages (which personally did not spoil the rest for us, but others may not like it):
There are a lot of people in the hotel, sun beds in two or three rows by the pool, it's impossible to find a place at 10 a.m. It takes a long time to wait for the elevator, there is also pandemonium on the territory itself. In the main restaurant, the problem every time is to find an empty table. We came for breakfast, lunch and dinner later.
The waiters are trying, but they don't have time at all. In the restaurant, it's good if the water is poured immediately, the rest of the drinks should be carried by yourself. I didn't like the hotel , rude impolite waiters, poor cleaning, the mini bar is not replenished, the coffee capsules are defective, all of them are pouring, the food is very weak- but you can lose weight) as a plus) fruits are not edible, hard meat is not edible, delicious ice cream, food for children is also inedible, vegetables are not cooked, meat is tough. It is not convenient that towels are milking the beach in only one place, far to walk.
I liked that there is no rotovirus, the martini restaurant is cool! And a restaurant near the villas . I liked that the drinks in the villas are brought to the room, but the waiters are very rude, tips will not help you.
The mini club is weak, the animators are tired.
The staff at the reception work well.
I do not recommend the hotel!

We had a rest from 10 to 08/15.23. Thanks to the hotel Rapillon for a wonderful and comfortable stay! We had a vacation with children aged 4 and 7. They are delighted, pools with Slides, lots of goodies, ice cream, cocktails, playgrounds. My husband and I enjoyed the variety of dishes, good drinks, cleanliness, friendly attitude from the hotel staff, attention to detail (in the room, past the bathrobes, there was also a nail file, shaving foam, antiseptics, etc.....)))) nonsense of course, but it's so nice that about they take care of it, they don't save money.... There are disposable appliances and wet wipes on every corner. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, they were washed at night, large awnings create shade, in the heat what you need, Ice boxes with water next to the sunbeds. Evening animation, professional performances, and later discos and shows... We arrived rested, satisfied, with a lot of positive emotions!!!)))

Great hotel. We rested in August 2024. for 10 nights we did not get sick, we did not see patients, we did not hear anything about the infection. The children's animation is super, it starts at 20:30, it's very convenient. The main restaurant is a delight, the waiters work superbly, the food is delicious and varied. Daily grilled, squid, shrimp. Of meat, chicken, beef, lamb, turkey is not enough. In terms of food, in general, everything is fine. The chef is in the restaurant all day, personally checks the dishes. There are no queues anywhere. There are always free tables in the restaurant. There were always enough deck chairs. Of course, you need to look around the pool, but there is always plenty on the beach. Everything is clean, no foreign odors. The staff is all polite and prudent. We had a room with a great view. Comfortable beds, pillows. The cleaning is normal. Towels were changed daily, and the bed was changed every 3 days. The floors were washed normally, including on the balcony. Of course there are shoals, just like everywhere else. Somewhere there is a stain on the floor, somewhere the glass is stained in the elevator. But we came to rest, not to do revision. People who write negative reviews are just angry with themselves, offended by the whole world. Wonderful children's animation, good evening shows, amazing food, decent alcohol, a good contingent. And, of course, no queues and commotion, 10 nights flew by in complete relaxation. So feel free to take a trip and relax, you will not regret it

A very green hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. However, room cleaning is at a low level. The food is all at the highest level, and this applies to the children's menu. Animation and shows are at the highest level. The organization of the beach and pool at the highest level drinks, refrigerators and much more.

We are now in this beautiful hotel. Excellent service, polite and attentive staff, cleanliness, room cleaning every day. Food for every taste: healthy food, children's table for kids, Turkish dishes. Fish is on the menu every day for lunch and dinner. Excellent coffee and alcohol.
Of the minuses, I can only note the absence of at least the slightest infrastructure outside the territory within walking distance. It is necessary to take a taxi every time, although the distance to Belek is only 7 minutes by car.

We rested in the chain of these hotels for the second time. The territory is small, but very green. One large swimming pool, sometimes in the morning there was not enough space on the sun beds, we had to occupy it in advance in the morning. The food is decent, everything is delicious, there is baby food, including a mixture for all ages. A nice pier with sun beds and an entrance to the sea. The only thing is that the snack restaurant is open from 12 to 15-30, which is unusual for Turkey, it turns out the window is up to 18. And so everything is fine, I recommend it for holidays with children, we flew with 3, including a baby.
