I was pleasantly surprised when on 02/18/2025 the chairman of the village executive committee called on my mobile phone and said that my issue had been resolved positively and documents could be obtained. And the whole problem was solved within a day. Thanks a lot for that! Additionally, there is a suggestion: to use a paid printer in the Papernyansky village executive committee, since almost all visitors have to make copies of documents. To do this, they have to go to all the nearby offices. Especially on Mondays when the post office is closed.
