They work quickly and efficiently, they always notify you in advance about the date and time of the trip. In case of cancellation of the trip, the ticket price is paid.

I used the services twice. I drove from Minsk to St. Petersburg normally. But I'm still in shock from the trip back. I was driving back at 19:00 on 1.06.2017. The bus number is AN 8192-5. The bus arrived at 19:10, 30 minutes late, because boarding should start in 20 minutes. The drivers were different. We left at about 19:30. Contrary to the rules, a drunk man was put on the bus. But it was quite adequate and could only cause inconvenience by the smell of fumes. About half an hour later, this man approached the drivers asking them to stop to go to the toilet. In response, he was told that there was nothing to drink and we could stop, drop you off and drive on. Please tell me, do you really think that this is how you can talk to your client, who has already been put on a bus and charged money? And what should he do now if he wants to go to the toilet? He went to his place, but after a while he came up again with the same request, after which he went back to his place. Since I had to stand in the cold for an extra half hour waiting for the bus and I have kidney problems, I also wanted to go to the toilet. Next, when one of the drivers gets up and walks past me, I ask if the stop is coming soon. In response, I hear: soon. The bus, passing by many gas stations, stops, and a drunk person is released into the toilet near the road under a tree. Since they told me that the stop was coming soon and did not tell me that they were going to stop right now, I thought that the stop would soon be at an equipped place and did not get out. After 10 minutes (at about 20:30), I realize that I can't stand it anymore and approach the drivers with the question of how long it will take to stop. The answer is in an hour... Yes, in an hour it will be soon for them. They tell me, they say, why didn't you go out with that guy and that they won't stop. At the same time, I didn't even ask to stop at a gas station, but was ready to go anywhere. After sitting for another 5 minutes, and realizing that I will soon wet myself, I come up again. I had to argue and beg for a few minutes before they finally deigned to stop. Why should I even ask the driver to stop? If I come up, then I can't stand it anymore. There is no toilet on the bus. Did I have to pee in my pants or maybe pee on the bus? I just don't understand how a driver can say he won't stop when you tell him he can't take it anymore. Further, after the first organized stop, when it got dark, the driver stops when he wants to and goes to the toilet near the bus. Ie. when the client needs, he refuses to stop in the wrong place, and when he needs it is not a problem? Then a wheel burst on the move, fortunately the driver was able to straighten the bus and stop. This is an unforeseen situation, what can I do? As I understood it, 2 wheels were damaged, so I had to wait until the wheels were brought up. Also, because of this, there were many unplanned stops in the future and they arrived in Minsk 6 hours late. The Borisovsky Tract metro station is located in Minsk along the way. The girl asked me to stop, I also had to get out there like many others. But in response, it is not allowed. And despite the outrage, they did not stop. As a result, I had to spend an extra hour of time to get back from the train station to this metro station. I do not intend to use your services anymore.

The horror! The accompanying boor, the seats do not recline, there is nowhere to put things on the bus! Buses from the Soviet era!
