AT FIRST, there was a review like this: "Very good fast service and insanely delicious shawarma (Caesar took it). I recommend it."
BUT I wrote BEFORE they gave me the shawarma (they promised me free coffee for a review during the punching process at the checkout-I rolled it up in a smart way). But I take off AT LEAST one star (although it would be worth taking off two, but... the free coffee still did its job). So I lowered my rating for the fact that the MEAT was getting COLD!!! It's not just poorly warmed up-it's like it's just out of the fridge. And there's not enough sauce. And in general... I definitely won't go to Chkalov anymore-once was enough to turn away from this point for good.
I'd rather have a fight with Gagarin about eternal breaks, but it's delicious there at least... even if it's a little nervous😂

The most favorite shawarma in the city. Always friendly guys work, service is at a height. Ordering is a pleasure, especially when the point is within walking distance. Very tasty fries and SHAWARMA!!!

It was very tasty, we took a combo for two. We ate heartily. But everything was ruined by the sauce, which was not in the package. And so there are no questions about meat, the shawarma is juicy. Potatoes are almost like homemade. The food is rated 5+ stars. The order build is 4 stars.

I was VERY, VERY POISONED at this point! She was bedridden for 2 days, an ambulance was called, a lot of money was spent on medicines, she could not go to work. It was the only meal that day, so it's 100% a credit to "daddy roasts." What was that all about? What can you put in there?

Кассир М Антон принял заказ: классическая М, грибная-мясная М, много мяса L, хот-дог датский. По факту сделал не L,а М. Заметили уже дома.Шаурма сделана невкусно, добавлены кислые соуса. Антон М не умеет общаться с покупателями, просит оплату наличными без сдачи,либо карту. Заказ приходиться повторять по несколько раз,т.к. Антон М работает в наушниках. Неприятно, впервые столкнулись с таким отношением от Папа Жарит. Не будем рекомендовать данную шаурму по адресу Чкалова 49.

Думали во всей сети Папа Жарит вкусная шаурма, но на Чкалова 49 нас разочеровало шаурма и обслуживание!!!
Заказали 4 шаурмы ждали 25 мин, при это подходили люди но Шаурмист отказывал им в обслуживании ссылаясь на то что он делает и так заказ но это обсурдно!!!
Вывод клиентоориентированность отсутствует от слово совсем!!!!!
Шаурма не вкусная, сухая, лаваш толстый и не прожаренный, отдали ХОЛОДНУЮ!!!!!

Заказали две шаурмы,продавец обещал 5-7мин,выдали через12.лаваш сухой,капуста жесткая невозможно есть.настроение испорчено.предложили бесплатно кофе за оставленный отзыв.на Чкалова49 не рекомендую

Отвратительная точка, в центре намного вкуснее делают. Делали долго, шаурма холодная... Но больше всего мне не понравилось мясо... просто вареная курица какая-то.
Вывод: с этой точки настоятельно не рекомендую брать.
Сдачи не было, чек не дали.
