Alas, I am disappointed. I ordered the cutting of a small pencil case.
By tradition, the cut was checked out of place at acceptance, but already at home - the reviews are good, there are very few elements and nothing complicated was ordered. It would seem, where is there time to mess up? As a result, we were surprised:
1. One side of the cabinet came completely without pasting, although everything is fine with the second one (according to the contract, one side must be pasted). It is clear that for this we will not go to the other end of the city beyond the MKAD to figure it out, we will somehow try to get out of it ourselves, look for the edge and glue it.
2. For some reason, the inner shelves were decorated with an edge pasting on two adjacent sides, an angle. It is unclear why. We went through the description of the details with the employee 2 times, and never once did the pasting sound on the adjacent sides - there was no thought that there would be such a stupid mistake somewhere.
3. We came to pick it up, but there are no signs. Search as you want. I can't get through to the warehouse.
In general, we chose the organization based on good reviews in order to avoid problems - and we just got them. It is unpleasant that shoals with such a simple order. Now we'll go shopping and fix it ourselves, class.
The only pleasant thing was that they helped us load the saw into the car at the warehouse. Thanks for that.
Today I visited Papa Carlo showroom store on the MKAD. The exhibition halls are under renovation, but the store is open. I was interested in the complete set of the dressing room. The girl's manager said that it was impossible to see the exhibition samples - no one knows when the repair will end. You can choose on the website, she will look at the availability, and the warehouse employee will bring it, and if everything suits me, I will be able to pay and pick it up. Choosing online and live is of course a big difference, but I agreed. I spent time, the manager made a list of 5 positions and went with him to the warehouse employee. After 10 minutes of negotiations and bickering, the warehouse employee refused to do this job. I was also not allowed to go to the warehouse myself. And anyway, I have to pay first, and then just see... There is no interest in the client, no desire to help either! It was possible to further spoil your karma and mood by pumping your rights, because by law the seller is obliged to show the product before buying or, if trading according to samples, show a sample. But I no longer want to become a client of this company myself and I do not recommend it to anyone, from the word at all. if you cannot provide normal work, close for reconstruction, write about it at least on your website.

Of course, warehouse logistics is frustrating for them: you buy 30 items for 20 minutes and then wait half an hour under the window until you get an order. I haven't ordered a cut from them for a long time, so I don't know what level they are at now

Firstly, the material was not cut correctly for us. At first, the manager tried to specify the dimensions automatically through the program, but after he failed, he began to "design" manually. After about 10 minutes, we received an acceptable option. But after the manager began to take into account the edge on the sides, he subtracted 3cm instead of 3mm and as a result, the cut turned out to be about 2.5 centimeters smaller. Unfortunately, this was seen only in fact. They did not offer any solutions or search for alternatives on the phone and said that it was our fault.
Secondly, we ordered the waste from the saw so that we could make something of it ourselves. They didn't bring them to us.
Thirdly, they even delayed the delivery itself by 2 hours, although shortly before the appointed time they indicated approximate intervals that they violated by 2 hours.
First of all, I must say right away, I am not a competitor, but a customer outraged by the attitude.
Briefly about... I called to find out if there was an opportunity in the store to bring an edge for furniture to order. I was shocked by the reaction. They hung up the phone without saying anything! The operator is some kind of disgruntled guy (from the first words it was clear how he did not like answering calls). But I didn't even have time to explain, the phone was hung up. Okay, I thought I'd call you again. Maybe by accident. The same thing happened again! The first thought is to let people know which people work in the store and do not count on attention and understanding from employees!
When making a purchase, we accepted online payment promptly. It so happened that the wrong product was purchased by mistake. I am a natural person. They accepted the new product back during the store's working hours, as if they had done the whole world a favor. In the process, they allowed themselves to be insulted. They were also noticed storing personal personal data on the store's computer without my consent.

After making an order, store managers communicate in raised tones and with reproach. Like, well, you bought it, and you figure it out.
I often used this network. But all the shops are closed! They left only this one. The buyer visits only by car. It is simply impossible to get there on foot or by public transport. Due to the distance from the city center (located behind the MKAD) and not very good prices, I order a chipboard cut and buy accessories in other stores.

The store itself is normal, the staff is friendly. But, I would like to have small pieces with chipboard samples lying in the Viyar as before, which you can take with you (it's not a problem to make waste from production, the costs are minimal). Ужасный сервис, оставили заявку, получили счет. Оплатили. Вот уже третий день пытаюсь связаться получить товар все время переключают и менеджер говорит что перезвонит. На вопрос к кому обраться за решением вопроса получаю ответ что нужно позвонить на другой магазин.
Крайне не рекомендую, хотя вопрос может быть всего в одном менеджере.
Каждый, кто намерен сделать/заказать/спроектировать себе мебель, должен приехать на МКАД в ПапаКарло. Это стократ упростит задачу, добавит понимания и неотъемлемых (ранее неизвестных) новинок, избавит от многих проблем .
Высокая скорость обработки заказов:пришел-выбрал-оплатил-забрал.
