An absolute 5 out of 5. Quiet rest, there are few tourists. VERY CLEAN. The pool is large, cleaned every day. The breakfasts are great (very tasty). The staff is very friendly (they know Russian). There is a Russian massage therapist at the hotel. 1.5 minutes to the sea (a beautiful arch in lights), a restaurant with excellent music. I've been to a lot of places, there's something to compare it with. Guys, I definitely recommend it 👍👍👍

Excellent hotel in the price-quality category.
Firstly, there is a wonderful cozy territory, covered with palm trees and decorated with shrubs, very spacious rooms with large balconies.
Secondly, Delicious breakfasts with both Russian and European food options, in addition to Indian. The pool is not cold, slightly heated, at least the warmest of all that we have seen among the hotels.
Thirdly, a very pleasant manager is working, please contact him for any questions. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, all the shops are literally behind the fence. We congratulated our spouse on his Birthday with a cake
Among the disadvantages are minor flaws in the rooms (broken handles, an armchair, a refrigerator, which was immediately replaced) , broken shared toilets , which seem to be repaired only if they stop working altogether .
Late breakfast (only from 9 a.m.), + there were also waiters late for breakfast (in some cases by 30-40 minutes), we complained to the manager, the excuses stopped.
Indian chill out in all its glory.
We recommend the hotel, we would love to come back ourselves.

In general, a good hotel, with its own swimming pool and restaurant, on the one hand access to the street, opposite a currency exchange with a good exchange rate and a fruit shop, next to a bakery and pastry shop. On the other hand, the exit is through a gate to the road leading to the sea, the path is concrete, you do not have to walk along a dusty road, shying away from scooters and cars. The main thing is to agree to rooms that are next to the reception and overlook the pool with doors and windows - there are companies of vacationers buzzing at night several times a week, you will not get enough sleep. In a large building, you can clearly hear all the traffic passing along the street. The rooms in the building where the restaurant is located are the best in terms of silence. The price tag is a little too high, in our opinion. There are no questions about the internal content of the numbers, everything works, and if it suddenly does not work, the staff will solve the problems during the day.

A wonderful hotel, quiet and peaceful. There are shops nearby, not far from the beach. I was with my daughter, we are delighted. By the way, the staff was very polite, they always met us halfway

I love this hotel!) A super place in the center of Morjim, its own pool with water from its own well. Friendly staff, decent (for Indians) speak Russian. On excursions you can go to Pasha, on fishing - to Eugene) I recommend it!

This is just a fantastic hotel!!!!
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea along a concrete path, not through dust....
The food in the hotel is for every taste. Relaxing with a 9 month old baby !!!!!!!
Massage room on site with a professional massage therapist 👍
PS: I advise everyone! And with children! And with my parents! And just hanging out!!!!

In my opinion, one of the best hotels in the area. The advantages are the room stock, room cleaning, staff service, the territory (small but well-groomed, lots of greenery, the pool is small but always clean). Evgenia will always help with all questions. Although I didn't have any questions. Of the cons (does not apply to the hotel), mosquitoes got it. We were from December 14th to 25th.

Excellent hotel, Russian director, decent service, and most importantly decent comfort and amenities, the only hotel that was able to provide a cot for a month of stay in India (lived in four hotels). An island of understanding in a foreign country. I highly recommend it...
