The pizza is delicious, but the attitude towards the visitors was upset. In the receipt, we were given bagels with beef as a gift for the order. This action is also reported by two wide screens in the cafe. However, when asked about bagels, we were told that the promotion had already ended. Then a logical question arises: why is this promotion still present in the receipt and on the screens? The employee of the institution could not answer this.
Besides, when we arrived, the tables were not wiped and covered with crumbs. Despite the fact that the place was half empty and the staff was not busy. There are also flies in the cafe.
Despite the 30-degree heat, the air conditioner did not work, so the place was terribly stuffy.

I used to tell everyone about this pizza that it was the best. We ordered pizza and pepperoni rolls, indicated payment by card. I planned to pay with a non-Caspi card, but in the end I was stupidly billed for payment, there were no calls to clarify. Next, delivery - a Yandex courier arrived, brought a pizza simply tied with a ribbon. A thermos bag? No, you haven't heard. Of course, the pizza is absolutely cold. But I mentioned the rolls for a reason. It is indicated that there should be 12 of them. As a result, there were 11 rolls and a half-centimeter piece in the box
I'm not going to go and prove something, demand something. It's on your conscience, guys. I hope the administration of your institution will read my review and take note.
