We came from Moscow to Minsk to relax and quite accidentally got into this institution during the rain, the feedback was mixed, but the number of people in the institution said that you can eat here.
We took a shawarma with beef and French fries for two with my husband.
We were very surprised, but the shawarma turned out to be very tasty, very tasty soft pita bread, fresh vegetables, very tasty sauce.
The French fries turned out to be tastier than we took in the morning at McDonald's.
The pitch was fast enough.
So far, such a delicious shawarma has not been found in Moscow, I want to dodge you just because of this place.
I really wanted to come back every day, but there aren't many places in the city, so it didn't work out.
I advise everyone to visit this place!

Attention! The service has become very bad. You order for one time and end up waiting at least twice as long. 01/22/2025 I paid for order number 66 online after waiting two and a half times longer (it was 10 minutes, and I waited all 25) I had to leave without waiting for the order because I had to go to work. There was also an interesting moment when I arrived, my order was hanging on the screen in the READY zone, and when it was my turn to pick it up, they told me it wasn't ready soon, I was surprised and looked at the monitor again and by some magic, my order was moved to the PREPARE zone, the cashier girl didn't answer my questions about what happened. She just said in a low voice a memorized phrase that everything would be fine soon. Wait, I waited a little longer and unfortunately I had to go back to work. As a result, I didn't see any shawarma or the money I spent on it. I will never pay online again, and if possible, I will not visit this institution at all.

I must say right away that we love Papa Doner network and consider it one of the best networks in the city. But this point is some kind of trash. They gave me a chance three times. For the first time, it turned out to be bitter cabbage. They were poisoned for the second time and it's 100% because of the shawarma here. We came for the third time, as shawarma is one of the few dishes for its price that I ate and was full. The result is raw pita bread, too salty cucumbers, the sauce is leaking, the shawarma is cold! We waited for the order for 20 minutes, maybe 10 minutes of these she just lay there cooling down? Although we were sitting at the table and had already paid. They ruined the impression of "papa doner". Firstly, it became clear at the first bite that there was too much pita bread (or it was twisted so badly, I don't know). When we got to the meat, it turned out that it was rotten! The meat is bitter and has a specific taste, the missing chicken was fried.
Judging by the reviews, this is not their first case. I do not recommend it.

The stick with chicken is normal (it is written without mayaneses, simple, but normal), but the shawarma with falafel-falafel is bitter and fried in old oil-it needs to be changed more often, and most importantly, not a delicious white sauce, smelling of some kind of kefir, it spoils the shawarma totally.if the sauce is changed, the shawarma will benefit from this. I am one of the colleagues who was poisoned by your 3.05 delivery, as well as 4 other people with me. I have not yet met such indifference from institutions .a colleague called the support service 2 weeks ago , even more , for which she received an apology ( who needs them if people suffered from pain and fever all holiday ) and they promised to refund the money for the entire order . It was May 18th, and there was no money, no explanation why nothing was returned to us . And just 4 days ago, I saw on my friend's Instagram that on May 13, after delivery from Papa Doner, the same situation was, you figured it out smartly , well done . Poisoning all over the city, someone is stronger, someone is weaker, but it's terrible! Is it normal to poison people and not react to it in any way???????
on May 18, I already called the support service, told everything and only then within 15 minutes the money was refunded for the entire order. And today they gave 20 more points. All this is good , but it seems to me that you need a check , such poisoning does not pass without a trace .

I really love papa doner and this taste cannot be changed, but I put 3 stars only for the place itself, I waited for two doners for 15 minutes, when ordering, a problem was revealed that the cashier could not be heard, because loud music is playing in the institution, I imagine people who went there and eat that it is impossible to communicate there, I have to shout in each other's ears, to be honest, I would rather walk an extra 100m and go to another papa doner than spoil my opinion of this restaurant.

Twice at this point, after opening and today I bought a shawarma, for almost 11 rubles - the obvious underweight of the filling, the chicken - cat cried, even the cabbage was scanty, the twist was disgusting, the shawarma was loose and falling apart, everything fell out from the bottom, I contacted the support service through the application - the result is zero. We ordered 9 shawarma for delivery on Friday 3.05 for 9 people, of which, as it turned out later, 4 shawarma turned out to be of poor quality, since 4 people came down with the same symptoms of poisoning for several days. I wrote in the application, they called me, brought "deepest" apologies and promised to refund the money for the entire order to resolve the conflict (the conversation is recorded by the way). As a result: after the recall and their promise, almost 2 weeks have passed, and there was no money, and there is no money. I'm sorry, Papa Doner, but you've lost at least 15 customers in the person of my colleagues who ordered your shawarma from time to time. Utter indignation and disappointment from this whole situation and from irresponsibility, and it's not about money at all, but about 3-4 days thrown out of life (everyone has different ways) and shattered plans.
P.S. After another call to the support service and this review, they still deigned to return the money, and also as they added a few bonuses for their huge joint.
It's time for management and managers to do something about this point. It is not normal that people are being so godlessly bullied in the very center of our country's capital.
