Disgusting staff work. For a long time, I ordered shawarma through the website. In one of the orders, I accidentally chose the wrong address - 5 Winners. I came to the Winners 1 - they answered me: no problem, we will cancel that order and cook for you here in 5 minutes (in fact, all 15). And after that, I was added to the blacklist! Moreover, I found out about this, not even at the time of the next order, when I came for it, but it turned out that it was simply not issued without explanation! And the next time I realized that the order was not being processed again - or rather, it was allegedly issued, but the SMS did not arrive. So I have a number of questions about your work.
1. Why didn't your employee warn me about the consequences of canceling the order?
2. Why did you blacklist me without notifying me about it (you have my phone number and email and more than 30 paid orders)?
3. Why do you need a support service if they can't solve a similar problem, but force you to download your application?
4. Why is there a tab on the site: leave a review - but the review is not left? Or are there only 5 stars?

There are no questions about the Papa Doner network itself, but specifically at this point the following remarks: the shawarma is being prepared here is simply disgusting. A ton of cabbage, meat- a thin layer. There are just huge chunks in a double portion of meat and it's not comfortable to eat. The shawarma is over-dried in the grill and because of the large amount of cabbage, it just falls apart in your hands. Instead of the normal sauce, they poured mayonnaise with ketchup. In general, at this point they do not know how to cook it.
