The amount of work is large and I would like one organization to do everything, so to speak, "turnkey". I called several large companies. Only the Panterra Group gave me clear information about the approximate cost and timing, which was what I was interested in...take into account all those interested- it is necessary at the initial stage for a person to quickly tell their cost, let them choose and not talk about the price of each element of the same roof or the cost of installing a meter of soffit.This is only later, at the stage of accurate measurement, the nuances are discussed. Speaking of measuring, the only organization that initially provided a free measurer, and not "include in the price", and suddenly you refuse, and I drove a hundred km, etc. A separate respect to Yuri, who measured, told, helped to select materials without imposing anything, gave good advice- a professional. During construction, technical solutions changed, so additional material was required - it was delivered promptly, not used - the company took it with a refund.The installation of the siding and the replacement of the roof lasted three weeks, the rains interfered, and the metal tiles were manufactured by the factory for a week. The installation guys worked very well, they did not sit, from 9 to 19 or even later, if necessary. Vladimir is their boss, he was always in touch, clarifying some working points along the way - special thanks to him.Again, the professionals did everything, they did everything clearly and flawlessly. The only remark, perhaps it should have been discussed with the company separately - it would be desirable to take out the construction debris so that the customer would not bother. And then the work would have been done truly "turnkey". In general, I am satisfied with the work, the flexible pricing policy of the company, good discounts, pleasant managers, curator Daria -in general, a great fellow!

We ordered the roof and siding, everything was brought, there are no questions about delivery and communication with the staff. But we did not clean the work itself, we did it with our own lilies, while consulting the measurer in parallel and it turned out that when installing the crate, the measurer did not correctly indicate to us the step by which to fill the boards. In this regard, it was necessary to redo the crate and buy additional boards. Initially, the measurer admitted that he was wrong and said that he had agreed with the management that we would get the money back for the purchased boards, everything is on my word of honor and even checks are not needed, it turned out a little more than 1 cube and the price is about 600 bel.rub (this is if you do not take into account 2 days of work of installers, in total it is it cost about 1000 rubles). But when it came to compensating these 600 rubles, the company refused, citing the fact that we should not have believed the measurer, go to the manufacturer's website and double-check everything ourselves. The measurer blames the installer, the installer blames the measurer, and I lost the money.

The suppliers of the material themselves worked perfectly. The goods are all of high quality, they helped with storage. But as for the installers, this is something absurd. The curator said that the best group of siding installers was leaving for am. As a result, 3 people arrived without tools, the visors were not cut off in a private house, but they were broken out alive, while they were asked to provide my chainsaw, so I saw them in repair, and other tools. From my ordered boards and slats, for which I paid money, they built scaffolding platforms for themselves. They used my ladders, which were eventually thrown on the field in the rain, dismantled my table, because they needed to make a scaffolding rack out of something to climb higher. In agreement with the curator, the work should have started no later than September 14 and completed everything within 10-12 working days. As a result, on October 30, 2023, the finishing of the house is not finished. I do not advise anyone to agree to the services of installers, which the company Panterra Group will impose on you.

I ordered the installation of turnkey siding in this company. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part in the cladding of my house. The measurer arrived at the agreed time, with catalogs and examples of siding, so that you could see how it looks live, and not just in the photo. The curator contacted me, agreed on the delivery of materials, they were brought very quickly, the installation team was told to expect at the end of September - beginning of October, but unexpectedly in mid-September the installers contacted me (great guys, it was immediately clear that the guys were professionals), and said they could start, I was very happy, installation of siding with insulation, roof lining, and installation of a drainage system took about 4-5 days, I think this is a decent result, everything was done the way I wanted, and most importantly, quickly and efficiently, it's a pleasure to work with them, I highly recommend this company!

In my case, all possible difficulties converged: a small budget, long doubts (managers have angelic patience), an inconvenient project (roof lining at high altitude, partial wall insulation and siding of different colors and textures according to my design idea) and a seasonal shortage of specialists. And yet, we did it! Since I'm not financially pulling the whole house yet, we started with the main part — the roof and the children's rooms. Many thanks to Valery (Molodechno) for the measurement, consultation, assistance in drawing up the TOR and a great mood! Honestly, it's like getting a session with a psychologist as a bonus to the measurement :) And with Nikolai's brigade, we "lived" side by side for exactly a week — and got along great. All decisions were made jointly, minor edits in the amount of material were offset (extra instead of missing). They also helped out with the additional task of protecting the chimney from birds. Well, the opportunity to work with loans and installments is the main bonus for me, without this my house would have no chance. I continue to play designer and plan to work with the following parts of the facade. I'll be back soon with a new order!

I want to write another review of this campaign.I've changed my mind about them.When the campaign found out that my allowance was not for the installer (who insulated and sheathed the house for me ). The first thing they did was contact me directly, offered to fix everything, apologized for the installer (he no longer works for them). In one word, they did everything to make me happy. And this is very encouraging. I recommend this campaign , as they are very worried about their customers and want the best and highest quality for them.

Долго искали компанию, которая сделает нам фасадные работы. Дом не новый. Хотелось, чтобы было красиво и быстро. Обзвонили кучу организаций, остановили свой выбор на вашей и не пожалели. Сразу с нами связалась менеджер Дарья, все рассказала и обьяснила, даде слелала предварительный расчет по нашим замерам. Потом приехал обмерщик, сделал более точные замеры, все рассчитал и расптсал стоимость работ и материала отдельно. Привезли материал, потом приехала бригада. Оооочень аккуратно и главное быстро и под ключ сделали свою работу. В любою погоду, даже в дождь работали. Им отдельное спасибо!!! И главное, остался материал , его забрали и вернули деньги. Все по честному, прозрачно, быстро, компетентно!!! Рекомендуем однозначно, работой довольны на 10000 процентов.

Уже давно хотела утеплить свой маленький щитовой домик... Размеры абсолютно не большие... Но хочется уюта и комфорта, и красоты. Муж нашёл Пан-терру. И они взялись, не смотря на не очень большой объем работы. Более того помогли с подбором материалов, подсказали на чем можно сэкономить. Бригада мастеров - просто восторг. Ребята по малейшим моментам звонили, уточняли наше желание. Качество работ высокое. И сделано быстро. Ещё хочу отметить корректность в работе с клиентом. Ещё один не мало важный момент, это возможность вернуть излишки материалов обратно на фирму... Понятно, что точно рассчитать при замерах количество материала невозможно, а тут идут на встречу клиентам, и забирают излишки, и возвращают деньги... Очень довольна, что нашли эту фирму. Рекомендую всем, кто хочет сделать свой дом красивым.

Рабочая бригада из Бобруйска два Валерия вообще огневые ребята: всё быстро, чётко, аккуратно (4-5дней). Доставка материалов (3-4дн) Возврат излишков материала тоже без проблем с возрастом на карту, спасибо Павлу. Единственная заминка с ожиданием рабочей бригады (1,5месяца,но это и понятно, сезон!!!) ВСЕМ большое спасибо за работу. Результат работы с вами радует не только клиентов,но и всех окружающих! 10из10!!!!!!!

Вопрос утепления обшивки дома стоял давно. Обратились в эту фирму. Всё чётко. Полная консультация, хорошая скидка, доставка материала, бригада приличная, делали аккуратно, без простоев, за собой всё убирали. Получилось выше наших ожиданий! Не дом, а конфетка! И да, все остатки материала вернули на склад и получили деньги. Все всегда на связи, так что очень удобно. За неделю получили новый дом)))

Мне все очень понравилось. Начиная с первого контакта, когда все подробно и четко рассказали и сориентировали, дали примерную стоимость. Замерщик приехал оперативно и именно благодаря ему мы согласились на сайдинг Ю-пласт причем премиальную линейку Hokla (до этого хотели Docke). Материал доставили очень оперативно и четко. Монтажники работали не спеша но и не "куря" - все основательно и внимательно (на объекте постоянно были родители и неудобств не доставляли). Отдельный респект им за коммуникабельность, пунктуальность и аккуратность. Лишний материал забрали без проблем, деньги вернули спустя несколько дней. Придраться просто не к чему.
Было приятно получить мойку кёрхер в подарок. Рекомендую всем.

Обшивка дома нами была запланирована давно. Данная организация очень быстро приехала на замеры и сразу же на месте мы оформили все документы, не выходя из дома. Отдельное спасибо за хранение материала до момента привоза к нам. Мальчикам монтажникам Саше и Саше огромное спасибо за оперативную, а главное качественную отделку.
