I'll start with the beach. Stones, it is almost impossible to enter. Swimming in clay is not much fun. I don't understand why people come here. and it is not clear why boarding houses were built here at all. A nearby boarding house with the same beach. After all, there are many places on Issyk-Kul with beautiful water, and we were in a dozen great places and there is something to compare it with.
There are no screens on the windows in building A, but there are mosquitoes.
The problem with the Internet. When I booked, I asked if there was Internet. They said that there is one throughout the territory. We had to work for two days. In fact, the WiFi did not work on the territory of the building, and the one that caught from the reception did not connect or was constantly disconnected. I had to go to the territory of a neighboring boarding house, where there is a tower and the Internet, although mobile, but at high speed. No one wanted to solve anything at the reception in Sinegorye, they just spread their hands.

We booked a room for a family of 4 people, upon arrival and after payment we found that there was no water and light in the boarding house for more than 10 hours, all the vacationers were sitting on the terraces and could not enter the room because of the unbearable smell of sewage from the toilets, as they could not flush.
When asked when there would be light and water, the administration shrugged its shoulders very indifferently, and the owner of the boarding house advised vacationers to buy water in a shop in order to pour it into the toilet, saying: it's not our fault. I think that they are to blame, for such a low-budget boarding house, they should have installed a generator, at least on a water pump, secondly, the administrator contacted us after the shutdown and before our arrival and did not say that they had a serious breakdown (the cable was cut off) and there was no light, no water and was not expected in the near future. When I asked for a refund and my little child and I, despite the late evening, would leave, they almost threw them in my face and withheld $ 20, although I think they should have compensated for the spoiled vacation!

We stayed in Bishkek and Issyk-Kul was a must-visit place. We chose a boarding house for a long time, read reviews, looked at photos. We stopped at the Blue Mountains and never regretted it. Beautiful, well-groomed territory, lots of flowers, squirrels running around. Attentive staff who always go to a meeting if you need to clean or feed after hours. Quite decent rooms, clean linen, blankets are provided if it is cool to sit on the terrace. Nice beach, clean, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. (The entrance to the water, however, is not very comfortable, but there is a place on the left, closer to the neighboring boarding house, it is better there). Special thanks for the food. It is varied, tasty, and the portions are sufficient. They constantly provide fresh pastries, there were even fruits. The impression was slightly spoiled by the entrance to the boarding house, a broken, narrow road. (Several boarding houses nearby could combine and eliminate this inconvenience.) But, in general, we were very satisfied and we will be happy to come again!

Great vacation. Quiet, calm, the food is beyond praise.
First, the place. The beauty is incredible. The boarding house itself is located in a wonderful place, very green, well-groomed and somehow cute, homely.
Second. Directly Issyk-Kul. There is a sandy beach with free umbrellas and sun beds, a pier of 100 meters with numerous ladders into the water. The view from the lake to the mountains is simply amazing.
The third. Staff. You can see how people try and love their boarding house. Flowerbeds, paths, trees, benches, swings, everything is clean and in order.
Fourth. Food. Three meals a day, full board. Delicious, the portions are quite large.
I can't help but say about the bar, with its colorful bartender and billiards. I'll tell you about billiards separately. Usually in boarding houses and hotels the tables are broken, crooked and so on. Here, too, is beyond praise - at least hold a tournament, which is what my friends and I did.
To summarize. A great boarding house for a quiet relaxing holiday. I highly recommend it!

A good boarding house. Its own private beach. A large swimming pool. The food is a buffet, we did not stay hungry. The air is clean, birches and pines are everywhere. Squirrels are running. There are shops nearby. Mushrooms are sold at the entrance, smoked trout is very tasty. There are no problems with alcohol at all.

We were from July 30 to August 15
It all started at check - in , we were forced to settle in three ( an adult daughter of 20 years old ) in one room (where there was a double bed and a single bed) We tried to explain that first of all, you can't turn around in this room and how to get up and walk, etc., when you're an adult, it's not convenient.) and in the hallway there was a sofa that we couldn't even lay out on our own, and when we were shown how it unfolded (this is something special - there was no place left in it at all. They began to push us , from the beginning , the administrator Julia raised her voice at me and my wife , then she tried to manipulate well , you are believers , what do you need , then everyone likes us here and everything suits everyone , etc .
In the place of porridge in the morning, the liquid is sweet and you have to catch porridge. Once the porridge was rancid. The menu is monotonous with the cheapest products . In fact, there is water in the place of compote - dried fruits are always not reported. Mashed potatoes are liquid , they give little meat, fish for two weeks at a time. Minced meat cutlets are not fried , ( minced meat is not of the same color . It 's red in the center . We received an answer from our friend - I didn't eat anything terrible myself , it's such a pepper) The portions are small .
The daughter of August 4 became very ill at night (severe vomiting, diarrhea, severe abdominal pain) An ambulance was called , the veins were washed all night, two ivs were put on, injections were given . The doctors diagnosed food poisoning.(there is a supporting document ). The next day, the temperature rose 38.4 - 38.9, antibiotics were used
We were convinced that it was the cleansing of the body that began , then that you had a fever.
I had to additionally go to Chul pan Ata , to see a doctor for an appointment - who confirmed severe poisoning. And prescribed additional medications.
Two or three days later, an ambulance came to the room next to us, to a little girl, they put two ivs on her , thank God their girl recovered quickly.
When I approached my colleague and said that an ambulance was called at night and we were diagnosed with food poisoning - instead of asking how her health is now , I heard - maybe she ate an apricot that was not fresh outside the boarding house . Came up without charges.
In the rooms, there is an additional place for a sofa that is 30 years old or more , and in place of mattresses they give out blankets that are even older (terrible looking) , rolled pillows
According to this fact, we turned to our own people , and the administrator ( showing and telling), everyone likes the answer, but you are the only ones here.
Almost children aged 15-16 work as waiters in the dining room , they tried very hard , they were very friendly and kind . The territory is really clean and beautiful with lots of colors.
There is a foodball field, a volleyball court on the beach and a table tennis - this is a big plus of course.
The beach is nice and clean - it is cleaned every morning.
But the pier is very dangerous , there are rotten boards , there are holes sticking out ( a lot )
A good staff of girls who clean the rooms, wash towels.
Very consistent feelings from such a vacation for $ 110 per day ( including a 10% discount) for two and an additional place for an adult.

I liked the boarding house, it was cozy, like from childhood. The staff is very pleasant, starting from the girls at the reception. The kitchen is homemade. as much as I don't like porridge, I enjoyed eating it for breakfast there. My friends have vacationed there more than once, they like it. There are not big disadvantages, but we were satisfied with the rest.
