Before going to the boarding house, read the reviews, we were informed, so we were not disappointed! Location: excellent, by the sea, on a hill, in a beautiful nature reserve, balconies overlooking the sea!Territory: there are almost no dogs on the territory, which is very pleasing (there is something to compare it with), perhaps this is because it is forbidden to take food out of the dining room and that's right! There is no territory itself, but there is a road leading to the checkpoint along which you can walk. On the one hand there is a nice forest, fruit trees, on the other hand there is a fence separating the boarding house from the state cottages. We walked, they charged us 300 rubles each at the checkpoint to get to the park and the beach. We went on an excursion to Gorbachev's dacha, we were there last year. Food: We are not picky, everything is simple, edible, we liked almost everything. Main menu: breakfast - two types of porridge, eggs or omelette, sausages, cottage cheese (I did not like it, most likely the curd product), sliced cheese and sausage (also for an amateur), honey, chopped beets, onions, cabbage, carrots; lunch - two types of soup, buckwheat, pasta, potatoes, rice. Meat: pork, chicken stewed in various sauces, liver, everything is delicious except meatballs (unleavened). Vegetables: beets, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes, cucumbers. There was always broth for dinner.
Baking: for an amateur (I didn't like it). Natural juices (orange, carrot, grapefruit) are offered in the dining room for a fee. Also wine. A bottle of 350 rubles, a glass of 100 rubles.Dining room: 2 hours are allowed to visit the dining room. The advice is to come either before the opening to be the first, or before closing. At other times, some kind of sabbath is going on there! Female pensioners are rushing around the hall with some incredible speed without braking on turns without keeping a distance, as if this is the last plate of porridge in their lives. One of these wonderful women knocked a cup of boiling water out of her husband's hands, there were no casualties. They do not follow the order, they climb from all sides. By the way, men behave much more decently. So be careful. This is not the fault of the boarding house, this is the contingent. But there are also quite decent, cultured couples and lovely women, pleasant to talk to and intelligent.Staff: The girls at the reception are cute, smiling, but I would like (for those who are in the boarding house for the first time) to receive more information from them. For example, when asked if any sports events (gymnastics) are held on the territory, they said no! But it's not like that! Don't believe it! A beautiful girl, Lida, conducts very energetic gymnastics on the beach every morning at 10.30 am. It's a bit heavy in the heat, of course, but it's enough for full strength and energy. For those who prefer stretching, breathing exercises, aqua aerobics - all this is also available in the evening! So read the schedule in the elevator! We also managed to participate in the Neptune festival, and my husband in the main role. I remembered the pioneer camp, we still found these times!
We also liked the efficiency of the service staff. In the dining room, dirty dishes are cleaned quickly.
They also left a request at the reception to replace the kettle (it did not turn off automatically, only in manual mode) and the shower watering can (splashed in all directions), the switch fell off (you touch to turn off the light, and it flies to the floor). The electrician came in just 15 minutes. As for the switch, he said it was absolutely safe, it falls off, well, fuck it, it turns on)). With the kettle too - it works the same, well, is it difficult for you to turn it off? We agreed, indeed, such little things))) But I didn't want to put up with the shower head), and I must give it our due - it was changed literally within an hour while we were having lunch! After leaving the boarding house, we stayed in Adler for a few days, and on the last day before leaving, we discovered that we had forgotten our jacket in the room. We called the administrator and thanks to the indifference of the staff and the drivers (Valiko and Grach), the jacket was found and brought to the railway station.Rooms: we had a suite on the 7th floor. 2 rooms, 2 balconies. When we entered the room, the first impression was depressing, and here we will live all the time of our vacation!!! ??? But ... by the evening, the feeling of hopelessness had passed, despite the mold in the bathroom and the lack of tiles, falling off switches and generally a feeling of general apocalypse. Positive aspects were also discovered. The curtain in the bathroom (after reading the reviews, we took it with us along with a silicone mat) turned out to be absolutely clean, I would say new! A rug was laid in the bathroom (it came in handy). The bed and mattress are fine too. And it's just gorgeous - this is a huge number of cabinets (with hangers), in another room there is a whole wall, clothes, jars, bottles, shoes, beach accessories - you can put them out, hang them, arrange them. I think such rooms would be perfect for guests with children! And of course, a gorgeous view of the sea, by the way, clotheslines are stretched on the balconies! Several different, old chairs and a table - imply evening (or non-evening) relaxation with a glass of wine)).
Would we come here again? Yes!

We were in Musser from September 10-21, 2022
Nature is extraordinary ..very beautiful!!We lived on the 11th floor ..It looks stupid..but when there is a storm, it is not possible to sleep even with earplugs..It 's very noisy .there is food for 3 in the canteen.. vegetarians definitely have nothing to do there! On day 4, I got rotovirus ..15 people were infected on our floor...I was vomiting ..diarrhea. . temperature..the condition of not standing for 4-5 days ... Most likely they got infected in the canteen ..since few people swam, the sea was cold and stormy... In short , keep in mind ...except for the beautiful view ..Nothing else.. There is a madam sitting at the reception who is growling and always in a bad mood...just like in the cafeteria ..and in the medical center , Madame ..who has no medicines and it is also not clear why she is sitting there ...in general, a lot of things are unclear in this boarding house .. It 's not tasty ..It 's not clean .. not friendly ...I wouldn't even get my feet wet in the pool... Think about it a hundred times ...is it worth going to nature ?.where the conditions are bad for a lot of money ..... It was the first negative review in my life..and I rest twice a year and always for all 5 points..It 's a threesome today ..1 ball to nature ..1 ball of a wonderful maid on the 11th floor ..and the third ball to the dolphins ... otherwise, there are only disadvantages !!! Well, let's start with the location of this object.
Of course, it is unique - this is the Musser nature reserve with its own bioecosystem, where the mountains turn into the sea.
The sea is within walking distance, the smells of pine needles are awesome.
But the boarding house itself is a complete ruin, we had a suite room, it can only be called that on paper, or it was like that in 1982 when the boarding house was built, repairs have not been carried out there since (see photo).
The food, something like a buffet, well, for a C, everything is kind of bland and, to be honest, it didn't go to me.
The contingent is mainly elderly people and families with children.
Another advantage is that there are few people on the beach in early September.

We had a vacation with a friend in July 2022.I got an unforgettable vacation, for me personally, it's better not to.This place has few equals in the world for its beauty, ecology, and cleanliness.There is only one benefit here, both physically and mentally.A real vacation!!!The purest sea, mountains, nature reserve.The atmosphere in the boarding house is wonderful, the staff is polite, pleasant, interested in making you happy with your stay.I want to say about food separately-it's like home cooking, but with a variety of dishes, it's always very tasty, a lot and most importantly-the products!!!!!!Always fresh, high-quality, dairy, meat, vegetable .....super!!!! A great beach, with sun beds, umbrellas, and fresh water.... Everything is free!Water from a deep well, so you know, is the purest water.I'm attracted to a quiet and secluded vacation, so I didn't really attend entertainment events.But there were plenty of them here too.I really liked aerobics on the beach and water aerobics.This is not the 1st time I have been in this boarding house and I will note that it is getting better and better.It is clear that a lot of work has been invested in improving the level of the boarding house, the owners are not satisfied with what they have achieved, they are constantly improving everything here.In a word, this is a paradise that has not yet been promoted, so the prices are low and generally do not correspond to what we received in return.

We had two vacations in this boarding house. We have already booked a room for this summer (early booking, at last year's prices). The pension is located in a nature reserve, far from the roads (15 kilometers to the nearest highway). The air is beautiful, there is a forest around (eucalyptus, laurel, boxwood, firs, pines). The sea is clean, due to the fact that there are no sanatoriums or houses nearby. This boarding house has 8 kilometers of beach (umbrellas, sun beds on the beach are free, there are enough for everyone, there are 156 rooms in the boarding house). Buffet-style meals (of course, there are no pickles). Mediterranean cuisine is not about Abkhazia. But, excellent dairy products, vegetables, chicken broths, porridges are in a large assortment. No one goes hungry. There are always meat dishes, always, men have something to eat. The rooms are very modest (Soviet Union), but the plumbing is new, there is always hot water. Balconies with sea views. The Internet is free. Recreation is not for young people (you will not get married there). Entertainment, only for children. But, in the evening, the beach is illuminated, many are sitting on the beach, drinking fine wines of Abkhazia. (250-300 rubles per bottle). The morning starts with yoga and gymnastics on the beach. All the conditions to recover after a year of work. Definitely, I recommend it to middle-aged and older people and mothers with children (there is a doctor in the boarding house).

The location is simply magical - its own secluded beach, mountains and jungles around, no boats and speedboats, beauty.
The road is very far from civilization due to its solitude, so it takes about 20 minutes by car after leaving the main highway.
The food is a meager choice, usually of two main dishes, but tolerable, nothing special and nothing memorable or tasty for discerning gourmets, but you can eat, do not get poisoned.
Rooms and premises: there is no wi-fi in the rooms, and we lived on one of the two floors with the most recent renovation (11th floor) - see the photo, it's scary to imagine what then on other floors with the old room stock ...
Service - there is no such thing as service here at all, however, the same can be said about the whole of Abkhazia. For breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining room (which is on the 13th floor), they are forced to wear bracelets, which can no longer be removed, only cut (this is specially done). They say that in order for strangers not to get into the food, although the hotel is really cut off from all nearby residential areas, it is difficult to get here at all, and the food is so ordinary that it is not worth it.
I came to breakfast one day without a bracelet, so they refused to serve me, they called the head, who told me that she had traveled all over the world and there were such rules with bracelets everywhere in hotels. "If you don't like it, leave the hotel!" Imagine - you paid for the tour in advance, came to rest in "hospitable" Abkhazia, and you are kicked out of the hotel due to the lack of a bracelet on your arm.
I had to fight, shake my license and get nervous to get behind. It's not pleasant.
In general, the service is so-so, it just doesn't exist.
The elevators in the hotel are a separate song, you need to call each one separately, you wait for 10 minutes and then all 3 arrive at once. So you go with stops on all floors for breakfast on the 13th floor, if you don't sleep (it also happened). Veselukha, if you treat it all with a positive attitude, how did you get to the USSR in the 1970s :)
In general, you can relax here if you have a lot of patience, there are no expectations for service from Turkey or Egypt or even from Armenia (where the service is head and shoulders higher) and the right attitude to positive, because places in Abkhazia pay off all the disadvantages of the hotel and service.

There are many advantages and many disadvantages.
One of the advantages is isolation from civilisation. No, there is a TV in the rooms, the Internet is not bad in principle. By the way, the pool is not very chlorinated, but it is clean. Beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains. Accessibility to the plume is roughly two steps. Since the elevator will take you directly to the sea. There are two cafes on site. A little Council of State , but they started doing repairs there. There is a place to walk and a small playground.
Of the minuses: transport accessibility is great! Taxis don't really want to go there. There are no buses. So if you want to rush from there to The Hague, for example, stock up on money as a taxi is expensive (from the hotel to the traffic police post 1500r is 10 km along the serpentine), and the transfer does not always go. And if you still got out into the civilization of Abkhazia, then getting to Musser is still a challenge.
There is no program for children. If you took a child with you, he will always be there because there are no animators there at all. In general, I really liked it, to leave and forget about your past life until you come back. Great by the way, and for retirement age, where an active image is not so important. So a solid 4!

We have just returned from this boarding house.
Positive:
1. Unity with the world of flora and fauna: the sound of the sea around the clock in the room;
there is a nest of swallows on the balcony, chicks in the nest, we witnessed their growth for 2 weeks and departure on the first flight. At exactly 5.30 am, swallow's life began on the balcony. Noise, crackling, uproar. Funny swallows. And I fixed my regime, now I wake up at 5.30 like a bayonet.
2. The food is ideal for the elderly. Buckwheat. Porridge. Beetroot, cabbage, broth, chicken. There was no beef. Pork 2-3 times. Almost every day. Baked meatballs (tasteless, dry). Side dishes: buckwheat, pasta, occasionally cauliflower, eggplant. Potatoes are only in soups.
In fact, soups are full of potatoes.
3 times in 12 days there was a fish like mentai or cod. And it is also very dried when baking. But apparently the focus is on the elderly. Everything is unsalted. But there is salt and pepper on every table. There are also sauces and dressings in the assortment.
Delicious cottage cheese.
Delicious eggplant.
Delicious breadcrumbs for broth.
Delicious jelly and compote.
The guys and girls serving in the dining room are A HUGE THANK YOU. You are cute, hardworking and very pleasant. Especially Elena.🙏❤
3. Beautiful view from the window. There is access to the roof. There's a panoramic view. I recommend.
4. In the hallway there is a kettle, toilet paper, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, ironing board with iron. The room has 2 mugs, a refrigerator, a TV with 5 state-owned Russian channels, a fan, 2 chairs. In the bathroom there is a one-time set of shampoos in a bag, one per person.
Full sets of towels - three for each. Linen and towels are changed once a week. Cleaning every other day at 4. The balcony is not cleaned, all the sand, pebbles will remain there, they did not wash under the disassembled chair, too, for some reason. But cleaning is not essential for us. We are not purity maniacs.
5. Bracelets are put on the hands of vacationers, as in Turkey. If you lose 100 rubles for a new one.
6. The proximity of the dachas of Stalin and Raisa Gorbacheva. The tour from the hotel is 300 rubles/person.
Of the disadvantages for our family personally:
1. The fattest is draining into the sea of sewage, directly in the beach area. At first, the first few days you don't understand why when you swim, soap foam appears after you. It turned out that all this "soap" is hotel. And all your vacation at sea you will swim in this foamy slush. If you go out on the balcony at about 9-10 am, you will clearly see (while the sea is calm and gentle) a strip of sewage in the sea ..... you will find a pipe with a manhole directly on the beach side. Just behind the breakwater. There's a lot of garbage here.... It's a pity. Such a gorgeous sea!!!! And so to mess up.... 😥😥😥 we were very sad about it. After lunch, when the sea begins to wave, the mud foam breaks up a little and at a visual glance the foam is almost invisible. And before lunch, all the foam is at the shore. And if you go further along the shore and go into the sea, you will also start whipping up the soapy sea .... In short, draining into the sea is just a sadness ....

2. Mattresses and pillows🤪😵 Be prepared that mattresses with pressed springs and all night these metal roundels will knead and massage your sides. I could pick up the spring with my finger.
The pillows look empty to me.
Still, you're going to buy up and get some sleep. Neither of these things could be fully done.
3. The territory. I don't know why they praise her... There is nowhere to walk! In addition to the territory directly at the boarding house (around a radius of 5-10 meters). The rest of the territory is unsafe. Abkhazians ARE RUSHING AT HIGH SPEED ALONG the road leading to the CHECKPOINT. My family flew to the fence of Stalin's dacha so as not to be shot down. In the evening, huge rats walk along the same road. I understand the proximity of the forest and all this is normal. But the girls are scared and I didn't go a second time🙄
The road to the mountains is not bad, but this is cardio training, not for a walk. You need special shoes and a flashlight if you walk in the evening. My muscles have been trained. But again, not in the concept of "taking a walk."
The only safe and tolerable walk is along the coast for several km. But not for every day. Because the second time is not very interesting.
The general summary is to organize sewage treatment plants and change mattresses - and the rest will improve. I think all this is going to happen. Thanks for the rest!!!

The building and rooms of the boarding house are a la the Soviet Union, but on the contrary you are nostalgic. The location is gorgeous, far from civilization, in a nature reserve, the vegetation and air are wonderful, the sea and coastline are super, the best place to relax after sweaty and noisy Moscow. We rested in this wonderful place from 07/3/12 to 07/17/12. We drove with caution, as we heard a lot of bad things, but were pleasantly surprised. The place is the prettiest, the sea is warm, there are no buoys, swim wherever you want, the staff is responsive and friendly, the food is not bad, we were not hungry. I especially want to mention the animator who entertained both children and adults. Such a sweet girl! I hope that we will return there again!

We got from the airport in 5 tr ... transfer from the hotel is 6 tr. in one direction... the nature is extraordinary and very beautiful ... the sea is cold ... the beach is dirty... the sun beds are half broken...
we didn't like the food in the canteen at all... everything is not tasty and hot is always cold ... There are few vegetables ... There is no fruit... the fish was given 1 time in 12 days... especially vegetarians have nothing to do here ... the staff is not friendly at all... there is only one normal maid on the 11th floor...
on the 4th day they caught rotovirus... There's nothing in the infirmary... There were 20 people on our floor who were sick ... There was vomiting on the stairs , in the hall and on the street ... in short , tin ...
then there was a storm ... It is not possible to sleep at all in a storm ... It 's very noisy ...
the room is not comfortable... There 's nowhere to put things ... in the closet, the doors are barely open and barely closed...
there is a cafe and a restaurant by the sea... The penguin is still nothing ... and the restaurant is not tasty and expensive ... generally count on it ... that Abkhazia is not a cheap country ... not clean ... And it 's not tasty !!!! Only one plus is a very beautiful nature!! For 12 days, the rest came out at 130t.p.

The laundry employee refused to take things right away every time because she had a lot of work. (you can't put such an answer on your head and it's funny and sad)) and it doesn't matter that the service is paid for, and the washing machine is free and, most importantly, there is no optimal alternative, that's all)
The transfer of the boarding house is absolutely unprofessional, rude, aggressive drivers, all the time fail and make the vacationer dependent on themselves, because the boarding house is far from civilization and another car will not arrive quickly. Hence the attitude towards the guests, direct threats to life: you will do as I say or you will walk, I will take you, but not the fact that I will take you. It's in front of children that everything happens.
Of course, no one returned the money for the unproven service. Nobody cares, the reception doesn't care, the head of transfers doesn't care. The transfer management sleeps in one shoe or vice versa, encourages intimidation of guests.
On the beach, most of the sun beds are cracked, it is dangerous to lie down on them, you can seriously injure yourself, especially a child.
On the positive side, beautiful nature, wonderful Lydia the Animator and the canteen staff. Thank you guys! The menu is modest, delicious, loved by children and adults. :)
I gave this place a 2nd chance, but the threats to my life from the transfer crossed out all my loyal attitude to this place.
It will definitely not be better there until there are personnel changes in the administration and transfer.

We had a rest with a child during the autumn holidays from 29.10 to 05.11. We were lucky with the weather, we even swam! The nature is wonderful, everything is clean! The food is excellent! You will definitely not stay hungry! For breakfast there are two types of cereals (with milk and water), different every day, tea, coffee, sausage and cheese cuts (2-3 types each), cottage cheese casserole, dumplings, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, pastries, sausages, omelette or boiled eggs, vegetable slicing and a couple of salads. For lunch, two soups (also different every day), 2-3 types of side dishes, again vegetables (fresh and stewed), for hot chicken, pork, beef (in the form of gravy, stewed or cutlets), during the rest week there were 3 fish (baked fillet with cheese), dumplings, khinkali! Everything is fresh and delicious at home! Feijoa compote from the local garden! The staff is very friendly! Yes, repairs are required, but everything works, everything is clean! Children's disco every day! Movies in the cinema 2 times a day! There is a place to walk! If you are used to relaxing in a five-star hotel in Turkey, you will not like it. For a budget vacation with fabulous nature, there is no better option! We plan to visit again in the spring!

We had a vacation with our family in the first week of November. Despite the general shabbiness of the rooms (old furniture and plumbing), everything is pretty decent. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the sunsets are wonderful every day, it is very stuffy. The food is satisfactory, at the level of an average canteen. There are a lot of vegetables, meat is mainly chicken, fish and fruits are NOT PRESENT. From drinks tea to coffee for breakfast, a kind of powdered drink for lunch. The water in the sea is approximately 18 degrees, it is cool, but you can swim. There is a pool with warm fresh water, but too much chlorine, the children went. The beach is half empty, there are plenty of places. What to do, we refused excursions, walked around the surrounding mountains. Since this is a former boarding house of the KGB of the USSR, it is surrounded by an external fence, along which the road is made of chipped asphalt. We walked along them, the perimeter is large. We reached Shlypra (the third gorge) and along the shore we reached Abmara, where we looked at the ruins of the 10th century temple. There is a nature reserve around, the terrain is heavily rugged, there are no trails, it is impossible to break through the forest - prickly lianas and blackberries. Nearby is Gorbachov's former dacha, which is now the dacha of the president of Abkhazia and they are no longer allowed to walk along the shore to Shlypra. For thirty years, the cove next to the storm cottage has been filled with pebbles, now an excavator has been brought in, they are trying to clean it, otherwise the President got a yacht. On November 6, the boarding house was closed and over the winter there will be reconstruction with repairs, replacement of elevators and construction of a sanatoria and medical building. So it's quite an option in spring and autumn.

I didn 't like it . The ants in the room are running in droves. The food is the cheapest. There is no fruit. And you can't buy them, and this is in Abkhazia. Where are the Abkhazian mandarins?

The food was terrible, every year it got worse and worse, there was no fish, no fruit either. We were not hungry, but we still need to buy natural products, not spreads, all nonsense. Compared to last year, the food has become much worse. The only thing that brought joy was the sea and nature. I would like the bvlo service to be better, the rooms were not cleaned on request.

There is an entertainment program, its own cinema with modern film screenings, tennis, swimming pool, billiards, beach volleyball. The beach is sandy and pebbly, there are sun beds and umbrellas, it is better to come early to occupy them. The views are like on an island in Thailand. The most lame thing is nutrition!!! Buffet, canteen food, right in the worst sense. Basically, the menu includes cutlets (from meat, this is commendable), boiled chicken, cheap pasta, buckwheat, boiled beetroot, chopped carrots, cabbage. Carrots, cabbage and beets are almost the main dishes) in different variations. Everything is kind of bland. The cabbage salad came in, the cabbage is soft, sweetly salted, perfect. The rest is so-so. Breakfast is not served with real butter (an incomprehensible substance, whether a spread mixed with starch, in general, turbidity, cottage cheese made from vegetable fat, not dairy! Tasteless, paper sausages, sausage cheese, inedible sausage. The most delicious are pancakes, but they were given 1 time in 5 days. The casserole is also not tasty from non-real cottage cheese. It's like people are idiots, they can't tell the difference between products. The buns are also not rich, dryish. But still, you will find something suitable for yourself. I've always eaten cabbage, it's real and cooked according to all the canons of Soviet catering. And the cutlets were good. In general, for the sake of staying in such a heavenly place, he can tolerate such tasteless food.

The disadvantages are huge: the rooms are so old that it's scary to go in, the wallpaper has not been glued for 30 years, the smell in the rooms is still the same as that of old people in apartments. The linen was changed 1 time in 10 days and then after a 5-fold reminder. The TV is also about 25 years old with a small screen. Towels are also provided once every 5 days. We lived in a room together, one towel under our feet for two. The toilet room sucks, the tiles are broken, the faucets are flowing, the freshener must be begged at the reception. The Internet in the rooms and on the beach does not catch. Nutrition is a special story. Dishes with chipped edges. It was safe to eat only breakfast-eggs, cheese, sausages and porridge could not be spoiled. Lunch and dinner are simply delicious: soups on broth cubes, cutlets, meatballs and stuffed pork can not be eaten, chicken daily for lunch and dinner. Cabbage salads with boiled sausage, seaweed, carrots and beets in various variations are not quite edible. But alcohol in the bar for money in any quantity. For 10 days in the summer, there was never any fruit, but please buy it at the bar. Well, in general, food and accommodation suck. Back to the Stone Age! And to all the complaints, the staff replied that we should get into their position and understand them! And the price for this outrage is 3000 per day and the transfer fee for your money is 1200 per person one way. Hello! Everything about the boarding house is well described on the website and everything corresponds to 3 stars, if you evaluate the star rating. Don't expect more,! The most valuable thing here is the clean sea, the cleanest, delicious air and an empty sandy pebble beach.!! You can change clothes and take a shower after the sea on the beach. There is a grocery store and xs goods on site. But there is no pharmacy!! The nearest one is 15 km from the boarding house. The road to the boarding house goes along a serpentine, from the main 11 - 14km be prepared. And have a good positive rest!

Everything is old and shabby. The food is varied, but after 3 days everything gets boring and it doesn't taste good. The rooms are clean, but there is no stink. The hallway stank of some rotten fish, and the mattress alone stank of cat urine. I'm not talking about the smell of dampness. There is an animator for children and adults. A wonderful woman. Nice pool. All this against the background of an old and shabby facade, loses all desire to be there. They ran away for 3 days.

The rooms are disgusting. The furniture is old, peeling, wallpaper on the walls with streaks, half of the outlets do not work, the balcony door does not close, there is one translucent curtain on the window, there are no air conditioners, a kettle and a hairdryer one for the entire floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious hall, modern elevators, on the 13th floor there is a nice dining room with a varied buffet menu and an open veranda overlooking the sea.

They were in November 2022. We got here by accident, we planned to go to another place. We traveled by car. The serpentine to the hotel is atas. Loo and Dagomys nervously smoke on the sidelines. But the holiday home itself is worth it. We lived on the 10th floor. There were no bedbugs in the room. The furniture is a little patchy, but the plumbing is in excellent condition. Hot water around the clock, the batteries were turned on every night. The pool is cool for my taste. A cafe on the beach is an adequate price tag. They didn't take any money for parking the car. The menu in the dining room is monotonous, but we were not hungry. The aunt of the canteen administrator is still a megera. They asked for two eggs to take with them on the way back - they did not give them. They only allowed me to take buns with me. The view from the dining room terrace is indescribably beautiful. We had breakfast and lunch outdoors several times. The sea was clear, there were a lot of dolphins. We swam until November 10 - we were lucky with the weather. Beautiful and well maintained garden with feijoa. A lot of it was collected from the ground - which fell - the most delicious. We walked, went to Pitsunda and Sukhum, I do not regret the rest in this place. I will definitely come back here.

A great place for a calm, measured rest. Perfect sea, pebble entrance and beach (solved with special slippers). Despite the negative reviews, the food is good. Perhaps there are some nuances, but they are completely insignificant, and they fade when you get to the open veranda of the main restaurant located on the 13th floor. Lovely responsive reception and restaurant staff. Thanks a lot to the girls. The room was taken by the economy. Funny of course))) very small and straight "Soviet". But we weren't going to sit in it. At the same time, the WiFi caught well, excluding moments of special demand.
