We rested in this place for 7 days in August 2024. I won't come here anymore. Previously, they said there was a good boarding house. But now... if you want a good rest, choose another place. My child and I were first settled in the 1st building. The room was dirty, there were no bed linen and towels. There was someone's urine on the rim of the toilet. The maids couldn't be reached. I lay down on the pillow – something bit my neck, there were two blisters. After the scandal, they were settled in the 2nd building. The room was clean, there were bed linen and towels (they certainly looked terrible), toilet paper. But in 7 days, the maids never cleaned our room, she washed the floors herself, yes)))) At the request, towels were changed, toilet paper was given. The television did not show it. But in the 3rd building (my relatives were settled there), everything was bad with towels and paper: they received towels for 3 or 4 days, and they said they did not give out paper at all. But they had a TV set-top box)))) There is no soap in the rooms. The corridors of the buildings are dirty, there are a lot of dead insects on the windowsills, dirty bedding and dishes lie for days after vacationers leave. The windows are dirty. The dining room is also in such a state: napkins, crumbs and dead insects lay on the floor under the tables for days. The territory itself and the beach are beautiful, very much – this is the merit of the previous owner, and unfortunately this beauty will not last long. But it's dirty everywhere. Even there is a lot of garbage on the beach. There are a lot of coniferous plants on the territory, and walking among them, I noticed deposits of toilet paper on the side, for some reason people made a toilet there. And no one cleaned it. The outdoor toilets on the territory are also dirty. There was no soap. One day before our departure, the staff washed all the buildings, put things in order on the territory – they were waiting for the commission))))) Food: terrible. Undercooked meat in gravy, raw potatoes in soup. Once there was an unfinished sticky bread. Overcooked and cold pasta. One day, instead of salad, they gave slices of tomato and chopped carrots (I saw this for the first time))))) Once they gave me a piece of tomato and cucumber, I can't describe it, I'll post a photo))))) Of course, there were delicious dishes, but very rarely. No milk was given, only dry in the morning. In the morning there were porridges and a small piece of butter 1 cm in size, seriously, it was not enough to spread on bread, a couple of pieces of cheap sausage and cheese. The dishes were all broken, dirty cutlery and mugs were put down. It's terrible, to be honest. The canteen building is falling apart…

And now about the sore point, a place with a rich history, but because of the change of the top of the boarding house and all the workers, everything that we loved this place was ruined (we have been resting here since 2015), there has always been a beautiful landscape, a sea of gardeners, beautiful flowers, you walk around the territory and your soul rejoices, now in a year everything has come to the deplorable state, what will happen next... the beach is overgrown with grass, grass and trees are withered.
Tonight we have arranged several discos at once, we don't even have to think about any calm and peaceful rest.
The rooms are ordinary, with an unfriendly renovation and there is always dampness and mold in the first two buildings. The food is delicious, but the portions are by no means small.

The buildings were repaired a long time ago. The plumbing is in poor condition, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The refrigerator is leaking. The spring mattresses on the beds have long served their time, the springs are not held in an upright position, but "wobble", creating a feeling of pitching at the slightest movement. We stopped by as a group. Despite repeated reminders, towels were brought to some rooms only the next day.", we had to share with each other. The food in the dining room is a solid "two". The territory is well maintained: the buildings stand among the trees, there are many roses on the way to the lake.
