In general, everything is not bad. The view from the room is gorgeous, everything worked in the room, The water was always hot and cold.There is a place to walk in the evening. Of course, we must understand that this is not a resort in the Krasnodar territory, everything is without fuss, measured. Excursions are organized, they are taken away from the building and brought there. There is an outdoor cinema hall and a cafe on site. The market, shops are within walking distance.
The only significant drawback is the monotonous menu in the dining room. Buffet-yes, there is a lot of food, the trays are replenished as needed. But how much everything is the same every day, that at the end of the rest you no longer want anything. In general, you will not stay hungry, but the monotony gets boring. That's why we sometimes went to a cafe for dinner.
As it is, everything is fine, the main thing is a positive attitude 👍

The best sea: the purest, beautiful turquoise, and sometimes azure! Beautiful coniferous sea air, as the boarding house is located in a relict forest, in a nature reserve!
The building was built in the 60s, renovated, 14-storey, 2 modern elevators, there is also a staircase.
There is a kettle on each floor, there is a laundry room, a reception desk. However, sometimes it is impossible to get actions from the administrator, the answer is lazy measured drowsiness ((((
The rooms have a balcony, shower, toilet, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, chair, refrigerator. There are t/w, soap, hair dryer, 2 towels per person.
Meals are served in the dining room nearby. The buffet. The breakfasts are varied, excellent dairy products, poor instant coffee, no green tea (( Good first courses for lunch, lots of salads, vegetables. Meat and fish are very sparsely available and tasteless, in my opinion.

I had a rest at the end of September for three years in a row . I was satisfied .The advantages are that being in a beautiful place. Rooms of different categories depend on the situation in the room. The balconies are all with sea views, sideways or from the end of the building with a direct mesmerizing view.I was satisfied with everything. The atmosphere is without any special frills, well, quite decent .First line sun beds are provided .It is better to enter the sea in special shoes. The food is a very modest assortment . Every day does not change, as well as every year.Two types of chicken liver cutlets..Several types of side dish .Sometimes apples are made from fruits .
There are no complaints about the staff , as there were no problems , they did not really need cleaning because they were used to being careful .We liked it, we dream of returning again, such a divine nature and such beautiful sunsets will not leave anyone indifferent.
