1. There is a gazebo and a barbecue area on the seashore (but you need to score in advance)
2. Your access to the sea!
3. Taps at the entrance from the beach to wash the legs
4. There is a dining room (but there is no elementary knife)
5. Always friendly staff
Minuses
1. A suite without a sea view is at least strange)
2. WiFi is very weak
3. Shops are far away in the territory to buy nothing (if you want products, it's better to go nearby to Yalta to the market)
4. No room cleaning (there were 4 days without even replacing the towels)
