It was the worst,so bad location,The street is not asphalt،far from center,I do not suggest at all,There is a lot of construction around it, it is noisy and the air is dirty

Very good. I stayed in this hotel for several months. The behavior of the staff is excellent. It has a good breakfast. It is very clean. There is no washing machine only in the suites. It is good for people who care about peace and beautiful view.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel with pleasant staff. In September, we stayed in a huge room for the price of a regular room, including a kitchen,3 rooms, a hall, 3 bathrooms. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is cleaned daily, a tennis court and all this with a view of Yerevan. The hotel staff is very friendly and left the best impressions.the breakfasts are delicious.

A wonderful place!
Perhaps the best price/quality ratio in Yerevan. Delicious breakfast, clean, beautiful view, quiet at night. There's a construction site all around, yes… But if it weren't for the construction site, a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and also breakfast wouldn't cost as much as it costs. Also with a swimming pool. I highly recommend it!

Not a bad hotel, 15 minutes from the city center. Good breakfasts, a swimming pool with a bar. Very polite girls at the reception! Beautiful view of the city and the sunsets, if you cut the construction site around)
Of the cons, in my opinion:
The rooms are old, there is a construction site everywhere, it will not work to walk near the hotel, there is no game room.

We were not guests of the hotel, but we came to the pool! The pool is 6500 AMD, the prices at the bar are pleasant, the pool is generally good, there are a lot of places on weekdays. Clean, calm, the view of the city is beautiful, but there is a noisy construction site nearby - you can't see Ararat here)

We were in the pool. Overall, we liked it, the water is clear, clean, the children are happy, the food in the bar is very tasty, the portions are huge. The only negative thing that day in the pool was the cold water, the children were a little frozen, but the desire to swim overcame the low temperature)

Pros: very beautiful view of Yerevan.
As elsewhere in Armenia, the food is very tasty. There are apartments for very large companies.
Cons: you have to drive around half the city to get to the center.
Night shops are still far away.
The string is around, but it's temporary.
And so, I advise you, it's really very quiet here, relative to the center.

Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, but unfortunately we couldn't get enough sleep. The room was overlooking the city, it was beautiful in the evening, but mosquitoes, midges, insects (bedbugs) spoiled the whole impression of the trip. The wish for the hotel is to invite an organization to eliminate bedbugs., it is very scary to sleep in such bedrooms.

Of the cons: there are no shops nearby, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center by taxi, the water in the pool is very cold.

Construction site, dust. There is an active development on all sides of the hotel, with cranes, trucks and the corresponding noise and dust.
There is no longer a view of Ararat, it was closed by the construction of a neighboring house. There is a view of Yerevan, quite beautiful.
In our room, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, there was only in the living area.
The food is delicious, both breakfast and lunch.
The center is 20-30 minutes away by taxi.

A shared locker room with lockers, the pool looks clean, but if you take tests I don't know 🤣 without heating, the child's lips turned blue after 5 minutes in the water, the kitchen is not expensive, sun beds and towels, as well as inflatable vests and armbands are included in the price. Шикарные апартаменты, прекрасная еда и обслуживание, а вид на горы на заре и вечерний Ереван просто завораживает, отличный бонус- большой бассейн с прохладной чистой водой, чего нет в других местах.

Были только в бассейне, в самом отеле не жили
Бассейн очень классный, недорогой, за 3000 AMD купаешься весь день. Народу немного, выдают полотенца, есть две душевых на улице
Раздевалка правда маловата и темновата, но вид с корта на город эти минусы перекрывает:)

Отдыхал с девушкой, очень понравился отель, приятная атмосфера, красивый вид, бассейн, кухня на высоте, приветливый персонал, все чисто и красиво.

A good hotel, delicious breakfasts, huge rooms. There are problems with cleaning, but if you ask, they always clean up. The girls at the reception are very nice and responsive. They fulfill all requests. At your request, Armenian coffee can be prepared for breakfast, insanely delicious

Очень чистые номера, уборка каждый день! Отзывчивый персонал; вкусная еда. Аид на город и горы превосходный! НО кругом сплошная стройка, пешком с коляской сложно добираться до общественного транспорта, таксисты не все готовы ехать в этот район. Были в феврале когда бассейн ещё закрыт, не смогли оценить

Отель не плохой, но уже требуеться ремонт в некоторых номерах, и плюс рядом идет стройка, вся пыль летит на балконы номеров и открытый бассейн. Сами номера убирают хорошо, чисто, завтрака хорошие. Вообще кухня не плохая

Заведение отличное! Сервис, условия: полный порядок!
Из недостатков выделил бы стройку вокруг. К самому отелю, естественно, не относится, на отдых это никак не повлияло, так что рекомендую!

В отеле не жили, приходили в бассейн. Плохо всё. Бассейн маленький, лестницу в него не найти, если не знать где она. Лежаки сами дешёвые, пластмассовые. Душ публичный, даже не помыться толком, купальник не прополоскать. Раздевалка без лавок, просто комната с ящиками, закрывается на хлипкий ключ, который приходится таскать с собой, не браслет. Музыка какая попало, терминал оплаты не работает. Вида как такого особо нет, т.к вокруг идёт стройка. Больше не вернемся

Приезжали сюда исключительно позагорать в бассейне. Вход платный, лежаков в будни хватает, хорошее обслуживание.

Хорошая гостиница, очень красивый вид с горы на весь Ереван. Чисто, вкусная еда на заказ на ужин, простой, но вполне пристойный завтрак. И дети, и взрослые остались сыты. Ланчбокс при раннем отъезде выше всех похвал. Очень хороший персонал: всё, что просили, сделали безупречно, а лишнего назойливого сервиса не было. Добраться можно как на общественном транспорте (автобус 27, но, внимание, НЕ маршрутка 27), так и на очень доступном Яндекс.Такси.
