We had a rest for the May holidays with the whole family. 2 adults and 2 children.
The hotel is a bit outdated, but generally not bad. The room was standard. Cleaning and a bottle of water in the room every day, Thanks to Ahmed.
There is courteous service at the reception, they respond immediately to all requests. And in general, the hotel staff tried to please the guests in everything. Even without a tip.
Food! The menu is a bit monotonous, but we weren't hungry. There were a lot of vegetables, both fresh and pickled, pastries and a sweet table assortment in large quantities. The food was simple but delicious, and we weren't hungry. In this regard, I was more worried about the children, but it was in vain. Everyone ate great! I especially want to mention their tortillas, in short, I got hooked on them during these days of rest. I used them with vegetables and jams, experimented as best I could, and had to compensate for what I ate with evening walks around the city. Tea is only in tea bags, but it is strong and good, similar to our Kazakhstani tea, but instant coffee. I had to forget about it for a week.
The pools are clean, and the slides don't work all the time. They are turned on for an hour and a half and then turned off. We still did not understand the mode of their work, but it did not interfere with the rest. The staff is always very attentive in the children's area, there have been a couple of cases with other vacationing children.
In general, the staff is very careful about cleanliness. It can be seen that the territory is being cleaned. Mosquito repellent treatment was performed twice in 7 days.
I would also like to mention the work of the animators! The guys are generally great fellows! Mo, Lena and Karim are really trying very hard to keep the mood of the campers. There is yoga and various classes, and in the evening there is an entertainment program with both children and adult guests, a disco.
Bar. Drinks whiskey beer cocktails wine. Here, whoever wanted to, had fun as much as he could!
The beach! The hotel does not have its own beach. But the bus takes you to the beach near the Old Town 4 times a day. The beach is clean, sun beds, shower, toilet. Is free. The beach bar is paid.
The sea was good, and the fish were swimming. One day there were a lot of jellyfish. We drove mostly after lunch and had plenty of time to go shopping before 5 o'clock. And at five we took the bus back to the hotel.
The guests! There are many tourists, both Europeans and from neighboring countries.
In the evening, you can walk to Noama Bay through the beautiful tourist streets of the city.
The rest left the best impressions!

I gave it away with my family, we are three adults and two children. Thanks for the rest. The hotel is small and everything is family-friendly. The food was excellent, and everything is fine with the transfer. The rooms are a little old, but everything works. There are polite and caring guys at the reception. Even without a tip. The staff is good. The water park was open in February. The animators are trying their best too.
