I stayed at Hotel Panorama for 3 nights and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is situated on Buyuk Ipak Yuli Street, close to all essential facilities like supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies. Although it is not in the city center, the center is easily accessible at a very low cost by taxi or public transport. All the major tourist attractions are within 5-6 km, and there are tram and bus stops just 20-30 meters from the hotel, making it easy to visit these places affordably,(Bus/Tram costs only 2000 Som)
The hotel was sparkling clean, and the room was equipped with all the amenities (TV with internet access, electric kettle, bathrobes, hygiene kits, etc.), very comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel staff are very friendly and English-speaking. Asadbek at the reception desk was especially helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel. The rooms are lovely, very clean and pleasant. Very tasty breakfasts. There is a wide selection and everything is insanely delicious, it is clear that they cook with a soul. They clean the rooms every day, put water, tea, coffee. The staff is very polite and helpful, they will tell you the places, they will call a taxi. The panoramic windows are cold in winter, but the room has a battery and air conditioning.
Nice, clean hotel. The room has everything you need and even more (bathrobe, comb, razor, all sorts of small things for hygiene, safe). I got into the moment of New Year's discounts. There are rooms with no windows at all (it is very dark there), and there are rooms with panoramic windows. It is a pity that the panoramic windows have cheap frames and single glass. It blows hard because of this. Only the air conditioner saves, the heating battery can not cope. There is a standard set for breakfast, but what you liked, the hot is cooked right in front of you, to order. It's a pity there's no coffee machine.
We stayed at the Panorama Hotel in September 2024 for two weeks when we were in Samarkand for work. Nice, clean, small hotel with a fresh renovation.
The room has a large TV with internet access, a kettle, tea/coffee/water (updated during cleaning).
Very attentive, friendly reception, and special thanks to Chef Kibrie for the delicious, rich breakfasts and cordial atmosphere! The restaurant is located on a covered terrace, which is accessible at any time of the day. You can also use the microwave there.
Near the hotel there are pharmacies, shops, exchangers, cafes. The center is easily accessible by taxi (15-20 min and ~180₽) or by bus (30 min and ~15₽). Convenient, comfortable, safe. I recommend. Thank you!
Very friendly staff, thanks for checking in earlier. The room is clean and pleasant with snow-white linen. There are tram and bus stops nearby, as well as a Basket shop.
Thank you for your hospitality!
I visited this hotel in June 2024 on a trip to Samarkand. Great new hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning works like clockwork. I was very pleased with the large shower room, with modern renovation and super breakfasts, some dishes are made with you. The staff is very polite. Yes, the hotel is not in the center, but it's even better, because you can find a tastier and cheaper place to eat - you can go right across the street or next to a cafe and drive to the center in five minutes. Near the hotel there is a bank two steps away, you can change / withdraw money, an alcohol store, a shoe store, a medical clinic and a pharmacy - all the infrastructure around... I really liked the hotel, I recommend it.
We stayed at the panorama hotel on March 6-7. Everything is good, the rooms are clean, the bed is nice, the breakfast is good. The only negative is that the shower does not immediately have warm water. And it's quite noisy because of the big windows. Otherwise, we are satisfied
We were in early January. When we checked in, we ran into an unsuccessful employee and no one could help us with the fact that the room was HELLUVA cold (the remote control from the air conditioner was carefully taken away, but the room was even without a panoramic window, although what the hell if it was booked is unclear). It is not their problem that has been settled further. In the morning, the shift changed, the vent was turned off, the remote control was given out, a 10% discount was made by canceling the booking, but the wild sore throat and runny nose did not go away and all the holidays were with me:(
The room was tiny and had a window on the roof. We ordered another one, but no one cares there - "they're all at the same price anyway," although this was not the case at the time of booking. All the water after taking a shower is on the bathroom floor and nothing can be done, as the small watering can does not work and you have to use a rain shower or faucet.
There is no location - it takes 25-30 minutes by taxi to get to the center, and you will have to cross the road to call a taxi, because there is no entrance to the hotel. There are no cafes around, there is only a supermarket. Relatively not far from the railway station.
The only advantage is the breakfast and the incredible kindness of the woman in the dining room! Everything was delicious and very emotional!
Everything else is an absolute mismatch of expectation and reality. We thought we'd get enough sleep and relax in comfortable rooms with good furniture, but alas. I don't recommend it at all. It's better in the center, and even cheaper.
The price - quality is just great! The rooms are bright, clean and beautiful! The breakfast range is varied! I was in Samarkand for work, and next time I'll stay here too.
Excellent location, excellent service (the room was cleaned every day, the breakfast products are very fresh and of high quality). I advise you wholeheartedly!
The rooms are bright, small, the shower is combined with a toilet, after which the whole room is in water, which is very inconvenient, the location of the hotel is good.
A wonderful little hotel. Clear. Comfortably. Affordable prices
Own parking.
There is a slight noise of the road, for those who are sensitive to noise. But it's quiet and peaceful at night
