A very nice room.
The staff is friendly and professional.
Questions arise immediately, even when my car was evacuated. It took 15 minutes to get to the impound lot, pay the fine, and return the car to the parking lot in front of the hotel.
A beautiful place in the city.
If there is an opportunity, I will stay there.

A decent hotel. It is a pity that the popularity of Veliko Tarnovo itself is falling. And you can see how, once upon a time, the great city is withering away. The same thing happens with hotels. It is clear that the rooms were once gorgeous, but there is clearly not enough money to maintain this now
