I just went into the salon and wanted to order another pair of glasses with a certain small shipment. I ask if you can order glasses with such a similar frame -followed by a question with a grin and where did you buy such glasses. I answered in Moscow.. A cynical ironic answer-well, then buy in Moscow!!! THE LEVEL OF RUDENESS IS OFF THE SCALE!!!! Probably in 50 years to come to Brest ((unfortunately, most of them))))The service culture will not come straight from the Stone Age!!!

The choice of frames is wide from budget options to expensive ones. A doctor works on weekdays and Saturdays, and diagnostics is free when ordering lenses. The lenses themselves are inserted quickly, working days are probably day to day. We ordered on Saturday and picked it up on Monday.

Rude staff at Pushkinskaya Street, brought 2 pairs of glasses for repair, they told me to throw one out, because it can't be done, the second one said: "go where you bought it." A great salon, a very polite girl, needed glasses repair, so to my surprise they were repaired for FREE, I thought it was a joke, but no, it's really free!

I recently found out about this optics. I was looking for a place where my daughter could get an optometrist for a fee. And I found it. I called and made an appointment at a convenient time for me.
