I was looking for a Barbershop where they would cut my brother's hair efficiently and quickly, and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the haircut. We were treated to coffee, there is a waiting area, which is also a big plus! Also, the location is the very center of Lugansk, I advise you!!!
