В Панде заказывали периодически.Время ожидания обещают 1ч40 мин,то раньше 2х часов и более свой заказ не ждите. Если с пиццей у них более-менее нормально, хотя закажешь три пицца, оплатишь три, привезут две, особенно когда это сырные. Ну да ладно. Через часок другой все-таки довезут недостающее. То с роллами полный атас. Сегодня нам привезли их мало того, что горячими, так ещё и рыба похоже была варёная, потому что вся разваливалась. Когда позвонили в Панду, сказали, все вопросы к службе доставки!!!! Видимо у них служба доставки варит на пару рыбу для ролл. Категорически не рекомендую у них заказывать! Фото отлично передаёт цвет ролл. Камера нисколько не искажает цвет.

Готовят очень даже не плохо, всё вкусно. Однако меню, оно электронное, нужно наводить на штрих код и потом на сайте выбирать, это катастрофа!!!
У половины компании штрих код так и не считался!!! А у тех кому повезло, возникло очень много сложностей с заказом, может быть интернет глючил, может быть сайт тормозил, но это кошмар!!! У людей за соседним столиком, возникли такие же проблемы..
Потом выяснилось, что есть обычное меню, но оно не полное,ну и ладно,были рады такому)))

I ordered delivery from panda 2 times, the 1st time everything is normal, the second time there was hair in the pizzas.I informed the operator about this, for which I was presented with a coupon for ordering a larger pizza at a bargain price, I think this is unacceptable, of course I won't order food from them anymore, but the panda service also showed that it can't work with a dissatisfied customer.

Меню выходило не правильное, причём постоянно на доставку, требуют оплаты тогда когда ещё ничего не принесли, берут % за обслуживание, которого нет, официанты не умеют выполнять свою работу, работают на пофиг. Пример: официант не знает куда поставить следующее блюдо, так как стол уже полон, начинает всё расталкивать, но в упор не видит грязной посуды, которую можно убрать и тем самым освободится место. Так вот, просто всё втиснул, ещё 2 раза ложку уронил в роллы 😂, а потом просто свалил. А как они заказы приносят, это сюр. Обходят столы со стороны посадочного места этого стола. Это вообще что??? Я такого даже в обрыгаловках дешёвых не видел. Меня это заведение просто "убило". Цирковой манеж... Администратор, которая была на смене 04.08.23г. так же бестактная, видно, что не проводит работу с персоналом для улучшения качества обслуживания, главная цель админа, быстрее собрать деньги, да заказ швырнуть на стол. Еда вообще что-то с чем-то. Безвкусно, пресно, к тому же в чеке оказались блюда, которые вообще не были заказаны. На что администратор начала уверять, что никогда проблем с меню ни у кого в этом заведении не было. Обслуживание 0/5.
