It's a good place. The sea is clean, the beaches are well maintained. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, the atmosphere is like in the sanatoriums of the USSR, there is no hot water. Beach towels, a safe, an adapter for a euro outlet are paid. The food is monotonous. The character is polite. There are two pools, one pool with slides for children, but the water in them was cold and very chlorinated. All beaches are municipal, you have to pay for umbrellas and sun beds, which was a surprise to me. A very good excursion "Safari on donkeys", the children really liked it. An old hotel was demolished nearby, so from 7 a.m. the rumble and sounds of heavy machinery began.

Wonderful hotel) A swimming pool with sea views, three beaches within walking distance, two-room rooms and a private terrace - everything is fine) The city center is a 20-minute walk along a busy street with lots of shops. The opportunity to use the water park for free at a nearby hotel is another advantage)

The location is good. There is no private beach, but it is not far from the city. 10 minutes into the bay to the sandy lagoon. I was pleased with the large room, free use of the water park. Good evening programs, but not every day. The food is for four, monotonous, the choice is small. You have to go to the reception to get a hairdryer. Not in the rooms. Laughter, that's all. After the sea, you take it, then you bring it, you paint it in a notebook, rzhaka. Well, we lived in the building next to the reception. This has not been seen anywhere else for 4 stars. I was rewarded with a trip here from work. We had a rest with the group. I really liked that this is a group of two-storey houses, a low-rise building, with terraces in the courtyard, where we drank tea in the evenings, chatted, even watched a couple of movies. The rooms are excellent - a bedroom and a kitchen-living room, a good bathroom. The cuisine in the local dining room is delicious and satisfying without question. Various speakers were often invited in the evenings. There is a private pool. The beach is not very far away. The beach right in front of the hotel is rocky. If desired, you can swim. There is a walking path along the shore in both directions - you can walk to the city center. Or you can go to the main street and take a bus along it. There is a convenience store next to the hotel, which is very convenient. It's a good place. I didn't regret coming.

Very cozy hotel, all the staff are very nice and friendly people, 3 minutes to the sea, within walking distance of a supermarket, 20-25 minutes walk to Nissi Beach. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are spacious, clean, though with an old renovation, especially the bathroom. And both in the rooms and in the common areas.

The location is gorgeous, separated from the clubs and noise by a strip of greenery, the sea is 20 meters away, the rooms are large, two-storey villas. The staff is smiling, they clean up, they don't extort money! The territory is not too big, but there are a lot of greenery and flowers. The food is a very decent buffet. Dinner has its own theme every day. Greek, Mexican, Mediterranean, "from the chef" and others. They will always help at the reception, there were no refusals. There is enough pool and sun loungers with umbrellas for everyone, there is a children's area. A nice bonus is the free use of the water park nearby. 7 slides of different heights. In the evening, every day, first a children's and then an adult show program. There is a store 30 meters from the entrance. It works until 12 am on 7/7.
Cute kittens live among the greenery!

Friendly staff. A wonderful pool with variable depth. Gorgeous, almost white sand on the beach. A great buffet. The rooms are cleaned every day. The air conditioners, however, worked poorly. There were several tangerine trees near the balcony area. There is a water park.

The hotel is good for its money. The food is good. The downside is that it's a little far to Nissi Beach, but there is an arc beach closer, it's even a little quieter. But the traffic is the main thing on Nissi Beach. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the bars.

Price-quality ratio +,were at the end of July 2019,13h14dn.family apartments 2 rooms with a kitchen and a huge balcony,for 4 people they gave away-148 000, their own good water park behind the fence (for free!)meals were taken specially for breakfast, dinner because we went to different restaurants for lunch(delicious)but the beaches in Protaras are better......
